The service was great. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing. We enjoyed everything we ordered.

Normally not a fan of hotel eatery's, but Crust & Cork brought their A game and was impressed! Plenty of parking at location, recommend parking in front for ease of access. Entry is located just off the main lobby, bar seating, indoor and outdoor with water view as well. Quickly seated and grabbed the artichoke Florentine fonduta and scallop Caprese for appetizers which were delicious! Wine selection is decent along with cocktails and a handful of beers. For the mains we grabbed a New Yorker Pizza, bolognese and the truffle (longest name ever) pasta in which we added scallops. All were a hit. Finished with the hot honey peach cheesecake and lemoncello cake. Cheesecake a little heavy and sweet after a large meal, yet still awesome. The lemoncello hit the spot perfectly, light and perfect! If in the area and don't mind a hotel venue for a quick meal. Check this one out. Be mindful though, I have heard it can book out for events and not be available from time to time so always best to call and save time should the stars align and thus occur when giving this location a shot! Enjoy! read more

Crust & Cork was a great experience! The customer service was friendly and attentive, the drinks were well made, and the food was delicious. I definitely plan on returning. They also offer both indoor and outdoor seating, which is a nice option depending on the weather or the vibe you're looking for. If you're looking for the restaurant, it's located inside the hotel. As soon as you walk through the front entrance, you'll see it, making it easy to find. read more

This was a nice experience. I wanted to try Crust & Cork for a while. I thought there would be a separate entrance. However you enter the lobby of the hotel to get to it. The pizza was good. And fresh the ranch was good! For the 12-2 time frame there are limited options. However I would go back and try during dinner time with the broader menu. read more

Great spot in an unexpected location in Suffolk. This is the restaurant located INSIDE the hotel. It's very comfortable, located right on the river. The menu is nice, great food options. I recommend the pasta dishes. The wine selection was nice. Wait staff were attentive and friendly! read more

My husband and I were in the area and were looking for somewhere to have lunch. We stumbled across this spot on google map and was surprised to find it was inside the Hilton. What a pleasant little hidden gem! Wow! It has a wonderful salad bar and they make personal pizzas made to order. They are wonderful. I only wish we had learned of this place sooner. They have been around for a year now. We will definitely be back. Their prices are great for what you get. Staff was very pleasant as well! read more

This place was located inside my hotel. It was late and I didn't feel like going out for dinner, so I decided to try this place on the recommendation of locals. They have a beautiful brick oven and people raved about their pizza so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the mushroom and spinach pizza with ricotta chesse and it was tasty. I liked the sweet drizzle on top and it was loaded with toppings. It was served hot and the size was great for $16.00. The only issue was the crust was a little soft in the middle, and they automatically add a service fee of 18% even if you take the pizza to your room. Overal, the service was great and the resturant is cute. read more

Crust and cork is located in a hotel with limited parking. Once we found parking, all was well. The staff were friendly and our server was great. Great food and great service. Located inside the Hilton Garden Inn in Suffolk, VA. After a long day of travel this was exactly what the doctor ordered. Hot, fresh pizza for me. Muscles in marinara for my wife. Both were very delicious. Prices are reasonable and the service was excellent. Our server, Faith, provided superb recommendations and details. Her service was amazing. read more

Our experience was amazing overall! We were pleasantly surprised by how great most of what we ordered tasted. Even the drinks, like the sweet tea and Sprite, were on point (no lack of carbonation there, lol). The jumbo wings were fire! They came out hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked without us even having to ask for them well done. They were packed with flavor. The housemade ranch was also super fresh and tasty. The menu only listed garlic parm as a flavor option. However, after our wings arrived, we were told they actually have tons of other flavors available. Had we known beforehand, we definitely would have tried more. No biggie though - that just gives us another reason to come back. We also ordered a cheese pizza, which tasted great. However, the cheese was a little tough. The one letdown was the burger. It lacked flavor and was on the dry side, so I wouldn't recommend that one. On the sweet side, the Caramel Cookie Crunch Gelato was a hit: rich, creamy, and delicious. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed, and the service was great. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The waterfront view from inside the restaurant is beautiful. There's also plenty of parking, since it's located at Suffolk's Hilton Garden Inn Riverfront. Whenever you get the chance, make it a point to check them out. The wings alone are worth the drive. read more

A really great staff that's very attentive and friendly. We were staying at the Hilton and we like the open bar and bartenders. They remembered us from our previous stays...Took our family to Crust & Cork, which is the Italian restaurant within the Hilton. Large array of salads, appetizers, pizza, pasta, dishes, and other entrées. We typically get pizzas and salads, which are very delicious. The Greek salad was fresh and delicious, we had the Italian pizza, the white pizza and I believe the meat lovers pizza. A 12 inch pizza is more than enough for two people, including leftovers. Service is always friendly and very attentive. Ambience is very casual. read more

Came in today for a Christmas lunch! Super excited initially. However, the waitress was not very pleasant. Immediately turned off. When asked about the menu, we were told it was limited. Honestly, that should be stated online. Because the full menu was posted. We ended up leaving. Not sure if I would come back. read more

The service was great, our waitress Bunny took good care of us. The food was good and the atmosphere is decent.

Horrible!!! The food was awful. I ordered pasta added scallops and they were bad. The smelled like ammonia. They were bad and after first bite I had to spit them out. Bad seafood could actually make you very sick or even kill you. I had driven all the way home only to discover this. I had to pack the foul smelling meal back up and take it back t the restaurant. I asked for the manager she was too busy to address the serious issues that I just explained. I will never return and I plan on addressing this at a higher level. Be careful and don't eat here because food safety is clearly an area for concern. I only gave 1 star because I couldn't post without it. They refunded my money, but that was nothing compared to how serious this could have been if I had been eaten the meal. I spent almost $80 this was ridiculous. read more

This was such a great dining experience! Brooke checked on our table and made sure we had everything we ordered including the extra marinara sauce!! Manager Zach took the time to advise us of the daily breakfast buffet. The brussel sprouts had pancetta and hot honey...can you say yum?? The wings were friend perfectly! The white pizza on gluten free crust with mushrooms added was deliciously!! I had a side of fries...crispy and tasty! I also added a side of marinara for dipping and it was perfect! Next time, I'll try one of their signature cocktails. They have bar seating along with tables. I like the vibe and all of the staff was super nice! read more

Came here for happy hour and dinner while having a staycation. My husband got an old fashion and I tried a cocktail called corked which was good. The bartender was friendly and made great drinks even though my husband was disappointed they didn't have the big ice molds for old fashions. We tried the cheddar and garlic cheese bites since it was before dinner time. They were really good, my husband ordered a second batch of them. Later on we came back down for dinner and sat in the restaurant area. Our server was nice also. My husband who loves meatballs but doesn't eat pork was glad the meatball appetizers were beef only. I also got the fritto misto because I love calamari!! The seafood was seasoned very well. I was pleasantly surprised and the calamari had a great texture. I ordered the brussel sprouts because they're also my favorite but unfortunately they were extremely mushy!! The server had them remake them and they were still mushy. That was my first time experiencing bad brussel sprouts at a restaurant. For entree my husband and I split the supreme pizza. Since he doesn't eat pork we asked for the pepperoni and sausage be removed from one side and add meatballs. The pizza was very cheesy, the toppings were fresh and the crust was really good. We quickly saw why most guest were ordering pizzas. Definitely a great spot for happy hour or dinner. We will certainly go back. read more

Very nice! It's been about three times now since my husband and I have dined here. I wanted to give this place a try ever since I saw the sign from Main Street advertising this place is opening soon. I think I even stalked the IG page. Nevertheless, three dining experiences later, I love it here! My husband and I have dined at the bar top twice and one in the booth dining area. Needless to say, we are fans for the bar seating. Now, not the two baby bar seats, but the high top seating! The decor is gorgeous. Super inviting and welcoming :) The waitstaff there is amazing and attentive. I must mention our last dining experience was a bit lack luster, but the waitress made it better by the time we left the restaurant. I must say we are fans of the change Hilton has made to their onsite restaurant. It was also great to see some familiar faces remain even though this new restaurant is here. I am not sure if this pizza is considered Neapolitan style, wood fired, but I will get this pizza every time. And the way my stomach is set up, I eat a little at the bar and take some home for later. As a result, order a large. It's sooo yummy! My husband has tried the salads and spaghetti - pleased. I believe we shared a chicken sandwich from the appetizer menu, just to try it out, that was yummy too! Great atmosphere! Plenty of parking... Saturdays and game nights this place is busy, but they usually are good about getting people seated. We have never experienced a wait. But if you love pizza, try it out. In my mind, this is a healthier pizza :) Have fun and enjoy life :) read more

Unlike my last restaurant review that could have been a "0", this one could be a "6"! We got to the hotel, and the front desk mentioned their little pizza shop as a food option. We both thought that hotel food was a "no thanks" option. NOPE. Their salad bar is FRESH, CLEAN, full of ingredients, and only $7.95! I opted for the $12 salad and pizza combo, which gave us a margarita pizza on top of the great salad. EASILY the best hotel pizza *anywhere*, and THE BEST 7" personal pizza I've ever eaten. Cheese, pesto, tomato slices, spices, crunchy crust. HOLY COW. Beyond anything that should be in the bottom of a mid-level hotel (even as nice as this hotel was), you will kick yourself for not eating there for any lunch you can! read more

This restaurant is situated inside the first floor of the Hilton hotel, next to the lounge area, so it has a fancy atmosphere but outsiders who are not booked with the hotel can come in and eat even though it's inside. This place comes with a bar that has TVs so if you feel like winding down with some sports and a drink, you can. They serve a good but not too overwhelming selection of dishes at prices comparable to other sit down restaurants despite the fancy atmosphere. The indoor seating is in the smaller end but you can also be seated outside, where you get a view of the water! The appetizers and the pastas we ordered were really good (I ordered the Crema de Fungi, for all the mushroom and truffle lovers out there). We had a calamari dish for our appetizer that is partially eaten in our pictures. I could have eaten a bowl full of it. It was delicious! Beyond pastas, there's also pizzas and you can make your own pizza if you'd like. There are probably other items in the menu I'm failing to mention, but those are the big ones. Highly recommend this place! The staff is accommodating, the atmosphere is nice, and eating inside a hotel just feels a touch fancy. ;) read more

Crust and Cork is a big improvement over the last restaurant affiliated with the Suffolk Hilton Garden Inn. The is a gourmet pizza and upscale Italian restaurant. The ambience is slightly improved with more visibility into the kitchen and a lighted wall covered with wine bottles. The menu has been revised since their original reopening featuring arancini as an appand a few new entrées though the pizzas are pretty much the same. Service was friendly at each visit but much more efficient on the first visit. Food was much slower coming from the kitchen on our second visit and, despite the friendliness of the server, we often felt ignored. read more

This restaurant is located inside the Hilton hotel. It was difficult to find, we only knew it was there after searching restaurants nearby. We came for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and kind of small but a nice quiet lunch spot. The menu was straight to the point and was priced very reasonably. There was a self serve salad bar (optional). The pizza was absolutely delicious! The service was awesome. Will definitely return. read more

-Celiac- Gluten-free Review- Visited Halloween night (10/31/25), and it ended up being crazy busy with just one server taking care of all of the tables. She was incredible and double checked on everything for us. The alfredo sauce does contain gluten, so that took two of the pizza options away. Also the fryer is NOT dedicated, so anything fried, including wings, was a no go. If I remember correctly, all of the pastas can be made gf, it would just be a gf penne substitute. We started with the scallops appetizer and it was pretty good. The cauliflower crust on the pizzas was indeed wood fired, and I confirmed with two separate employees to make sure that the pizzas we had were gluten free because they did not look it lol. I got the classic New Yorker and she got the white margarita. I loved my pizza...hers was pretty bland tbh. I'd probably stick with the Italian or New Yorker or create my own. We got a chocolate torte for dessert and it was pretty good. I think they also had a gelato available that was gf. Drinks were decent. I'm not a cocktail snob, but if you are, understand that the bartenders are bartenders here and not mixologists. It is a hotel bar so you will pay mixologist prices. I still give this 3.75 stars even with limited options. That is the BEST cauliflower crust I've ever had, and it's a 12 inch with 8 slices standard, which was much bigger than what I was expecting. Our server was incredible all the way around, and I didn't get sick! It is on the pricier side, and their website does not list menu prices. Average pizza price is $17 +$2 for gf. read more

If you're in the Suffolk area and haven't been to Crust and Cork, you're truly missing out. From the moment we walked in, the experience was top-tier. The level of service from the manager, Claire, was nothing short of exceptional. She was attentive, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in ensuring every guest has a great experience. That kind of leadership sets the tone--and it absolutely showed. The food matched the service perfectly. The fresh salad bar was crisp, well-stocked, and full of quality options. The pizza was outstanding--perfectly cooked with a flavorful crust and generous toppings. And the Philly cheesesteak sandwich? Incredible. Tender, well-seasoned meat, melted cheese, and served hot and fresh. Every bite delivered. It's rare to find a place where both the service and the food hit a 10, but Crust and Cork absolutely delivered. This was a 10 out of 10 experience, and we will definitely be returning--and recommending it to everyone we know. read more

Food was delicious. Service was terrible! One server for the entire restaurant one 1 f our guest needed to leave early. She gave her order first and asked for it to go. Out of a group of 10, she was the last one served and had to ask for a to go box 3 times. Entirely unacceptable!! read more

We have had the best gluten-free pizza and chicken wings here! The staff does a very good job of making sure our dishes are prepared with as little cross-contamination as possible. The wait staff is so friendly, too. We enjoy coming fairly often to relax with some snacks or drinks on their lovely patio which overlooks the pier. (One suggestion, it would be nice to have a cheese and fruit/veggie appetizer platter for a light snack to order for serving with our wine or drinks.) read more

Love having this pizza and wine spot just down the street! I stopped in on a busy Friday night, and despite the crowd, the service was great. Our server, Dinasia, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure our drinks stayed full the entire time. We started with the Brussels sprouts--glad I tried something new, but I'm more of a flash-fried fan, so probably a one-and-done for me. For mains, we ordered the Quattro Formaggi Pizza and the Classic Burger with Fries. Everything was delicious, but the pizza was the real standout! I'll definitely be coming back just for that. read more

Roy and I enjoyed my bday lunch here yesterday. The food was great, we ordered the Frito Misto (superb), he had the Carbonara pizza, a Ginger Ale & the Hit Honey Peach Cheesecake and I had a glass of their Sauvignon Blanc, an unsweetened tea & Mushroom Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken and Shrimp as my proteins of choice (recommended by the bartender- she was amazing). The service was A1 - the bartender doubled as our server since the rest of the staff comes in later for the dinner rush. She was very personable and engaging. The dinning room was quiet and the views of the waterway/grounds were peaceful. It was a nice moment to enjoy with my hubby on my bday.
