I think this location is a hit or miss. I've eaten here a couple of times since I live in the area, I just never did a review. I ordered Home Run Ham and Philly Steak foot longs from here via Uber Eats and they were amazing! Pack full of meat and me and my Mom could not believe how good the Home Run Ham sandwich was. We both agreed it was one of the best ham sandwiches we've had to date! So, I had to stop in this time rather than having it delivered and this time it was not as good. Not as much meat as before. The taste was still there, but it was not nearly as much meat as it was when we had it delivered. So I have to label this location hit or miss. I guess it depends on who's working the day you stop in. Outside of that, the location always appears to be very clean. The staff is neither super friendly or rude. They are there to serve you, and that's enough for me. No real major complaints. read more

This Subway is located in the the Horizon Village Square right off of Horizon Ridge Parkway. It's easy to locate and parking is plentiful. The inside is the standard franchise decor and layout. Standard sandwiches with both pre-designed premium choices or build your own. Sandwiches are served hot or cold to your preference. A variety of bagged chips are available to add a little crunch to your meal. Drinks also have the option of bottled or self-serve soda machine. Their newest menu items are Footlong Sides. Choices include: chocolate chip cookies, churros, pizza roll ups, and Auntie Anne's pretzels. We tried the pretzel with cheese sauce today and it gets a 2 thumbs up. Also added a 6 pack of cookies and the family favorite is still the raspberry cheesecake cookie! The Horizon Ridge Parkway at Horizon Drive Subway. We are living in very unusual times. And living amongst us in these unusual times is the Coronavirus 19. During these times, the State of Nevada has issued a nonessential business shutdown that commenced on March 17 and is scheduled to conclude on May 1 or later. It is during these times that dining in restaurants is potentially dangerous and has been outlawed. It is also during these times where a take out meal in a McDonald's can land you a Review of the Day. Ironically an activity that I have cherished all my life is one of the few things to do and that Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak recommends doing. That activity is hiking. Contiguous to the Von's-anchored shopping center where this Subway lives is a gateway park into the Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area named Hidden Falls Park. After hiking twelve miles in this abundant nature Wonderland connected to the shopping center, my brother and I were up to a picnic in Hidden Falls Park. Missing the lunch special at the adjacent China One, we decided on a Subway picnic. If you have followed my Yelp reviews you will know that I appreciate Subway. Saying that, it is a shame that they recently closed three Henderson Subways near me 1) Pebble Marketplace, 2) Valle Verde at Interstate 215, and 3) Stephanie at American-Pacific. After I enjoyed the meatball marinara on this post hiking picnic, it would be a shame if this location were the next to go. When my brother and I visited on a Tuesday in the height of the Coronavirus 19 pandemic, this Subway was sparsely populated. However, the menu was fully populated with choices. I ordered the foot long meatball marinara on 9 grain wheat bread with a 32 ounce Coke. The price was solid coming out to $8.54 after taxes. Instead of a picnic in the park, my brother and I brought our food to the outside public shopping center tables until an aggressive woman working at Cafe Rio which by the way does not own the tables nicely kicked us out by claiming somebody took off the signs that the tables were closed. Is eating outside at a table a crime yet? We did not want to find out or get in an argument. Anyways the meatball marinara sub that I ate at the table before eating the rest of it by the railing overlooking the Armory was the same sandwich that I have never tired of since 2002. The meatballs and sauce were at the right proportions and topped off with tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, and parmesan cheese. Unfortunately they were out of my favorite beverage in the World: Strawberry Soda. Regardless after a twelve mile hike the 32 ounce Coke and the foot long meatball marinara hit the spot. And speaking of spots, the Horizon Ridge Parkway at Horizon Drive Subway is the perfect spot to pick up a sub for a nearby picnic or to enjoy a post-hike meal on the shadow of Black Mountain South. read more

horrible management 2 new people on one shift no supervision. they didnt know what to put on any sandwiches they had to look it up every single time even for a bmt. they couldnt wrap sandwiches and the guy that was making ours forgot which sandwich was which and starting opening the wrappers after they were wrapped to tell us. stood there for over half an hour for three footlongs and a salad. kinda busy but not to that point, horrible. read more

Just paid for two foot longs and I asked the young lady for extra toppings, clearly she doesn't know what extra means. This subway seems to have new teenagers employed every time I come and it really doesn't seem like they get any training. I obviously don't blame the people working as that's definitely an issue further up. Hard to be a sandwich artist with no training. Regardless, they keep things clean and all of that. I just wonder how terrible management must be for their turn around to be this bad and how much training they actually provide. read more

Much improved since my last visit, so kudos to management or natural selection for that. I like the location of this spot, because even though it is small inside most folks get their subs to go. Also if you want some atmosphere to go with your meal you can hightail it to hidden falls park which is just behind vons. The new sub crew that I encountered were very polite, greeted me upon entering the shop. They also kept good detail to the cleanliness of the restaurant which is always nice. read more

Horrible experience today. Ordered a salad and got cucumbers that had red and orange on them. Also out of a lot of things including bags for salad and that was the last of the cucumbers. I called when I realized the cucumbers and the manager Vanessa was very rude to me and did not offer a remediation. I will not be back to this store. We were from out of town I was just wanted something quick to eat. Ordered it through GrubHub. The restaurant forgot my cookies in my chips we ask for double meat an extra Ranch and didn't get either. The GrubHub driver forgot to bring me my drinks. This Subway is where I go when after being bombarded with massive advertising I finally get the stupid idea that a sub might taste good. So typically on a weekend once every month or so I might wander in here and order a small meatball sub for my son, a Spicy Italian for her, and a Chicken Bacon Ranch or Tuscan Chicken for me. It gets bagged up with 3 chocolate chip cookies and out the door I go. Not that much later it's the same result every time. My son will eat almost anything so his sub is gone, but for her and I, we look at each other and say WTF were we thinking? Oh that's right, we weren't thinking. Or we had recited the list of boring food to go options for the 17,000th time: Chinese x6, Thai, crappy pizza, Wendys, Arbys, Sonic, KFC, Toxic Hell..oops I meant Taco Bell, more crappy pizza, Famous Dave's overly SALTED BBQ complete with NASTY "Sauce", uber small portion Panera Bread, "We give surly service and muck up your order" Chipotle, etc and sometimes you just succumb to what's close to the I-515 so you can get in, get out, and choke down some boring food so your stomach will shut up. When you live way out in Hendertucky, it's not like you have a lot of options. All of you Westsiders have so many more options and don't know the hell of wanting good food but it's so far away that by the time you drive back it's ice cold. But it's the price you pay for being close to a 5 star school and having some peace and quiet...and HOA's that are not overly obnoxious and stupid. 2 Stars. 1 Star for the Staff, 1 Star for the Chocolate Chip Cookies. Chocolate makes one forget about the questionable highly processed bulk meat that was just consumed and is a pleasant alternative to just blasting all of their food with Tabasco sauce. read more

Five stars you say? Yes typical sandwich shop. EXCEPT for the fact that they work with the community very well. Giving the Karate school ACROSS the street BOGO's and when the local schools need help they are also there. I've been in about 10 times, my kids young teens, probably 40 times in the last 3 years. Yes, it's necessary to review another Subway. This location makes the best salads and subs and gives the BEST service I've ever had at a Subway. This location is a little further from my house from the one on Gibson, yet I have learned that it's worth the drive. The place is clean and the workers are exceptionally accommodating and friendly. They don't emanate that "I freaking hate my crappy job" vibe that you see at most Subway restaurants. read more

I've been to a lot of subways and have had good service but this guy Damon has been the best!! Went to this subway after midnight expecting to have some grumpy employee who hated his job working, but to my surprise he actually cared about his job and pleasing his customers. He wasn't complaining about having to work graveyard, he was just happy to be serving his customers. As he made every sandwich exactly how I asked, we talked about his family and how he's about to have his first child. Oh and we even talked about Pokemon Go. He didn't get distracted from the task on hand which was to make my sandwiches. He made sure all the toppings were spread out evenly on the bread and the sandwiches tasted great! My brothers and I went into to subway on a Thursday night pretty late. We had just received our new coupons and used them to buy some subs. Since there were 3 of us each ordering 2 subs each it was a pretty big order for just one person. Luckily Damon was just starting his shift. He rushed in, washed up and took over the submaking. He was fast and efficient and got all three of us out in a timely manner. The store could definitely use more people like Damon. He showed real leadership and organization to get them all made as quickly as he did especially with his level of precision. He did a really great job and I hope he gets recognized for a job well done. He obviously takes pride in his work. read more

I love this subway! I came here once on a trip to Las Vegas and walked in to find the place very clean with satisfying and healthy food as subway always has to offer!
