12 dollars for this? Same sandwich is twice as big from Jettie's

Disgusting, horrible topping, looks nothing like photo, other paneras in other states are great. Horrible staff here and the local Franchise owner (owns multiple locations) simply doesnt care.

The stars are for visiting as long as we wanted and the creative sandwiches. The restaurant was mostly empty. There wasn't an excuse for not wiping all the tables clean (or having Lysol wipes nearby if customers are supposed to bus their own table). I couldn't hear the cashier through her mask. Even leaning in and straining to hear, I wasn't sure what my two options were. I heard "apple" so I took it. I ordered a Mediterranean sandwich. It was beautiful. It was advertised "with" a pickle, which translated to little pickle slices & not an actual whole pickle. The apple was not sliced. I asked the employee to slice it. They are slicing sandwiches and other toppings, what's the difference? The employee handed me a butter knife. I don't have a cooking show, but cutting apples with a dull knife is messy, especially in a restaurant minus the cutting board . So I didn't eat the apple. When I looked at it later, it was bruised and not pretty underneath. If you are handing out apples at a restaurant, be more discerning. The tomato soup was good. The croutons were overkill, but looked nice. The sandwich was huge. The half a sandwich choice with another entree item is really an entire sandwich. I ordered a full sandwich and it was enough for two. There are decent food choices. The portions are large. The to go boxes are cardboard.

I have visited this establishment over the years. Most of the time, the experience is good, but occasionally, the wait is a little long to grab lunch. When possible, I would recommend ordering ahead. On this occasion, I stopped in for breakfast. No problem ordering. No problem receiving my food. Enjoyed my breakfast and did some reading before heading into work.

    hair in mac and cheese

didn't take a pic but sandwich was falling apart but i shrugged it off, then i grab my mac and cheese and see this. this is nasty and corporate needs to do something about this location

Added some cinnamon and it hit the spot. This is my go to coffee spot.

I love their customer service. And they are very clean. Love my coffee. They are always smiling and it makes my day.

    I might try this

My neighborhood Panera! I've been coming here for years!! I think ever since they opened up. This year due to Covid, things haven't been the same but I must commend this Panera for their efficiency. Every time I visit, I observe all the staff wearing masks, they have hand sanitizer in place, and they have one way markings! I've utilized curbside pickup many times and I've never had any issues. I participate in the coffee subscription - I think it's totally worth it! For $9/month and you get as much coffee and/or as you wish! I'm yet to try their flatbread pizzas.

My colleagues and I were obsessed, as was everyone else! Now it's just...average. Not sure if trying döner and shawarma made me feel like gyro is just a knock-off, or the quality went down, or I just don't like it anymore...but their prices are fair. There is ample parking. It doesn't taste bad. It's just...kinda average when compared to other options. Sad this day has come, because I really did love them way back when. In fact, I was a supporter. I also had nothing to compare it to, so maybe that's why. Oh well.

I've been a couple times and the food never disappoints, but this time, everything was excellent. Money (yes, that's his real name) took care of my elderly sister and me and he was so kind! My sister can be a little picky at times but she had nothing but compliments. Her chicken tenders were a great size, seasoned well, without being too salty, and she said she knew this was quality chicken. She enjoyed her waffles as well. My smashburger was delicious. My only regret was not getting a double instead of a single. The fries were awesome! Whatever seasoning they used was addictive and the fries were hot and crispy...we couldn't stop eating them! The entire time, Money kept checking on us and assisted us with whatever we needed. We even had a little chat with him about the importance of family. In a time like this, we appreciated the genuine kindness from him. I highly recommend trying this place out, and you won't be disappointed. I'll definitely be returning soon.
