I walked in and discovered exactly that: a vape store, a small market, and tucked off to the right, a humble little lunch counter. No frills -- just a guy behind the counter doing his thing. I ordered the Fish & Shrimp Daily Special ($11.99) and waited a few minutes. When the food hit the counter, WOW. Any skepticism I had about the surroundings vanished in a cloud of fryer steam and crispy golden goodness. The fish? Hot, flaky, and perfectly battered. The shrimp? Juicy with just the right crunch.
