Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. Our food arrived cold, and our order was not brought out together, which meant some of us were eating while others were still waiting. Mistakes can happen, but what was most disappointing was the manager's response. When I politely expressed my concerns about the food and the service, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude instead of an apology or an effort to make things right. To make matters worse, instead of focusing on resolving the issue, the manager was pointing at me and discussing my complaint with other employees. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and made me feel embarrassed rather than valued as a customer. Customer service is just as important as the food, and this experience fell well below expectations. You don't go to BWW expecting 5 star quality food, like most chain restaurants. But as a paying customer, experience is important no matter where you're going. On Father's Day we went in for a late lunch around 1:30pm. It was not super busy, maybe 5-6 tables in the dining room and the bar wasn't full at all. We didn't leave until after 3:00pm because how slow the kitchen and service was. After being seating, the first round of soft drinks came quickly and then we ordered an appetizer. 25 minutes later, we started to worry the app was never put in AND we still needed to order entrees. Our young waitress finally realized we were waiting to order entrees and our drinks were empty at this point. We placed additional orders and she acknowledged we were waiting on the app still which came out 10 minutes later along with refills. 30 minutes later entrees starting coming out one by one, cold food being brought to the table. We watched two tables that were families get up and leave before their food came out because of the lack of service and how long food was taking, no tentativeness for refills etc. though we felt the same we didn't want to do that so a manager was requested. By 3:00pm the manager still hasn't come out to us and our waitress acknowledged that the manager was in the back and she "couldn't get her to come out". Long story short, the waitress apologized that food took so long and was cold, two of the orders came out incorrect and the manager was not making herself available. Again, BWW food quality is what it is, we go there for a good deal and a moderately quick bite or to watch a game. But I would not come back to this location. read more

Absolutely not. Service was slow, as HELL. The only person who was actively earning their pay was our server, Aiden. First we were told that the wait would be 20 minutes long , when there were tables available that were VISIBLE. Then, our table wasn't cleaned correctly. My dad had to wipe the table off himself. Visited on May 28th (National Cheeseburger Day) because I had a free cheeseburger from the BWW app. It was little after Noon, and after being seated it took the server Darren over 10 minutes to come by and get my order. My blood sugar was dipping heavily by them. Ordered some appetizers along other items as well. Always looking forward to Thursday B1G1 with the boneless wings. I stopped by with my son today because he wanted some wings, I got us the Cheddar Cheese Curds to start off, I will say they were a little over cooked but it was alright, the service was alright today not the best. I asked for regular ranch with my cheese curds and it took a moment to get too me. They weren't busy at all so it didn't make sense but it's alright.. I then ordered 10 boneless wings half honey BBQ and half Parmesan Garlic which those were good! My son got the kids boneless wings with fries and he said he liked his he got mild flavor. I'm consistently disappointed every time I come here. We keep giving it another chance, hoping for a better experience, but nothing ever changes. The bathrooms were absolutely unacceptable--filthy, no toilet paper, and a strong odor of marijuana that made it clear they hadn't been checked in quite some time. Not to mention the string urine smell. What's especially frustrating is that there were only 4 customers in the entire restaurant, so there's really no excuse for that level of neglect. The management is another major issue. Especially the Manager with pink hair. We come here specifically to watch sports, yet the manager repeatedly turns off the game audio throughout the entire restaurant to play music instead. This has been an ongoing problem we've mentioned before, and it's disappointing to see it still isn't being addressed. It defeats the purpose of being a sports bar. At this point, it's no surprise the place is rarely busy. I truly hope improvements are made, because it has potential--but as it stands, it's hard to justify returning. One word - AWFUL. I first ate at a BWW 30 years ago, and I've never seen anything so atrocious at one. Maybe the worst I've ever seen at any restaurant. The wings were all burnt, and so were the sides. The sauce and dry rub were unevenly distributed throughout - some sides had no sauce or spice, and the other sides were either drenched or doused with too much of everything....on top of exposed burnt chicken peeking through the uncoated wings. Ironically The sauced ones were sitting in a river of excess that bled through the entire container, allowing us to create a new flavor of Wild Honey BBQ and wet desert heat. It looked like someone squeezed a bottle of sauce down the sides of the container but forgot to toss them in a bowl. The onion rings looked like someone hit them with a flame thrower - they were charred. I have never.made a comment on any business or restaurant on Yelp or anyway website, but this was so rotten I had to. Football season is coming Buffalo Wild Wings and this is the neighborhood wing joint - please fire the chef and fix it. I wouldn't serve this food to my worst enemy on death row. To note, the manager gave me a full refund over the phone, which I appreciated. I just hope they fix it. We ordered drinks, and ordered our kids food to get started. Nothing, not even a single drink had come out by 6:50pm. With hungry and upset kids we decided to give our business elsewhere. Staff is doing what it can but lack of Management/ Leadership at this location is non-existent. Couple weeks ago there was a rain delay on a playoff baseball game and halfway through was switched to another Channel, manager had no interest in finding that game. Also buyer beware, they state that all their domestic drafts are $4 but here's where things get sneaky. Michelob Ultra per BWW is considered a premium draft so you will be charged $5 for that. For me it's not about the extra dollar it's just about them trying to get one over on the customer and as far as I can see I don't see that on their sign. Unless your father keeps giving you unwanted gift cards so that you are forced to go here or you have accumulated points to maybe get a free Burger, I would pick another Sports Bar. I don't think it's possible for a restaurant to feel any more soulless. Truly, entering a BWW during lunch time feels dystopian in a way no other chain could. Walked in at lunchtime, and save for one other table, we're the only people in the building. There are TVs everywhere, but there's no sound. It's so quiet, save for the distant clanging from the back of the kitchen. There are no staff in sight. After several minutes, someone from the back of house pops out to tell us to seat ourselves, and we oblige. It takes another few minutes for a server to finally drop by. It's wild how barren the table was. Just a lone bottle of ketchup, and a tiny QR code. They don't offer physical menus. They don't even give you napkins until your food arrives, and even then it's just a couple. There's no sugar/sweetener at the tables, and they didn't even ask if we wanted any when we got two iced teas. I worry I'm sounding petty here, but freaking Jack in the Box has a greater sense of hospitality than this place. I got the boneless wings. There are like 20 different flavors, but no matter what you choose you will be surprised at how tiny they are and how cheap they taste--like cheap cafeteria food from Sysco or Aramark. After lunch, It took over 15 minutes to get our check, despite there being like 5 people in the whole restaurant. While we were out enjoying a family dinner, a group of mop headed teenagers began throwing ice ACROSS THE ROOM. Some of which ended up on our table!
