My god don't get stuck in their drive through. I've been stuck for 25 minutes. I'm not entirely sure what's going on, but the jeep ahead of us by the window doesn't seem to have anywhere to go. I left my original post above unedited, but increased the stars because (1) cashier was very apologetic and said the property management company won't let them ask customers to park and wait and (2) the BLT Asiago bagel sandwich was actually decent/borderline good. The wait was not unreasonable considering it was lunch time. The impatient young female cashier was rather rude to several older ladies and only because they moved a little slow. I saw no need for her complete lack of attention or patience to the senior citizens. The sandwich bread was stale, the soup was cool but not warm or hot. My companion got a tuna fish sandwich with about 2 spoons of tuna on it with the portions completely off. I'm sure someone needs a refresher course on sandwich making. Hit or miss. The servers at the pick up window are so nice. Pleasure dealing with them. However, chance you are going to get an order right is maybe 50/50. If you order online for pickup, your odds are better. Freshness ... haha advertising is so not reality. Picked up salad and baguette tonight ... salad was ok. Not brown lettuce which we often get. My friend walked in this morning on 09/24/25 and this lady at the counter with red hair gave my friend 1 cup of soup even though my friend had ordered three and claimed they "ran out of soup" at 9am? and then proceeded to include 5-6 spoons for one cup of soup like some sort of joke so my friend asked for a refund cause she was assuming they didn't have the other ones and when she got her cash refund back the lady grabbed the soup and tore the bag out of my friends hands so hard the bag ripped and after that proceeded to call my friend names and disrespectful terms in front of the manger. I love PB but the duet special is a thumbs down for me. The half of cheese sandwich wasn't grilled enough, learning they don't grill them but toast them. Also, one slice of cheese with thick bread. I couldn't taste the cheese. The tomato soup was a first for me which was bland. I've had really good tomato soup else where but I'll stick to my French onion there. I go to this Panera Bread every Friday morning with my ROMEO guys (really old men eating out). The service is excellent. Peter, the Panera employee, remembers my name from week to week, and he also remembers what I normally order. Look, it's not a perfect restaurant. There aren't any perfect restaurants. But if you want to go somewhere to have a quiet cup of coffee and a pastry or sandwich with friends, Panera is the place to go. read more

I really went for all the marbles here and ordered the group size chicken soup. I assume group means three, because the amount will sustain three. Einsteins is out... Panera has bagels! But it's disgusting, and customer service is atrocious, and I am reminded all over again that Panera is good at a few things: serving wildly overpriced mediocre (at best) food, and having customer service so bad.... I don't even have a simile or metaphor to compare how bad the customer service is..... The service today at your pickup window was terrible I was there at about 11:30, the young girl was rude. I tried to hand here my buzzer to pick up food, she rolls here eyes and points at basket, she then said here's your food . Either my standards are in the crapper, or I lucked-out and wound up with really decent food and service. This Panera has been up for upwards of a decade and I have only been one other time. All I can say is that it's a solid pick-me-up for when you don't want the fast-food typical mainstays of this intersection--burgers or Filiberto's. The order was taken, and the line moved quite fast until some woman in a Lexus SUV had their turn at the window. I don't know why it took so long, as I was burning the time on my phone, but based on the vibe of the apology I got when I finally got up there, I got the impression that that customer was just being difficult. I ordered a cup of the autumn squash soup, and a full barbecue chicken sandwich. Starting with the soup, it was absolutely delicious. I'm a sucker for squash soups, so that really hit the spot; the only thing that could have made the soup better was perhaps some seeds on the top. The barbecue chicken sandwich was also awesome--the chicken was very tender and had just right amount of sauce and lots of red onion slices. One thing I will agree with as far as criticisms are concerned, is that I do feel the prices should come down a touch. While I do feel the food is pretty good, I do have my doubts about whether or not it really warrants the price. I guess it's sort of like Starbucks where the quality of the product is just fine, but due to hype, deserved or not, they tend to be on the adventurous side with prices. read more

Every app and website on my phone said they close at 9:00, got there at 7:55 and the store was dark. Decided to try the door and it was open with someone ordering inside. I waited in line and was informed they close at 8:00 so I would have to take my food to go. They said they haven't updated the hours online yet. Ordered the pick 2 and the sandwich was disgusting. The soup had the lid loose so it leaked into my center console. I threw the sandwich up about an hour and a half later. We are from out of town so I ate their food when I knew I shouldn't have. Oh, Panera! What can I say? Each time I go- I never know what to expect even though my order remains the same. That's what prevents me from eating here regularly is the I consistently between visits. I can always expect that the cookie will be the same quality but my biggest gripe is the quinoa salad. Sometimes I can see the quinoa and others here is so little that I debate with myself that I may not have ordered the right menu item. On a more positive note- my kids enjoy the Mac and cheese and the quality is pretty consistent. I also really like the choices of lemonades- they are light and refreshing. Like any good relationship- I'm going to think about the good times and come in again. Hopefully the kinks can get worked out and the quality of food will match the Panera that we have all come to love and support. read more

Everything top notch. The counter person was patient while she explained "Choose two" and answering other questions. The food was great and the bread particularly fresh and yummy. Healthy food was fast today. Mediterranean sandwich was a good vegetarian value at $7.69 served with a pickle spear and a side. Normally, my husband and I get the duet lunch. We have asked to substitute chips instead of the bread in the past without problems. But, Rebecca, the manager, said you can't substitute anything. My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite on this Sunday night. The thing we saw was a hand written sign stating they closed in 30 min for a holiday party. Two guest in front of us left because they were out of the items they wanted. I kept my order simple to get us in and out. I ordered chicken and rice soup in a bread bowl. The soup was so old and thick the spoon stood up on it's own. It was also Luke warm. I hade to send it back twice. While I was waiting I could here the staff griping about having to reheat the soup. I want to highlight Peter, as a really good employee who is friendly, efficient, seems to just do what is needed by a customer. They are always short-staffed (not uncommon in today's world), and yet he is always calm, friendly and a darn good employee. Also, the place is notorious for running out of coffee in the public coffee servers, but he will go to the back and get you the coffee you want if there is none in the public area! read more

The cashier, Peter, was uncommonly kind and helpful. He directed us to where to pick up our food, and that there was a bench there to sit on.
