Stopped for lunch today with my family. They don't really have personnel to run a counter for orders so you have to use the iPads at the entrance to order everything yourself. The food was delivered quick and everything was delicious and hot. The place was decently busy not staff was staying on top of keeping the place clean. This is definitely a family friendly place to grab a tasty bit. We would definitely come back.

I occasionally come here, only because it's a good place to sit, get a coffee, and work, however, I always question why I came. It's always filthy and the food is mediocre at best. The employees work hard but can never seem to keep up with their work, which is why the lobby is never clean. This location does not meet the standards Panera Bread has for their stores.

The floors at this Norterra location are always littered with debris and stains, the drink area is sticky and wet, the dishes pile up...but I kept going, thinking that maybe it was a phase? I have mentioned it nicely to an employee before, but they just look stressed, shrug their shoulders, and walk away. It's not for nothing that many of us pine for the old days of Paradise Bakery, an experience that was truly gutted by Panera's ownership. They've slowly but surely placed profits over quality and cleanliness. It's a shame because Panera could be awesome. They need to hire more people and train them properly. If you must go to Panera, I suggest the location at Paradise Valley on Cactus. Lupe (she's amazing) still works there and can make you a lovely breakfast sandwich. At least that location makes more of an effort to stay clean and attractive. Or you might try the 7th st. location in the Target shopping center. That one is bigger and more established (also was a Paradise Bakery), so you should have a better experience. And they wear gloves at these locations. At Norterra? I often see people in the bread area gloveless. Norterra is a hard pass for me on cleanliness of the place and the food handling. They need to do better.

Quick lunch stop was perfect. I ordered a u pick 2 with a small Fuji apple salad and a small Mac n cheese with bacon. The salad was wonderful and the Mac n cheese creamy. The service was fast and courteous. When I asked for an extra salad dressing, the chef gave me one without question. The atmosphere was casual and relaxed.

Soo good! Best panera location ive been to in a while! The bread bowls were flakey and golden brown and soft perfection, asain salad was amazing, and the kitchen sink cookie is amazing. Service was super fast, ambiance average and quiet. Loved it

I got chicken noodle soup to go, and when I got home, I opened this. Where is the broth?

I would like soup to have broth. I got chicken noodle soup to go and this is what I got. For the love of Satan please just put broth in your soups to go. Now I got dry ahhh chicken and noodles.

The atmosphere was great. I like the low lighting of the dining area. Had a pepperoni mozzarella melt. It was delicious! Customer service was great. Genesis was patient and helpful during ordering. Clean.

Started off with a tomato cream soup which was really good not spicy not too hot had the right amount of croutons in it and came with a side of bread for dipping purposes. No complaints at all. For dinner I had a tuna salad sandwich or something really good whatever they put in the tuna salad recipes. The bread that they put it on with outstanding had some greens and off the fine tomatoes and side of potato chips. Cannot complain and what is a little loud but not too bad and was a good meal. A nice change from the junk and grease

Got the Pick 2, Salad & Sandwich the food always tastes fresh and healthy but portion sizes seem a little small. Customer Service is not over and beyond- I felt like I was asking more questions then they did- should be other way around. Location is great and lots of parking around, lots of seating- but missing the WOW experience when I come here. Craft beverages: Lemonade and Green Tea were good. You can order online on the tablet when you walk in or you can go to register if you prefer to order with a human.

I looked at what was nearby and Osteria Mia looked really good. It would be a half hour wait, but there were immediately open seats at the bar. We headed there and took seats at the far end so we could talk. I ordered the Pasta Norcina and he ordered the Carne pizza. The pasta was one of the best pasta dishes I've had in the last 18 months. Granted, I don't eat a lot of pasta, and even fewer cream sauces, but it sounded soooo good and exceeded expectations! He enjoyed the crispness of the hand-stretched crust and quality toppings. Cody was our server and was simultaneously handling all the drink orders with occasional help. He was a good server for someone pulling double duty. What made the day super sucky (until dinner) is that my guy's father had passed away in the hospital after a recent cancer diagnosis. My guy needed to eat after days of intense worry and erratic mealtimes. And we needed some quality time together. Thank you, Osteria Mia, for making a dark day a bunch brighter.

Ordered the large size beef and chicken bowl with side veggies and 4pc gyoza. The portions are very generous, this one bowl can easily feed 2 people. Quality is exceptional, both the chicken and beef were grilled to perfection. The sauce that they use goes well with both meats. I didn't wait too long for my takeout order and the customer service here is fantastic. I noticed they do have very reasonable lunch specials so I'll be coming back here for lunch. The inside is very clean and tables were being wiped down while I waited for my takeout order. If you like grilled foods, come check this place out. They also have sushi rolls. Two of us thought we would like the sangria and he told us he didn't care for it but many customers do like it. My grandson got the Philly Steak Pita and he loved it. My husband & I shared the Mediterranean Green Bean Fried Rice. It sounded very good but we found it was very spicy! There was no indication on the menu that it was very spicy so I researched after we got home. It has Aleppo pepper but should have been just enough to give it good flavor, not to be so hot it was uncomfortable to eat. That was very disappointing because the ingredients were so good. Once in a while, my husband and I come to this place to eat - usually on Wednesdays when they have…read more(now I know "had") their 1/2 off pizzas between 2 and 6pm. We decided at 5:15 tonight to rush down and I order the pizzas and other stuff while my husband made his way there from 20 miles away. Before I was seated, I confirmed with the hostess that they will had the 1/2 off pizzas before 6pm, and the young lady said yes. so I sat, and ordered two pizzas, a side salad and my ice tea. The pizzas came out after about 12 minutes and soon after, my husband finally got there. We enjoyed about 1/3 of what we ordered, knowing that we have enough for the next two meals. We only like certain pizzas for left overs and theirs is one of them. And then when it came time to pay, we reminded the server who did an excellent job paying attention to us throughout the meal that the pizzas are supposed to be 1/2 off, right? and he said NO. firmly. also explained that they hadn't had that deal for more than two months. To this, I said - I confirmed this before I sat down. If I knew, then I woulnt have ordered two pizzas. Then the server said that the hostess doesn't know anything about the menu. huh? seriously? This was definitely his defensive response and with a bit of attitude. I did not appreciate this at all. We asked for the manager to come out, and she did within a couple of minutes. She explained, also, with a bit of attitude - a bit condescending - that they haven't had this deal for more than 6 months, and that she will give us the 1/2 off today, but that we should not expect this the next time. Again, huh? Excuse me? seriously, they must get a lot of customers expecting free food or something. I am not one of them. How about we don't come eat there at all....? So, would I go back? maybe if my family or friends insist. But not for a while. Left me with a bad taste. I dine out at least 2x a week. There are plenty of other good places to eat. The large chain that this seems to be, my one negative review won't hurt them, I imagine. In the end, we did get the 1/2 off, but I always tip minimum of 20% based on the full price before the discount. The server's attitude softened by the time he picked up the payment. He actually apologized, then thanked us. Unfortunately, this apology and appreciation came way too late to erase the bad experience.
