If I could give it 0 stars, I would. When I called to place my order, I didn't realize I was speaking with the store manager. I simply wanted to order 20 wings, but I was told that wasn't an option and that I had to purchase a 24-piece order instead. However, your website clearly shows that a 20-piece order is available. At no point was I told the total price. Andrew later claimed to my husband that he had given me the total price, but he hung up before he could finish. When I called back to resolve the issue, Andrew was rude, dismissive, and sarcastic, speaking to me in a very condescending manner. I wasn't asking for a full refund--I was trying to be reasonable and simply pay for the 20 wings I originally wanted. I specifically explained that I never wanted a 24-piece order, let alone two orders of fries and a drink, WHICH I did not know came with the 24 pieces, but he continued insisting that a 20-piece option didn't exist, despite it being listed on the website for their location. As the manager, he should know the menu and be willing to listen to customers rather than talking over them. I even had to tell him to stop interrupting me so he could hear what I was saying. He also ended both conversations abruptly without any professionalism or courtesy. Had I been told the order would cost nearly $40, I would have corrected it immediately, since I only wanted the 20-piece wings for $24.79. Not only did they get the dash order wrong not giving us our full order. After being out of the dash order money, we called and asked for a replacement and had to drive to go get it. We went in to pick up the order ill need to find out they spilled the ranch all in the bottom of the bag showing zero concern. If you're a fan of wings, you know wing recipes are all-over-the-place, unique to each restaurant. But the way Wingstop cooks their wings is not for us. All their recipes are greasy. We bought three different flavors and they were all greasy sitting in a small pool of grease soaking into the paper inside of a Styrofoam to-go container. Made for an unpleasant greasy dining experience. By-the-way, did I mention their wings are greasy? The blue cheese dressing has the texture of ranch dressing meaning very creamy and smooth. All the flavors were great, my fav was garlic parm since it's a dry rub and crispy wing. Next time I think I will order all extra crispy!! Fries -- these are so hard when to go. They were soggy, but 7 min drive could have done that. However, they were SPICY!!! I don't do heat (hence mild wings) so one and I was done . My neice loved them. Corn things -- delicious but OMG spicy!! One and done for me. I will not order again. The flavor was good but for $3+ more too spicy for my liking. Everything was good and I was impressed until..... I had to pluck my own chicken!! For being new, price of wings, and large company....i was disappointed. After eating 5-6 wings I came across 2 wings with some feathers still attached. This location has such poor service. Not sure if it was the lack of training or just the simple fact that it's a bunch of kids running the show. I placed an online order and was quoted a 30 minute wait time just to arrive 35 minutes later and there still be 15-20 minutes wait for my food. Not the first time this has happened and it's disappointing. When I first arrived no one greeted me and the group that arrived after me and it took almost 5+ minutes for them to come and see what I was there for.
