Went in tonight to order food and quickly left. We were greeted when we walked in but went to the register area where people check you out and no one seemed to want to help us. A manager in a blue and white stripe shirt just stood rearranging something on the counter and ignoring us. So we tried the computer kiosk but could not figure out how to make our order to go. Panera is my go to when I need to stop in for a meeting while working remote as the WiFi is always reliable and it's usually more quiet than Starbucks. Today decided to try a beverage instead of food. I opted for an iced chai latte with almond milk. I tried ordering it with foam assuming it was a cold foam, but when they brought it to me they explained they can only add foam on hot drinks. No big deal, but odd that the app allows you to order it that way. The chai has a nice spice, which can be hard to find, and the almond milk makes for a creamy finish. Overall the taste is good, but it's expensive for the size. Not sure if order it again. read more

The director of the physician group @ my work got us Panera for ER week. They offer catering & it sure was pricey! The sandwiches, chips & chocolate chip cookies come in these nice sturdy big boxes that are put inside this huge Panera bag that is reusable, think reusable shopping bag but XXXLarge. I LOVED the Kettle chips that they carry. Taste like true Kettle, very fresh and one bag the salt was just right & another bag was a little too salty to my liking but I still thought they were very tasty. There were 2 bags with loose chocolate chips cookies that were good. Not to hard but not super soft. We got a big bowl of pickle spears that were yummy, but I LOVE pickles. I was the lucky one who was given the leftover pickles to take home....lol I tried the Tomato Basil BLT which was good. It is small but it looked like 1/2 a sandwich. The bread seemed to be the tomato basil due to the light red color. I also tried the Toasted Italiano warm sandwich. This was a good size but messy when I opened up the packaging due to the Greek dressing that is put on it so if you get this one you probably want to eat it right away or the bread will get soggy. This sandwich is spicy!!! I think from the sliced pepperoncini peppers though I didn't think they were normally hot? I'm not a big fan of the french baguette bread that it comes on due to it being so hard, I like my bread soft. I also grabbed a BBQ chicken for the next day. I know, I did eat a lot but I work 12hr shifts & I was starving when I came into work as I don't eat before work. This was a nice treat that everyone @ work enjoyed. Unfortunately, Panera isn't a place I usually go to when I get take out food. I did enjoy the variety of cold & warm sandwiches that were provided. Used the deliver service because I'm sick. A little late but not a problem. Ordered the buy one get one free for $5 more. When I did not receive the free tomato soup and grilled cheese, I called. "Not our problem". I repeated the issue. That's only in house. The advertisement does not say that. I paid $5 extra. False advertisement and misleading. I wrote a bad review a year ago. This isn't my favorite Panera location, but the food is consistently great. It's right across the Galleria Mall. I appreciate the order kiosks and the order-ready screen. It was tricky to understand at first, but makes the process quick and convenient. The restaurant itself feels a bit dark, and I have noticed the occasional strange character hanging around, though the staff is usually quick to address it. On our last visit, my daughter and I opted to get our food to go. Overall, I'd come back in a pinch especially if I'm feeling hangry! read more

I know this is gonna sound weird but when did they start making you go up and retrieve your own order??? I like this location and like that the owner is in store conversing with guests etc. However, yesterday's food experience sucks. Yes, it was just soup and grilled cheese but i wasted my money and was disappointed. First, the grilled cheese sandwich needs to be removed from the menu. The microwaved version super sucked. burnt cheese with flimsy bread. Horrible. A wasted on money. do not order this. Then, the tomato soup was a sorry watered down no flavor item that i tried to make due of with salt and pepper but to no avail, i had to stop. i usually have a good experience with the items there but yesterday sucked. I have to give this location a shoutout! I have come here for years for both business meetings and personal. I typically order large group catering from here and almost always it is correct. A few times through the years there's been an error or two but has been corrected. The staff for catering is always friendly, prepared and helpful. I appreciate that very much! Recently on a personal order I tried the new menu option, zesty Tuscan Asiago sandwich, and it was SO good I decided to give a well deserved review. I ordered Rapid Pick Up via the app and it was ready very quickly. Packaged properly and tasted so good. Keep these on the menu for a bit, please. I didn't take any pictures but it looked good too! Asiago bagel, with all the toppings melded together. It was great. Add unlimited drinks for $14.99/month (price just increased) and you've got the perfect triple play. I think their pick-two option can be a little pricey, so my go-to's are definitely the value duet options. Unfortunately, you can't mix and match the sandwiches and soups in this category. They're already locked. My favorites: -- NAPA ALMOND CHICKEN SALAD sandwich with WILD RICE SOUP. -- TUNA SALAD sandwich with TOMATO SOUP. -- SMOKEHOUSE BBQ CHICKEN sandwich with TOMATO SOUP. Back in the day, these value meals came with a side as well, but that is no longer the case. The unlimited sip club includes all fountain drinks, regular coffees, teas, and their charged lemonades (which are kept behind the counters now due to their high caffeine content) Also, when you purchase any meal and a drink, you get half-off bakery items which a sweet deal. First time checking out Panera! I had only ever heard about it and decided to give it a try. Can't say it was a great first experience. To start with the good: The restaurant was well & comfortably lit. The booths were comfortable. The food came quickly. The food, aside from the broccoli cheddar soup, tasted fine. The bad: It all seemed ridiculously overpriced for what we received. My chicken Cesar salad wasn't even half full. The chicken was very thinly sliced, which is fine, but the portion was very light; and I ordered and paid for extra dressing, but I'm pretty sure I didn't get the extra, as it was hardly enough to coat the salad. There may have been about a quarter of a chicken breast in the salad, which feels like a major rip off for the price we paid and with the bowl already only being filled, at most, halfway. I had heard a lot about the broccoli and cheese soup, but ended up disappointed by that as well. It was VERY bland. It really just tasted like thick broccoli water. The other salad was ordered with extra protein, which we received, but it seems like they put even less lettuce to compensate for the extra protein. It was delicious, though. The French onion soup tasted like it was frozen and thawed out at some point. Didn't taste fresh, but aside from that, it tasted fine. We landed, checked into our hotel, and was looking for a lunch spot. Low and behold our favorite Panera Bread was near by. That was so exciting! Upon arrival to the counter, the cashier was very helpful and friendly. She offered to assist us and also suggested to share what was included in items on the menu. She had a great welcoming demeanor ans exemplified great customer service! We sat at a table where we could see everything and suddenly the lunch rush came in. It's great that you can also order on the self service kiosk as well to save some time as it does get busy. We ordered two "YOU PICK TWO" anything on the menu (soup, salad, sandwich) (1) Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup and Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt (2) Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup and Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT AND (3) Asian Seasame Salad with Chicken Everything was delicious. The Soup was perfect and not too salty. The sandwiches were fresh and the salad was crisp and also fresh with a hint of cilantro. The servers who brought out our food were also very friendly. They also came around quite often to clear tables. This is a busy location but the food and service was splendid and everyone was so welcoming. We will definelty return to this location! read more

I really enjoy Panera Bread because it's a quick and healthy alternative to fast food when you are on the go. The cost for a lunch here is a little higher than I'd prefer, however, I always walk away feeling satisfied with my meal selection and happy I stopped by. This location was clean, and the staff was friendly. After placing an order, the food was on our table in less than 10 minutes. Parking here on busy days can really be a headache. My suggestion is to park further away and walk to avoid driving around and waiting for a parking spot to open up. Definitely Recommend! read more

Went here for lunch today starving after a swim meet. The employee behind the counter was so helpful with giving me details of different items on the menu I asked about. I got a pick two chicken and pepperoni mozzarella melt on a baguette with a small macaroni and cheese and a roll. The size of this sandwich for only being 1/2 was huge. It could have easily fed two people. The macaroni and cheese is so creamy and delicious, I wish I had gotten a large. My daughter got a roasted Turkey BLT with aioli, a side of macaroni and cheese and a roll as well. She was only able to eat half as well. I ordered on a kiosk and it charged me but they never got my order. i didn't get food and now i have to dispute the charge with my bank.

Ordered for delivery and they forgot the sides that were supposed to be included with the salads. I logged back into the app and there's no way to give feedback/complain about what's missing and get any resolution. Used to go in all the time for sweets, bagels snd bread. Just went in and got a couple bagels in the morning. They were hard as a rock. This is all the time now thought it might be a one time thing.
