I've been to this Panera numerous times, but kept forgetting to uodate my review. The food is always fresh and the staff is kind. I rarely have to wait as my order is ready. They have the kiosk where you can order or use the app (that's my fave). They have several tables and booth. It's a pretty good size restaurant too. Today, I had the black bean soup and a Greek salad. The salad was crisp and light. The soup was hearty. I'll be back.

Panera, sold out of bagels again... smh. This is the last workday for schools and a lot of businesses before the holidays. Would have been nice to reward the team but alas, Panera lets me down again

    Chocolate Chip Cookie.

I ordered online and received a notification 15 minutes later indicating my meal was ready. I went there; however, the meal was not ready, I waited another 10-12 minutes for the meal and was on my way. I arrived home, opened the sandwich and was disappointed on how it was just thrown together. I had the Greek salad which was pretty good, the Chicken noodle soup was way too salty. I took a photo of the soup but it didn't look like much, so I didn't upload it. The Chocolate chip cookie was alright. All-in-all this Panera is not the one. I have visited this Panera twice and they haven't hit the mark. I will continue to visit Panera, but not this particular one; even if I have to drive further out, this one is off the list.

I appreciate the fresh, fast options Panera offers. I've always enjoyed their chai tea lattes but it seems to only come in one size. I tried a lentil and quinoa bowl today with no added protein. I was a little baffled that the cashier had to "see if one was available." So does this mean that food isn't freshly made? Service was quick and we were out the door. Got in the truck to eat a few bites before driving only to find I had chicken in my bowl. Luckily I'm not vegan so I ate it.

Downtown Suffolk area is hopping these days with new additions. I was excited to have another dining option in town. This location has very good service--friendly and the line is rarely very long. But I am becoming a bit disheartened with Panera, their okay food, and high prices. Recently I had the butternut squash ravioli. While tasty, there were about a total of 5 ravioli in the bowl--I kid you not. And it came with a roll. This cost about $8. I do enjoy the mediterranean veggie sandwich when I'm looking for a lighter meal. And we recently stopped in for some cupcakes. Again--very expensive but they were quite yummy.

Terrible. Started with asking cashier if has any sugar free lattes. She proceeds to look that up. Said never-ending will get plain coffee as she said you make it (sugar free) yourself. She missed my spouses request for coffee, so he just got water, his choice. Some workers children were playing around in the seating area, laughing, being kids. I asked where my order is to cashier, she says I don't know, check in the back. Went to window to find barely warm egg sandwich, and a cold toasted, nearly burnt bagel. Panera on Godwin, seeing this we will not return. Very disappointed.

It's like your not even open ?

Hello. Are you there ? No thank you. No eye contact. No one on registers. No butter out. No utensils Ghost town. Except for customer. It would be faster for us to fix our own food. Dirty. Mats on floor in isle Nothing on order was correct. Nothing Bearded guy up front is clueless He doesn't care about anything

This is Panera's standers for food quality. You be the judge if you want to eat there.
    Carl F.

It took about 2 hours to get our order and it was cold and the grill cheese was burnt and rubbery

Summer corn chowder and chicken panini with chipotle mayo on the side. Next time I may double the chicken it was a little skimpy.

Oh my goodness, we were so surprised with the presentation as well as the taste. The grits tasted fresh, large serving and seasoned well. Those jumbo shrimp were so perfect sitting on top of the grits. So pleasantly delighted with the amount of shrimp too. Usually, some places only want to give you 3-4 (small or medium shrimp). We really enjoyed our leftovers too! Can't wait to return for more of the same!

The restaurant has a cool retro 1970s vibe with vintage colors, an old cigarette machine, and Bewitched playing on the TV, which made for a unique atmosphere. Unfortunately, the experience was a little inconsistent. We arrived with a party of four but were seated at a table with only three chairs. When we pointed it out, the host didn't seem to realize the problem at first, which was an odd start to the meal. Our server was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. She let us know they were out of the home fries and another menu item before we ordered, which wasn't a big issue. However, it took close to 40 minutes for our food to arrive. My son ordered a burger that was advertised with fried mac and cheese on top, but when it came out, the mac and cheese was missing. Only after we asked were we told they had run out. It would have been helpful to know that before we ordered. The server apologized and offered to make something else, but it would have taken another 30 minutes, so we decided to keep the burger as it was. She ended up removing it from the bill entirely, which we appreciated. We also tipped her based on the original total because she handled the situation well. The food was good. I enjoyed my grilled chicken sandwich with pear, Brie, and honey, and my husband liked his French dip. That said, we felt the prices were on the high side for the overall experience, especially considering the long wait, unavailable menu items, and other service issues. Overall, MOD Olive has a fun concept and an interesting menu, but the restaurant could have been cleaner, communication could have been better, and the value didn't quite match the price. We'd be willing to give it another try in the future, but we're hoping for a more polished experience next time.

Entry is located just off the main lobby, bar seating, indoor and outdoor with water view as well. For the mains we grabbed a New Yorker Pizza, bolognese and the truffle (longest name ever) pasta in which we added scallops. All were a hit. Finished with the hot honey peach cheesecake and lemoncello cake. Cheesecake a little heavy and sweet after a large meal, yet still awesome. The lemoncello hit the spot perfectly, light and perfect! And downtown Suffolk is just beautiful and quaint, it feels friendly and idyllic. *Ambience: Extremely comfortable, super approachable, but also refined with lots of wood and brick, but open and airy, and lots of light. You walk in to a cocktail and bar area, with an incredible painted sign on the brick wall behind the bar, that is a total throwback. The bar is incredibly comfortable and open and warm feeling. There are hardwood tables and beautiful booths along with a private dining area in the back. Really couldn't ask for or want for a more comfortable environment. *Service: absolutely stellar, super friendly staff, our server could not have been nicer or more genuine, or had more of an "ownership attitude" as if the restaurant meant everything to her, and so did us being there. She knew everything on the menu, had great recommendations, and insured we were consistently taken care of. She truly missed nothing. Harper, the owner, came over to check on us and ensure we were enjoying ourselves. He couldn't have been nicer or kinder or more humble. Service was outstanding. *Food & Drinks: The food! The drinks! Oh man! I've been a "Yelp Elite Member" for almost 10 years and the food here at hT is near the top of all my reviews, hundreds of them. The highest quality ingredients, impeccably curated, ingeniously but simply paired, created with a true love for the art of cooking and the true joy of the consumer. This was obvious. We started with a Mainstream Manhattan and Old Fashioned from the bar. No ordinary bartender, she's a true mixologist/professional. Both drinks were excellent, no "simple syrup" used here, raw sugar cubes melted into the finest spirits, yummm! We order brussels sprouts from the appetizer menu everywhere we go and compare them. None have ever come close to our favorite, for a dozen years, until now. These were crispy on the outside, but juicy inside, flash fried to an al dente bite and finished (almost injected) with a cherry vinegar glaze that permeated every bite with sweet, tart perfection. We also started with the vibrant Camden County May Pea & Truffle Toast which was like a celebration of spring with a fresh, grilled baguette topped with fancy Italian truffle cheese (insane!), sweet tender may peas, and fresh pea shoots, all drizzled with olive oil for a fresh, earthy, and simple bite that captured the essence of this farm-to-table cuisine. For entrees we ordered the Ben Johnson's Soft Shell Crabs with remoulade and the Brown Sugar Brined Porkchop with pimp cheese, grits, and chard tomatoes with a side of hand cut fries with roast shallot mayo. Everything was stellar, no exceptions. I can honestly say this was **the best pork chop I've ever eaten, ever.** Tender, sweet, meaty and paired perfectly with the creamy cheese grits and the tang and smoke of the charred tomatoes. Ridiculously good! See my photos, too bad they don't come with "taste-o-vision", because, wow! The hand cut, skin on, double fried potatoes and roast shallot mayo were fantastic. As if that wasn't enough food, they also brought us stone ground cornbread, with a massive slab of rough salted butter, steamy, warm, soft, buttery perfection. I'm ready to go back now! *Value & Overall: I posted pictures of all menus and all prices. Their spirits and mixed drink selections from the bar are incredible. The food, service and ambience simply couldn't have been better. Prices, as you'll see, are exactly in line for what you get and an excellent value. Portions on everything were excellent and we ended up taking home quite a bit of food, which was also stellar the next day. I absolutely cannot recommend Harper's Table highly enough. This establishment, all parts of it, truly earn a five star review across the board with no exceptions. Have no hesitation, make a reservation, go, it will become an instant favorite.

The picnic plate was perfect for a small group to enjoy and the flounder fish and chips was great! The shrimp and grits were perfectly cooked and very flavorful as well! Bit of crispy brussels were a great table share for our party of three. This is a casual and comfortable location with plenty of seating. Didn't need a reservation for an early Saturday lunch, but available via Resy to secure your spot if desired.
