Food: 10/10 My husband ordered a chicken sandwich - very tender with a good hot sauce choice. The bun made the sandwich. Delicious. I got the chicken tender combo - tenders were really good and the fries had a great seasoning. Service: 4/10 the person at the counter was friendly but no personality. I told her it was our first time her and she responded with a blank stare. I ordered our food. She brought out our food. Didn't ask if we needed anything else. I was looking for a Togo but but none were in sight. Went up to the counter to ask for one but nobody was there. It wasn't until the cook saw me standing there and he went through let her know. Not sure if she was new or just needed more training... Ambiance: 7/10 it was inviting. We sat at one of three clean tables. Not only did they get the dash order wrong not giving us our full order. After being out of the dash order money, we called and asked for a replacement and had to drive to go get it. We went in to pick up the order ill need to find out they spilled the ranch all in the bottom of the bag showing zero concern. I know there are a lot of Wingstop's franchises all over the place so they are very convenient. But this was our first time trying one. If you're a fan of wings, you know wing recipes are all-over-the-place, unique to each restaurant. But the way Wingstop cooks their wings is not for us. All their recipes are greasy. We bought three different flavors and they were all greasy sitting in a small pool of grease soaking into the paper inside of a Styrofoam to-go container. Made for an unpleasant greasy dining experience. By-the-way, did I mention their wings are greasy? The blue cheese dressing has the texture of ranch dressing meaning very creamy and smooth. There were absolutely no chunks of blue cheese in the blue cheese dressing. Not sure what it really is, but it definitely isn't the good stuff if it's blue cheese dressing. read more

Ordered take out through the app -- never been before. Pick up took a little longer than quoted, but worth hot food! The staff were very friendly!! We got wings, buffalo fries, and corn nuggets. Wings -- we did 3 flavor: BBQ, garlic parm, and mild. First I will say -- these are decent size!! No little piney wings here. I was impressed!! All the flavors were great, my fav was garlic parm since it's a dry rub and crispy wing. Next time I think I will order all extra crispy!! Fries -- these are so hard when to go. They were soggy, but 7 min drive could have done that. However, they were SPICY!!! I don't do heat (hence mild wings) so one and I was done . My neice loved them. Corn things -- delicious but OMG spicy!! One and done for me. I will not order again. The flavor was good but for $3+ more too spicy for my liking. Everything was good and I was impressed until..... I had to pluck my own chicken!! For being new, price of wings, and large company....i was disappointed. After eating 5-6 wings I came across 2 wings with some feathers still attached. Talk about appetite killer!! I understand this can happen but it was disappointing that 2 were missed by staff. For 6.99 I could buy 20 Mc nuggets from McDonalds, where here we paid 13 for 10, for the same inedible un natural foodstuffs. This location has such poor service. Not sure if it was the lack of training or just the simple fact that it's a bunch of kids running the show. I placed an online order and was quoted a 30 minute wait time just to arrive 35 minutes later and there still be 15-20 minutes wait for my food. Not the first time this has happened and it's disappointing. When I first arrived no one greeted me and the group that arrived after me and it took almost 5+ minutes for them to come and see what I was there for. I hope management takes the time to help these kids out and give them proper training or have someone on shift who actually cares about how this business is ran. read more
