Panera always comes through for me when I need a quick lunch. The place is clean and staff are friendly. I usually use the self ordering machine because it's lot fast to me and I usually only come here for one thing, so it's a repeat order when I type in my rewards number. I usually order the Asian chicken salad and that does the job for me. Now that is getting cold. I might try some of their soups on my next visit. read more

I think that where Panera could really excel above the fray would be with superior customer service. I had 2 different excellent encounters with employees who were exemplary. One had already informed me she was leaving for nursing school a few months ago. The other is Conner. He is caring & exhuberant. Many times employees are outstanding but as time goes on, they become complacent or less gung - ho. Others are acceptable, nothing wrong with that but this employee's obvious enthusiasm was contagious. A great experience can just make your day uber better. Today, I was tremendously thrilled to also sample their new menu item, a $5.99 flatbread in cheese or margherita that's rolling out on Mon Oct 26, 2020. It tastes like it looks, how it should & is not fancy but another quick option to their lineup. Lastly, I have been a crispy coffee member for 4 months. More often than not, somehow (egads) there's an error. If I order ice or almond milk, or milk, it's not included on the shelf. I've even gotten no order despite a confirmation order number. You are supposed to be able to get a cookie but if there's a line, I just skulk away in annoyance & without moi cookie. Their myriad of menu items are mostly consistent but if you get some positivity, then the food tastes better, almost to the 5th star. read more

Rainy days, cold weather, maybe a tough break up. These are all instances where you need some good pick me up comfort food and Panera always delivers. I never crave this restaurant in the summer but I always do when the weather gets cold. And for good reason! Their soup is consistently good even though it's mass made. The sandwiches come in a great variety and the ingredients are fresh. My favorite is the frontega chicken which sets itself apart with the warm melty cheese and tender chicken. I also went with the Cobb salad and it was such a large portion it felt like I barely made a dent after I started eating. The lettuce is crisp and the chicken was flavorful. They put dressing on your salad to start but it is nowhere near enough. Pro tip as for 2 more dressing containers on the side. Ambiance for Panera is like a busier Starbucks with less long term guests and more background noise. Overall a fine place to get good consistent comfort food. read more

I came to this Panera not knowing they didn't have the bacon avocado melt sandwich anymore so I ordered the BLT Chicken avocado sandwich and I order the sandwich with no chicken so it would basically be the bacon avocado melt with no cheese. But I got this instead , this is absolutely absurd never in my life have I gotten a vegetable sandwich from ANYWHERE let alone a place I'd never expect a error like that to happen. This is incredibly unprofessional and ridiculous to pay for a sandwich and NOT GET ANYTHING BUT VEGETABLES ON THAT SANDWICH. I'm highly upset about this situation and not something I wanted to see getting home with my food this is so frustrating. Fix that immediately because paying for a sandwich and not even getting any meat or protein on the sandwich is so mind blowing to me never have I ever had an experience like this. I love the food here, but service was completely horrible, on the part of the manager, or whoever was in charge. I lost my phone at this place and asked specifically 3 employees if they had seen anything. all of them were super nice and told me I was free to look around. in the area that i lost my phone there were 2 customers who were more than willing to help me find it, and I had only asked 2. a few minutes later, I go up to the register again to ask an employee for possible security camera footage access, and I notice a man following me. Im assuming this was the manager, a white blue eyed, balding man, maybe 5'4. Asks me if I need any help with anything, explained to him that i lost my phone, very panicked and crying but not trying to make a spectacle. Tells me to essentially wrap it up and stop bothering the customers. profusely apologized because I had bigger priorities, but this man did not even care about a theft that occurred inside of the location he's supposed to manage. Worst Panera I have been to! I love Panera and actually worked there a few years ago and this quality of food was just not right. First received the wrong sandwich, then did not receive my soup, had NO strawberries on the STRAWBERRY poppyseed salad, we also got the chicken teriyaki bowl and the rice was not all the way cooked some pieces were crunchy. I talked to the guy at the window about getting them fixed the guy argued with me! Also from working I know there is a certain presentation for wrapping of sandwiches and such and they were just wrong and sloppy. I know mistakes happen (trust me been there) but this was just so many to me where is the training?? Also I saw a man with long hair and long facial hair working on the line with no hair net. Just off putting to me. Not impressed, will not be returning! read more

We went there with a gift certificate from my sister. She gave us 30 bucks so we got to get a great lunch the goddess salad was really good as was the smokehouse chicken barbecue sandwich the bread is so delicious located conveniently by galleria mall. I am absolutely sure will be back as it's one of our family's favorites because you can get healthy food at a sort of reasonable price. And who can resist all those pastries and bread also very delicious and also very bad for you and who cares. The staff was friendly and the lobby was clean. The reason I gave it a four is because of their bathroom it could use some work it could use some touch up I think they're doing the best they can to try to keep it clean it just really needs to be updated other than that I had a very pleasant lunch. read more

Wow, I really like Panera Bread, but this location has really gone down hill. I got through my Master's degree by grabbing coffee during early mornings, plugging into the wifi, and going to town on whatever paper I had due. I came back to this location for the same experience, but what I got was a dirty restaurant (like filthy, and it was first thing in the morning!) and a terrible tasting coffee. The wifi was slow and when I tried to block all that out, my feet were crunching something on the ground (crumbs and trash). I left. I threw out my coffee and changed locations completely. What happened Panera?? Hopefully it's just this location.... read more

My daughter and I stopped in for dinner after a long day at work. We both work in the education field and anytime we can go out for dinner especially on a Friday is paramount to our self care. My daughter ordered the whole green goddess and I ordered the half size. We also added a beverage. The salad was fresh and delicious with grilled, tender white pieces of chicken on it. The salad has fresh boiled eggs, and a mix of baby greens including arugula. Panera is a welcome place to eat when we don't want the typical fast food but instead crave fresh salads. The salad is accompanied with fresh sourdough bread to enjoy as well. Panera has a good drink selection from teas to sodas. The employees were friendly at this location. You bus your own table. The restaurant was clean and taken care of. We will definitely return in the future. read more

This week I went there and ate a very soggy sandwich half kickin' grilled cheese and it came all smashed under the wrapped paper and it looked like it was made with expired cheese and the same cheese was kept off the fridge for a very long time.and it was for sure a very spoiled cheese. I had diahrrea all night long. It is embarassing for panera bread name and I would like to have some compensation in some sort of gift card or credit into my account. Or I will send the department of health to inspect your kitchen for the spoiled cheese that you are serving your customers. read more

Panera will do the trick if you need a lighter breakfast and don't have much time. This is also a good pick for dining with friends that aren't adventurous eaters since menu items are simple. The employees at this location have always been friendly and prepare orders quickly. The dining room has always been clean with plenty of seating available. On each morning visit the bakery has always been stocked with plenty of goodies and quiches. The quiches are my favorite breakfast item here with four or five different flavors offered. The combination of pastry and eggs plus other delicious vegetables and meats are tasty. The Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Brioche Sandwich was pretty good too. I liked that this has the option of scrambled or over easy eggs. read more

Food was great and super fresh!! Everyone was super friendly to US. That being said, during our visit a homeless woman came in and asked 1st at the counter if she could sale her a drink. The kind girl at the counter sold her a cup. She didn't bother anyone nor did she bat an eye to any of the other resteraunt patrons. As she was filling the cup up that SHE PAID FOR, what I can only assume was the shift manager came up and told her that she did not belong in there. Very loudly she says the manager has already told you. This was during lunch time and I just feel like there are better ways to address that situation. I also realize that clearly this young woman had been kicked out before, but the cashier said yes, ushered her to the register took her money and the girl cut through the resteraunts center. She looked at the worker and said I paid for this can I please just fill it?! The lady let her and then shooed her out the door. The worker then proceeded to scold the cashier for selling her a cup in the first place, all of the resteraunt floor for all of the patrons to see. I realize Panera is not responsible for the countries lack of mental health and homeless care that is available in the area, but compassion and caring for another human being clearly struggeling would be nice to see. We took her a sandwich and an apple after we finished our lunch. read more

I'm sorry, but I do not understand what is so difficult about making a green goddess sandwich and adding the green goddess dressing to it I mean it's in the description. Since we've had problems with this location in the past, I told my husband to order the dressing on the side to make sure he got it and that did work. Panera bread is one of the few places I like to eat out at because of their efforts in ditching artificial preservatives, sweeteners, flavors and colors, but what makes the company even better is the employees. Sometimes you walk into a restaurant and you can tell the employees hate their jobs and just do enough to collect a paycheck. That's not always the case though. My son and I met Mr Eric today and I was so impressed with his ability to multi task. Every time I looked up, he was clearing tables, cleaning up messed and asking customers if he needed anything and did it with such a positive attitude. I was especially impressed after he told us he's 68 years old! He was chatting with us long enough to make us feel so welcome, but not too long where we couldn't enjoy our meal. Employees like him are the kind of people that make going to eat at Panera Bread a pleasant experience. My son says he hopes Mr Eric will be there next time we eat here. Thanks Mr Eric! read more

Went to Panera today against my better judgement. The soups were pretty good but the sandwiches were disappointing. The price was absolutely ridiculous based on the product they put out. I didn't get his name but there was one man cleaning tables, he was the most helpful, I so wish I would've paid more attention to his name. There were many employees working there but they just ignored me when trying to just get a box. He was right there helping me. I thanked him profusely. read more

I went in this Panera bread with every intention of ordering a salad. I wanted to wash my hands first and I went into the ladies room. After looking around and washing my hands quickly I left the whole store! The bathroom was filthy, nasty and unacceptable. I wonder where the health district is? Because obviously they're not doing their job! Several years ago, I always went to this location of Panera bread and now I think twice before going to any but I would never return here! read more

I absolutely LOVE Panera Bread. They may be a tiny bit costly, but their food is SO YUMMY & good for you (mostly)!! I can use it as a reward for the weeks I do a good job (at anything, really, lol) and feel good about it :) I tend to get their Pick 2- turkey, apple, cheddar on raisin bread sandwiches with their tomato soup- HEAVENLY! And I get 1 of their large green passion papaya green teas- SO GOOD!! And then, I always get at least 1 of their desserts (seriously I have to treat this place as a reward place or I'd balloon up- they are so awesome!). My favorite is the Cinnamon Crunch Scone, but most of their desserts are really good. I haven't worked up the courage to try their Kitchen Sink cookie- it's like 800 calories for 1 cookie!! But it's got so many yummy ingredients that 1 day I'm definitely going to have to try it :) read more

The food was good this time with the exception of the tomatoes, they seemed mushy like were stored to cold or semi frozen along their journey. Otherwise the rest of the salad seemed fresh. Lettuce was crisp, onions and cucumbers were fresh, just not the tomatoes. But in their defense, they normally are. I am always torn in making decisions when looking at the menu, as they have a lot of great items to choose from. I still recommend this place.

But it is responsible for managing its space and paying attention when a customer is being harassed or assaulted directly in front of staff. Please improve how you manage the pickup/line area and train employees to recognize when something is clearly wrong. If you see two men unnecessarily crowding a woman who is by herself while she is loudly confronting them, take 30 seconds to ask, "Are you okay?" I shouldn't have been sexually assaulted while picking up lunch and then left feeling as though nobody in the room cared enough to even ask what happened.

After driving clear across town to pick up a new iPhone, my mom and I were starving and couldn't agree on where to eat. We decided to play it safe and go with a familiar favorite from back home: Panera. Big mistake. Normally, Panera locations are clean, welcoming, and dependable. Unfortunately, this location seems to have missed that memo sometime around 1977--the same year I suspect they installed the carpet. The moment we walked in, we got a greeting, but it felt less like "Welcome!" and more like "Corporate says I have to acknowledge your existence." The dining room was shockingly dirty. The carpet looked like it had survived multiple decades, several natural disasters, and maybe a few crime scenes. Dust, dirt, crumbs--you name it. To their credit, there was an employee cleaning. Unfortunately, she appeared to be moving through the restaurant like a sleepwalking zombie. She'd pick up one piece of trash, stare into the void, then walk right past ten more pieces. It was almost performance art. The food itself was okay, but for the prices they're charging these days, you can easily go to a sit-down restaurant where the staff actually seem happy you're there. The cashier--who I believe may have been the manager--was the real highlight of the experience. Asking simple questions like "Where are our drinks?" or "Can we get some sauce?" felt like we were requesting free concert tickets. Responses consisted mostly of pointing vaguely in a direction with all the warmth and personality of an airport security scanner. Then came the bathrooms. My poor mother ended up wiping down our own table because it was dirty. The restroom wasn't much better. The men's bathroom had a dirty diaper sitting on the floor. Seriously? What kind of parent changes a child and then just leaves the diaper behind for everyone else to enjoy? That's not a restaurant problem--that's a humanity problem. By the time we left, my mom made me promise we would never come back. When your mother officially bans a restaurant, that's usually the final review score right there. Overall: overpriced food, rude service, filthy dining room, questionable bathroom conditions, and an atmosphere that made us feel like we were inconveniencing the staff by showing up. There are far better places nearby that actually want your business. read more

I want to start off by saying this rating is solely for this location! I go to Panera Bread often, I love the food and the ambiance, but, this particular Panera Bread has really let me down. I have visited this locations on 5-6 different occasions all of which were a let down, my fist visit, the line was almost out the door (as I found out on later visits that this is always the case) and there was only ONE person taking orders, while there were two girls walking around cleaning and chatting but mostly chatting, the girl taking orders was miserable she was so rude and clearly annoyed and took it out on everyone, this happened all the time at this locations where the staff just could care less about anything. My last time here I placed a take out order over the phone to pick up A: I feel for like they need to have a separate line for orders placed over the phone because those orders are made and left sitting there until the person can gets to the front of the longest line on earth! So I get to pay $25 for cold food..anyway, so I get to the front of the line and pay and my food isnt ready after and hour after orders and telling them id be there in 45 minutes, so I go and wait for them to call my name w/ my food I noticed there was a bad of tke out....waiting.....names get called, 5-10-15 minutes go by and I ask whose food was there in the bag, guess whose??? Oh, yum yum yum yum yum. What could be better than a sweet, lightly crunchy cinnamon crunch bagel with freshly made hazelnut cream cheese and a fresh, steaming cup of coffee to start your morning? Or a freshly grilled turkey, bacon, cheddar, and sun dried tomato sandwich for lunch, with a Jone's soda to wash it down? I love Panera Bread (or as I call it, "Pantera Bread," 'cuz I'm so hardcore like that) so much. It's clean, comfy, it smells like coffee, and the food is the best. Sometimes, at lunch and dinner, there can be quite a line, but it's always worth it if you have the time to stick around. The place is filthy, the baked goods are stale or about to be stale most of the time, the General Manger seems like he is losing his mind, and after what I saw today by the he treats his associates that were on the assembly line, I am absolutely outraged by his tone and his behavior and won't be returning to this location. The younger boy who was working as food runner/busser around 2:30pm on 12/1 was AMAZING (light hair, glasses.) He gave us great customer service and was so attentive. He will definitely create some loyal customers for this location. The girl at the register let me know that there were no onions in the salad that I ordered, when I got it there were a good amount of red onions in it. There is regularly a long line and usually only one person taking orders while other employees walk around seeming to be lost. I don't know why they wouldn't have more staff taking orders to move along lines? Pros: Pastries are out of this world! Best bear claws that I've every had! Cons: They've changed the menu quite a bit in the last year, and changed the recipe for some of their old sandwiches. The sandwiches were prepared perfectly and all of the options were presented to me in a helpful manor. The made sure I had plates, napkins and the additional toppings that I needed on the side as this was for a few of us at my church. The lobby was clean they were fast and friendly. They were quick, quick witted, and really seemed to enjoy their job. That's hard to find these days. I ordered the turkey bacon avocado on sourdough with a small side of potato salad. Spectacular! The veggies are piled on nice and full, the meat is delicious, avocado is fantastically creamy. The bread to topping ratio is perfect. Very refreshing. I'll definitely be back. Thank you team! The lack of basic customer service at this location has become incredibly frustrating. If you don't enjoy dealing with customers or don't want to take even a little pride in your work, customer service may not be the right job for you. Being polite, courteous, and respectful shouldn't be too much to expect when someone chooses to spend their money at your restaurant. What makes it even more frustrating is being prompted to leave a tip when the employees can barely offer a greeting, a thank-you, or basic courtesy. I'm happy to tip for good service, but a tip should reflect the experience--not feel expected when the service is consistently unfriendly. Everyone can have a bad day, and I understand that. But when the same attitude happens repeatedly, it stops feeling like a bad day and starts feeling like a problem with the way this location is being run. Jersey Mike's, you really need to do better. Customers shouldn't walk away feeling like they were an inconvenience simply for placing an order.

I scanned the QR code and instructions told me to drive forward next to drive thru window. The order came out minutes later. It worked great. Drive thru/mobile thru was clean and tidy. No trash at all. They did forget one thing! A straw for my son's soda ‍. But my grilled nuggets and my son's chicken sandwich/fries were good.
