I usually enjoy Panera, but I felt like I needed to write a review about my experience. I came with my aunt & my daughter, I ordered the very overpriced Lobster Sandwich, $17, my daughter & aunt ordered soup and salad. I asked before ordering if it was filled with lobster, told yes, it was. So we grabbed our to go order. I couldn't wait to get home to eat it. We live less than 5 mins away. When I got home & opened it, it was stuffed with soggy lettuce, the amount of lobster didn't even equal a whole claw and the bread was soggy from the lettuce. What a waste of $17! My daughter's salad was delicious & my aunt enjoyed her soup. I called Panera's head office & explained my situation, the lady seemed genuinely concerned, told me she was sending coupons to make up for the horrible sandwich. Well, about 2 weeks later, I got a whole $5 off coupon...it was $17!!! Needless to say, I will never order that sandwich again when it's in season, I'll stick with the soup, salad & other tried & true sandwiches. The staff at this Panera is very nice, aside from one guy at the pick up area who tosses the food at you like it's nothing. Good place for lunch but I made a very costly mistake. read more

I ordered two sandwiches to go. My chicken salad sandwich had no meat. I do not mean not enough to my satisfaction. I mean literally no meat. Just some lettuce and a slice of tomato between bread. My other sandwich was fine. I called the store to report my issue. I talked to the manager. He blamed the cashier because I asked for it with no almonds. He said the cashier should have known it's already mixed with almonds. Offered me a free sandwich the next time I am there. I didn't want to tell the manager how to run his store so I will mention it here. I don't understand how the person that made the sandwich would purposely put no meat on the sandwich when I asked for no almonds. No common sense to ask the customer. If I was the manager, I would be more upset at the sandwich maker. read more

Very reliable for Breakfast and lunch. I hade the steak and egg sandwich today and it was very good. I am also a huge fan of the seasonal Lobster roll. The steak and egg was a nice surprise. It was simply the meat, egg whites, and I cancelled the cheddar cheese. It didn't miss the cheese as far as being flavorful. It was served on a poppy seed bagel and it all meshed beautifully. read more

I love Panera- good customer service and ambiance at a decent price. Today was no exception. My favorite is the Fuji apple salad and the pastries (especially the pumpkin muffin). I usually ask to leave off certain items on my salad that I don't like. So far, they have always made it as I ordered it, which I appreciate. This location gets very busy at lunch, but the restaurant is staffed well so you don't have to wait too long to order and pick up your food. read more

I had a taste for some dessert, so i ordered the double fudge brownie...it was very good, but for some reason they slapped some chocolate icing on the brownie!!! WHYYYYYYYY would you do that... it's like slapping lipstick on a pig, exactly pigs don't wear lipstick and a brownie shouldnt have icing. I ended up scrapping icing off. A decent place to eat. They will try to make you happy if there is a mix-up. Not healthy by any stretch, though. Look at the nutritional info online. I think it's misleading because they market themselves as serving health food. I wish they would have more options on the kids menu too. Wifi is a hit or miss. Every time I come here; there's an issue. It's obvious that none of the staff enjoy working there and when they have to do is listen to orders and put it up correctly. But yet, they fail to do that all the time. I can never leave without checking my bag because always get one thing wrong. Today my family ordered carry out and I asked for extra pickled onions, no extra onions. The sandwich wasn't even together when I got home so all the toppings were everywhere. My sister's sandwich was smashed as well. Everyone that packages food needs to be replaced because it's obvious that they don't want to be there and they rush tickets. All the sandwich's are smashed. If I wanted a smashed sandwich I would step on it myself. This Panera is the worst. read more

I love Panera food, period. However, they've gotten my order wrong 90% of the time at this location. I always use rapid pick up. I figure if it's written, they can't mess it up but nope they mess it up each time. The order yesterday asked for my salad to replace chicken with roast turkey, but I get home only to be charged for the roast turkey and not have it on my salad. The next day I order a cinnamon crunch bagel to be sliced and toasted, but once again I get an unsliced and untoasted bagel. I am not understanding where is the disconnect on these orders because it is written in black and white. I really feel like this location needs to be trained a little more with following directions. read more

I admit, the food at Panera is terrific. HOWEVER, the service at this particular location is very chaotic and rushed. My orders are usually large $$ amounts. Yesterday, I had the worst experience with Panera yet. I called my order in at 11:00am for pick up at 11:30am. I got there at 11:40am and my order was not ready. I paid and waited and waited. Finally the bag was brought out and I noticed that there were onions in a separate container on top. I thought this was for the tuna sandwich order where I specified no onions or tomatoes. When I asked where the tomatoes were (because I was concerned they were on the sandwich) I was told by the cashier not to worry that if I asked for no tomatoes there would be no tomatoes on the sandwich. I did not want to check the order since there was a line behind me. I also noticed the smoothie I ordered was not there so I waited while they made the smoothie. It was handed to me with no tray for transporting and since it was open at the top I had to ask for one. I got back to the office and when I fully opened the bag it was not my order but someone else's! In addition, the sandwiches were not marked so I had to open each one which I am loathe to do. I don't like touching other people's food and I don't want other people to handle mine. My executives were hungry and I told them I had the wrong order which consisted of turkey sandwiches. They said they would just eat those since they had to conclude the meeting in about 25 minutes. I called Panera and was told to bring the order back and they would make good on the order and prepare the right one. I explained I did not have time to do that and besides I had opened each sandwich to check it. I asked for the General Manager and was told he was out until the next day. I filled out the survey on my receipt and was very honest about my experience. I received a call from someone named Julie at Panera a few hours later. I was not able to talk since I had several other things going on in the office. I took her number and promised to call back - which I did. I got her voice mail and left a message -- I never heard from her again. I called for the GM today to make an adjustment to the charge to my credit card since the order I was given erroneously was a much less expensive order than mine. I was on hold for 3 minutes and then I was asked my name and told the GM was in a meeting but they took my number. While talking to the person on the phone she said the GM was now available and put me on hold. I waited, waited and then someone else picked up and said "may I help you?" I said I had been holding for the GM but I was hanging up. Even though had given my number to the first person I spoke to while on hold I did not receive a call back. Very disappointing service from this Panera. I will not use them again. read more

Great Location! Friendly Staff! Great Management on the team at this location! My only downfall about Panera in general is that they are completely overpriced - cost me over 8.00 for half a soup and half a sandwich-and none of them were signature picks. I have found that Panera tries to trick you- on my menu it says pick 2 is 6.59 with signature item $1 more on each- however when asked how the breakdown on my receipt came to over $8 I was told that each soup has a different price on the pick 2 and it is only the price shown on menu when you choose chicken noodle soup and greek salad-that is not stated anywhere and I think that is kind of ridiculous. Make the pick 2 a set price and keep it that way no matter what soup or sandwich you choose-you are still making bank! My other issue is that they are not really as healthy as they try to make themselves out to be. From knowing some staff, I know that their soups are so unhealthy- For the price your paying I feel like at least the lettuce in their salads and the apples they offer should be organic. Come here pretty often for lunch. Food is pretty decent and you get it fairly quickly and the lines arent too crazy. If it is then moves pretty fast. Often get the panini and chicken noodle soup. Only reason for the missing star is i wish they had a bigger selection of sandwiches. read more

I love Panera, so I was really disappointed in their Meditteranean Chicken Flatbread sandwich. It was basically flatbread, cucumber yogurt sauce, and cucumber. The chicken was almost non-existent. It is as though they just threw it in a litlle, and I do mean very little, as an after thought. I actually had to look to see if there was any chicken, since there was too little to taste. A friend told me all their flatbreads are like this. THIS experience was not a good one. I would not recommend this sandwich to anyone. read more

The restaurant has been clean the times I've been there and the people taking orders are friendlier than most cash register operators. Panera is a decent quick service place specializing in sandwiches, soups, and salads. It's one of those places where the best tasting food is the worst for you. You can eat relatively healthy here, but unfortunately it won't taste as good as the items loaded with cheese and fat. Prices are a little on the high side, it'll set you back around $10 for 1/2 sandwich & soup/salad. If you're hungry and need something to eat, you could do worse. read more

As a rule i love Panera so they all start with a franchise 3 stars for consistency and good food. They're reliable. I can't give the extra stars here. The service is generally good, but they don't often get changes to their usual recipe correct, like no onions or cheddar not blue cheese. The atmosphere is chaotic, loud, and lunch hour is nightmarish. Order and pick up if you dare. Parking lot is a disaster. Off peak it's quite pleasant. Like most Paneras, they serve as the local community office space and wifi access spot cluttered with single lap-toppers seemingly having psychotic breaks as they have full length conversations into the air. This location has plenty of seating so you can generally avoid virtual business meetings and contract negotiations unless you chose to entertain yourself with their oblivious lack of social manners. read more

I've tried..but this location does not cut it for me. Rapid pick up that's never ready on time. Items for pick up that are sold out, to go orders that are wrong (got a 1/2 Caesar salad when I should have had 1/2 turkey sandwich) and the last straw- a hybrid salad. I ordered Asian chicken but the salad maker threw in ingredients from the Thai salad too. Not good. read more
