I mean I don't expect anything fancy but today I ordered my food as usual and I always get an apple as my side and today I cut up my apple and it was rotten on the inside. While I like the atmosphere here, I come for the cream of chicken and wild rice soup. However, today the soup was no longer cream based and is now broth based. If I wanted a broth based soup, I would've ordered that. However, why do they change a "customer favorite" item? What's next...are they going to change clam chowder too? Horrible! I ordered online over an hour ago, no email or text updates. I called and was told deliveries are closed for the evening! Why did you take my order then!!! I have never gotten over the take over of Paradise Bakery :( I go into the Norterra location 3 times a week for a Mandarin Orange muffin and large iced tea. I was so disheartened this morning.....they took them away. I tried the Blueberry muffin and if fell very short. They discontinued the Lemon Poppy seed as well a while back. Went here earlier today and no employees wearing masks. I should have turned around and walked out. Looked for a clean table and difficult to find one, not because of social distancing, but because they don't clean their tables. Was there for an hour and not one table was cleaned! They give you a vibrating buzzer because they don't deliver food to your table anymore, that's understandable, but after a long while my buzzer hadn't gone off I walked up and my food was sitting out on counter and the buzzer hadn't gone off! It is not just another bread store. If you are a bread lover they are for you. The salads and the soups will not disappoint. I will often go there while traveling for work. I can sit down and order from my laptop or Ipad while working from my table. Your food is served at the table. If my work runs a little long, I grab the app and order another drink. Absolutely unfortunate that this location is going to lose business for all their other spots. We called 3-4 times and the phone was never once picked up. I understand with all the Covid stuff going on, I'm willing to cut some slack. But when we pay $30 for two bowls of soup and a half salad (way overpriced) and get half of what we expected, it's absolutely a shame. The new salads are a rip off. Its such a small portion. ESP how big the larges use to be, now if you get one it looks like a small. There also stingy with there dressings now. I get Panera bread maybe once or twice a month. I almost always just get the broccoli cheese soup. I almost always get my food to go so I can't really comment on the dine in experience. Arrived at this location this morning to enjoy a breakfast sandwich while reading emails for work. After being served my sandwich I bit into it only to discover that the careless food handler left the butcher paper attached to the cheese which made for an interesting experience. The manager of course offered me something else made by the same careless employee which I of course declined and got my money back. Even McDonald's manages to get the wrappers off all their food so I expect more from Panera. read more

Wow being really nice giving it 2 stars but figure maybe a really off day. So ya know this use to be paradise bakery and me and my friends would meet here because we all enjoyed it. Well I stopped in today to meet with one of my friends and we both hated it and decided we wouldn't be back for anything again. We both started a healthier diet so we both tried to order just a couple eggs each. They no longer can do that and had to charge us for a sandwich plus extra egg price and both eggs were gross for both of us. Scrambled eggs were even cold. So I guess the 2 stars are a 1 star from each of us. So if your trying Keto or tons of other low carbs this company is no longer an option. Eh. It was alright. Some stuff was good - kids meals are garbage. Grilled cheese comes on a microwaveable plate that you can tell they didn't even put on a range. Not fresh. Cookies are extra. Never been to Panera and it be bad, until tonight. Me and 3 friends went in at 7:30pm, only 4 other people were in there. Only one friend got his order right and it was just Mac and cheese. 1 friend was missing soup, one friend never got his food until he asked 20 minutes later and I never got my cookie. All time favorite lunch spot! Best cookies you'll find anywhere! Also fantastic lunches, such as Chicken Walnut and Turkey Cranberry sandwiches. The salads are excellent too. This is the second time I have ordered soup after 8pm and all of the soup containers are in plastic bags. As a cancer survivor I am pretty sure this is not a good idea. Hot plastic with soup? Anyway, it appears this is probably done when they get close to closing so they don't need to clean the stainless containers. My go to spot for lunch dates with coworkers! I am in LOVE with their chicken walnut sandwich and the blue cheese crumble salad. This specific location gets really busy around 12 so try lunch at 11 or 1 :) The staff is pretty friendly and helpful. I always get worried at the beginning of the line that I won't get a table but the staff here are pretty quick at clean up so there's always one available. read more

Congrats Paradise bakery at Norterra, you convinced me to never go to another Paradise bakery for as long as I live. Second time now you've given us old food that has sat out. Croissant should not be hard, pesto Sachettini also should not be hard. Two kids meals which both came with yogurt only got one yogurt. And a top it all off the best part of Paradise bakery is the cookies and, Upon arriving home we found no cookies for the three meals that are supposed to include cookies. The food is great but they definitely need to work on customer service. I will go out of my way to go to the other Paradise Bakery on Bell.
