I occasionally come here, only because it's a good place to sit, get a coffee, and work, however, I always question why I came. It's always filthy and the food is mediocre at best. The employees work hard but can never seem to keep up with their work, which is why the lobby is never clean. This location does not meet the standards Panera Bread has for their stores.

Stopped for lunch today with my family. They don't really have personnel to run a counter for orders so you have to use the iPads at the entrance to order everything yourself. The food was delivered quick and everything was delicious and hot. The place was decently busy not staff was staying on top of keeping the place clean. This is definitely a family friendly place to grab a tasty bit. We would definitely come back.

The floors at this Norterra location are always littered with debris and stains, the drink area is sticky and wet, the dishes pile up...but I kept going, thinking that maybe it was a phase? I have mentioned it nicely to an employee before, but they just look stressed, shrug their shoulders, and walk away. It's not for nothing that many of us pine for the old days of Paradise Bakery, an experience that was truly gutted by Panera's ownership. They've slowly but surely placed profits over quality and cleanliness. It's a shame because Panera could be awesome. They need to hire more people and train them properly. If you must go to Panera, I suggest the location at Paradise Valley on Cactus. Lupe (she's amazing) still works there and can make you a lovely breakfast sandwich. At least that location makes more of an effort to stay clean and attractive. Or you might try the 7th st. location in the Target shopping center. That one is bigger and more established (also was a Paradise Bakery), so you should have a better experience. And they wear gloves at these locations. At Norterra? I often see people in the bread area gloveless. Norterra is a hard pass for me on cleanliness of the place and the food handling. They need to do better.

Quick lunch stop was perfect. I ordered a u pick 2 with a small Fuji apple salad and a small Mac n cheese with bacon. The salad was wonderful and the Mac n cheese creamy. The service was fast and courteous. When I asked for an extra salad dressing, the chef gave me one without question. The atmosphere was casual and relaxed.

Soo good! Best panera location ive been to in a while! The bread bowls were flakey and golden brown and soft perfection, asain salad was amazing, and the kitchen sink cookie is amazing. Service was super fast, ambiance average and quiet. Loved it

I got chicken noodle soup to go, and when I got home, I opened this. Where is the broth?

I would like soup to have broth. I got chicken noodle soup to go and this is what I got. For the love of Satan please just put broth in your soups to go. Now I got dry ahhh chicken and noodles.

The atmosphere was great. I like the low lighting of the dining area. Had a pepperoni mozzarella melt. It was delicious! Customer service was great. Genesis was patient and helpful during ordering. Clean.

    TUNA SALAD SANDWICH

Started off with a tomato cream soup which was really good not spicy not too hot had the right amount of croutons in it and came with a side of bread for dipping purposes. No complaints at all. For dinner I had a tuna salad sandwich or something really good whatever they put in the tuna salad recipes. The bread that they put it on with outstanding had some greens and off the fine tomatoes and side of potato chips. Cannot complain and what is a little loud but not too bad and was a good meal. A nice change from the junk and grease

    Decomposing apple
    Melody M.

Seriously? I chose an apple for my side and this is what I got. A completely squishy deeply wrinkled and discolored apple that was clearly decomposing. Clear lack of regard for food safety & customer service. I am 37 weeks pregnant too. Super disappointing.

Got the Pick 2, Salad & Sandwich the food always tastes fresh and healthy but portion sizes seem a little small. Customer Service is not over and beyond- I felt like I was asking more questions then they did- should be other way around. Location is great and lots of parking around, lots of seating- but missing the WOW experience when I come here. Craft beverages: Lemonade and Green Tea were good. You can order online on the tablet when you walk in or you can go to register if you prefer to order with a human.

We continue to be impressed by both the quality and creativity of their food. On this visit, I ordered The Pilgrim, which is essentially Thanksgiving dinner wrapped inside a pasty. It features turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, and gravy. It arrived absolutely piping hot--seriously, give it a few minutes before taking that first bite--but once it cooled down, it was phenomenal. The combination of flavors was comforting and satisfying, and a little cranberry sauce with each bite provided the perfect balance. My only minor critique would be that the ingredients could have been distributed a bit more evenly throughout the pasty. I also found the gravy slightly more peppery than expected, occasionally overshadowing the stuffing, sweet potatoes, and turkey. Even so, this has become my favorite pasty at Cornish Pasty Co. We also tried the Peppered Steak pasty, which features sirloin, portobello mushrooms, leeks, zucchini, Stilton bleu cheese, and a peppercorn brandy cream sauce. The quality of the ingredients was excellent, especially the steak and the wonderfully flaky crust. For my personal taste, the peppercorn brandy cream sauce was a little more prominent than I prefer, and I found myself wanting more of the steak, mushroom, and Stilton flavors to come through. That's simply a matter of preference, though--it was still a well-executed dish made with quality ingredients. One thing Cornish Pasty Co. consistently gets right is the crust. Every pasty we've had has been flaky, flavorful, and substantial without feeling heavy. This wasn't our first experience with their menu. Over the years we've thoroughly enjoyed the Tikka Masala, the Lamb & Mint (which was a genuine "wow" dish), and the Royale. Those are all excellent choices, but after this visit, The Pilgrim has moved to the top of my personal rankings. Our two pasties came in under $20 each, making for a filling and satisfying meal at a reasonable price. We ordered takeout, and while there was a bit of a wait after we arrived, it's worth noting that these are made-to-order pasties, not fast food. Even though we only ordered a few minutes before arriving, the quality was well worth the extra time. My biggest criticism has nothing to do with the food. While waiting, my wife and I sat inside briefly, and we found the music extremely loud. During our visit, the restaurant was playing Silth, a progressive metalcore band. Musical tastes are obviously subjective, but the combination of the style and volume made conversation difficult for us. My wife eventually decided to wait in the car because it was simply too loud. The restaurant clearly aims for a lively pub atmosphere, with games available and a diverse mix of patrons enjoying themselves, so many people may appreciate that environment. It just wasn't a great fit for us. That said, the food is outstanding, the portions are generous, and we'll absolutely be back. We'll probably continue ordering takeout, but that's a reflection of our personal preferences rather than any issue with the restaurant itself. If you're looking for creative, well-made pasties with high-quality ingredients, Cornish Pasty Co. is definitely worth a visit.

Walked in to a nearly empty restaurant -- just one other customer -- and wasn't greeted. The AC was off with only a few floor fans running, making the space feel suffocating. After waiting 30 minutes for my spring rolls (in an almost empty restaurant), they arrived with no peanut sauce and zero apology from the staff. By this point I was flushed, short of breath, and feeling faint from the heat and poor air circulation. I politely let the male server know I was overheating and felt like I might faint. His response? He told me the AC was on and to "drink more water" -- in a rude, dismissive tone -- then walked away to greet a new customer. I packed up my spring rolls to go and paid without a word. He didn't seem surprised. It felt like this was a pattern he was used to. After leaving I checked other reviews -- long wait times, poor atmosphere, and rude staff are recurring themes. I'm adding my experience to save others the trip. Don't waste your time or money here.

The California rolls were ok, not bad. I would say it's 7/10. The bibimbap was very fresh and delicious but a little pricey ($18.95). The bulgogi was marinated very well and rice was super crispy inside the hot stone bowl. Seafood tofu soup was pretty good and not too overly salty. It was very flavorful and the tofu was very soft.
