Entry is located just off the main lobby, bar seating, indoor and outdoor with water view as well. Quickly seated and grabbed the artichoke Florentine fonduta and scallop Caprese for appetizers which were delicious! Wine selection is decent along with cocktails and a handful of beers. For the mains we grabbed a New Yorker Pizza, bolognese and the truffle (longest name ever) pasta in which we added scallops. All were a hit. Finished with the hot honey peach cheesecake and lemoncello cake. Cheesecake a little heavy and sweet after a large meal, yet still awesome. The lemoncello hit the spot perfectly, light and perfect! If in the area and don't mind a hotel venue for a quick meal. Check this one out. Be mindful though, I have heard it can book out for events and not be available from time to time so always best to call and save time should the stars align and thus occur when giving this location a shot! This place was located inside my hotel. It was late and I didn't feel like going out for dinner, so I decided to try this place on the recommendation of locals. They have a beautiful brick oven and people raved about their pizza so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the mushroom and spinach pizza with ricotta chesse and it was tasty. I liked the sweet drizzle on top and it was loaded with toppings. It was served hot and the size was great for $16.00. The only issue was the crust was a little soft in the middle, and they automatically add a service fee of 18% even if you take the pizza to your room. Our experience was amazing overall! We were pleasantly surprised by how great most of what we ordered tasted. Even the drinks, like the sweet tea and Sprite, were on point (no lack of carbonation there, lol). The jumbo wings were fire! They came out hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked without us even having to ask for them well done. They were packed with flavor. The housemade ranch was also super fresh and tasty. The menu only listed garlic parm as a flavor option. However, after our wings arrived, we were told they actually have tons of other flavors available. Had we known beforehand, we definitely would have tried more. No biggie though - that just gives us another reason to come back. We also ordered a cheese pizza, which tasted great. However, the cheese was a little tough. The one letdown was the burger. It lacked flavor and was on the dry side, so I wouldn't recommend that one. On the sweet side, the Caramel Cookie Crunch Gelato was a hit: rich, creamy, and delicious. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed, and the service was great. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The waterfront view from inside the restaurant is beautiful. Later on we came back down for dinner and sat in the restaurant area. Our server was nice also. My husband who loves meatballs but doesn't eat pork was glad the meatball appetizers were beef only. I also got the fritto misto because I love calamari!! The seafood was seasoned very well. I was pleasantly surprised and the calamari had a great texture. I ordered the brussel sprouts because they're also my favorite but unfortunately they were extremely mushy!! The server had them remake them and they were still mushy. That was my first time experiencing bad brussel sprouts at a restaurant. For entree my husband and I split the supreme pizza. Since he doesn't eat pork we asked for the pepperoni and sausage be removed from one side and add meatballs. The pizza was very cheesy, the toppings were fresh and the crust was really good. Very nice! It's been about three times now since my husband and I have dined here. I wanted to give this place a try ever since I saw the sign from Main Street advertising this place is opening soon. I must mention our last dining experience was a bit lack luster, but the waitress made it better by the time we left the restaurant. I must say we are fans of the change Hilton has made to their onsite restaurant. It was also great to see some familiar faces remain even though this new restaurant is here. I am not sure if this pizza is considered Neapolitan style, wood fired, but I will get this pizza every time. And the way my stomach is set up, I eat a little at the bar and take some home for later. As a result, order a large. It's sooo yummy! My husband has tried the salads and spaghetti - pleased. I believe we shared a chicken sandwich from the appetizer menu, just to try it out, that was yummy too! Great atmosphere! Plenty of parking... We have had the best gluten-free pizza and chicken wings here! The staff does a very good job of making sure our dishes are prepared with as little cross-contamination as possible. This restaurant is situated inside the first floor of the Hilton hotel, next to the lounge area, so it has a fancy atmosphere but outsiders who are not booked with the hotel can come in and eat even though it's inside. This place comes with a bar that has TVs so if you feel like winding down with some sports and a drink, you can. They serve a good but not too overwhelming selection of dishes at prices comparable to other sit down restaurants despite the fancy atmosphere. The indoor seating is in the smaller end but you can also be seated outside, where you get a view of the water! The appetizers and the pastas we ordered were really good (I ordered the Crema de Fungi, for all the mushroom and truffle lovers out there). We had a calamari dish for our appetizer that is partially eaten in our pictures. I could have eaten a bowl full of it. It was delicious! Beyond pastas, there's also pizzas and you can make your own pizza if you'd like. There are probably other items in the menu I'm failing to mention, but those are the big ones. Crust and Cork is a big improvement over the last restaurant affiliated with the Suffolk Hilton Garden Inn. The is a gourmet pizza and upscale Italian restaurant. The ambience is slightly improved with more visibility into the kitchen and a lighted wall covered with wine bottles. The menu has been revised since their original reopening featuring arancini as an appand a few new entrées though the pizzas are pretty much the same. Service was friendly at each visit but much more efficient on the first visit. Food was much slower coming from the kitchen on our second visit and, despite the friendliness of the server, we often felt ignored. read more

-Celiac- Gluten-free Review- Visited Halloween night (10/31/25), and it ended up being crazy busy with just one server taking care of all of the tables. She was incredible and double checked on everything for us. The alfredo sauce does contain gluten, so that took two of the pizza options away. Also the fryer is NOT dedicated, so anything fried, including wings, was a no go. If I remember correctly, all of the pastas can be made gf, it would just be a gf penne substitute. We started with the scallops appetizer and it was pretty good. The cauliflower crust on the pizzas was indeed wood fired, and I confirmed with two separate employees to make sure that the pizzas we had were gluten free because they did not look it lol. I got the classic New Yorker and she got the white margarita. I loved my pizza...hers was pretty bland tbh. I'd probably stick with the Italian or New Yorker or create my own. We got a chocolate torte for dessert and it was pretty good. I think they also had a gelato available that was gf. Drinks were decent. I'm not a cocktail snob, but if you are, understand that the bartenders are bartenders here and not mixologists. It is a hotel bar so you will pay mixologist prices. I still give this 3.75 stars even with limited options. That is the BEST cauliflower crust I've ever had, and it's a 12 inch with 8 slices standard, which was much bigger than what I was expecting. While that did not necessarily affect my decision process, the menu was not very deep. So choices were limited. The staff were acceptable just not very professional. At one point a waitress was standing off to the side waiving her arms trying to get another waitresses attention like she was one fan blown sock guys outside a cat lot! Just not professional at all.
