I got it Mike's Way and added mayo and pickle. Everything was fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The turkey, bacon, and avocado combo hit just right. Very consistent food quality. My favorites are the original Italian and the roast beef & provolone, sometimes adding extra meat. Service has been very good whether I dine in or (most often) pick up. There's nice sitting area that can get congested around lunchtime, but you never feel like you are being crowded. read more

Everyone here seemed to be lost and untrained... the manager couldn't even be identified out of this bunch. The Jersey Mike's opened recently opened in Cadence at the Smith's Marketplace. We waited a little while for the workers to get acclimated and the crowds to calm down. We went for a large sub to share, and apparently, it's a special item called a PORTABELLA CHICKEN CHEESE STEAK. We were greeted by the workers upon entering, the place is very clean, and pretty much set up like any other sub sandwich shop. There was 1 customer ahead of us, and 3 more walked in before we left. We placed our order and stood on the side to wait. Because we ordered a hot sub, it takes longer to make, but it was worth the wait. The sub was hot, tasty, and very filling! My order was missing 1 giant sub for a party we were having. When I called the store they stated they were sure they included it. But clearly they didn't. We also ordered extra meant and paid for that as well and none of the sandwiches had that. I didn't even mention that to the owner/manager cause they did even offer a resolution for the missing sandwhich, I Was not offered a refund nor to deliver the sandwich we paid for. Our 1st time visiting a Jersey Mikes. (Used to eating at Subway). Michael guided us in ordering, and said we'd probably like it better than the sandwiches we were used to. He was right! Love the rosemary bread, and the veggie sandwich included extra cheese with no upcharge. It was a little pricier, but my hubby & I only finished 1/2 our regular sized meals, so we had leftovers. Jersey mikes in general has gone way downhill. I usually get a giant roast beef and provolone which is $17.19 BEFORE TAX and every time lately there's just a few very thin slices of meat. I usually end up having to tear off the bread at the end of my sandwich, losing 2-3 inches because there's not enough meat to go around. I understand the economy is rough and companies are charging more than ever but at nearly $20/sandwich I should get an appropriate amount of meat distributed evenly across the sandwich. My sandwich is mostly just bread and toppings and hardly any meat every single time. Almost $20/sandwich is robbery when there's almost no meat every single time. Absolutely awful. No one helped me when I was ordering for about 10 minutes or even asked if I had questions. Once I ordered they rushed my sandwiches together and never once asked about food allergies. The poor young kid who made the sandwich didn't know how to use the register, so a customer left his money on the counter and walked out. I got a coupon for buy one get 1 free Large sub, but didn't realize that their "Large" subs are "LITTLE 6 inch" Half subs!! Then, we waited for over 1 hour in line, and when we got up close enough to see how the food was being made, we saw the lady making multiple sandwiches without changing gloves, and she put Mayo on a sub and put Mustard on it as well and then spread it with the Mayo knife together and then, PUT IT BACK INTO THE MAYO CONTAINER WITH MUSTARD ALL OVER IT!!! Then she took her dirty gloves and reached into the Bacon bin and grabbed a handful of bacon and dropped a bunch on the dirty counter and then put a few pieces on the sub and threw the rest of the dirty pieces back into the bin!! Don't EVER GO THERE IF YOU HAVE ANY TYPE OF ALLERGIES!! Or if you want fresh clean food not contaminated with everything on the disgusting prep counter!!! read more

I eat here constantly and they're usually on point, but this had me compelled to right a good review. I ordered through DoorDash instead of going into the location. I do a mixture of both several times a week. The order came and the toppings were wrong- it looked like they'd switched out breads and put the wrong meat and cheese after they did the bread. I called in and the manager asked my info took the order and my roommate just picked up the order and it's on point this time. We have gone to every other Jersey Mike's location in Vegas and have never had a problem. We always order a giant Cali Club and split it in half with our individual toppings on each half. The employee at this need location refused to split it in half for us and had an attitude and rolled her eyes when we asked. So I had to try to explain what we wanted on each side of the sandwich. And because (1) she was not listening and had an attitude (2) the glass is too high so it's hard to communicate and (3)the music is too loud which makes it even harder. She wasn't listening and put the wrong toppings on the wrong side even after I told her what we wanted and when we told her it was wrong she had even more of an attitude and said "that's why you order two regulars, not one giant." An employee should not tell a customer how to order their sandwich. A giant Cali Club is $16, I want my sandwich made right. The manager had to come over because the employee was no help and refused to fix it and they made us wait in the long line over again and STILL MADE IT WRONG again. They've only been open a week and this is the worst experience we've ever had at a Jersey Mike's and they already need to hire new, more professional staff read more

I ordered thru door dash and it came pretty quick. Problem was that one sandwich was missing. Dasher was kind enough to go back and get it. Even though this location does not answer the phone. So the dasher had to act on my behalf. Wow The sandwich came finally but it was wrong. I had ordered it with no jalapeños and no onions but with mushrooms and green/red bell peppers. It came LOADED with jalapeños and no green and red bell peppers and i think i found like 3 mushrooms. It was too spicy and we couldn't eat it. This thing was also very dry dry dry. Picked all the peppers off and tried to eat it but couldn't due to the spice and dryness. This needs to be a refund. The last couple of times Ive gone down there this one young girl is really nasty and short tempered with my daughter too. Not ok in the service industry. Not only did we wait over 45 minutes for an online order, the people refused to do anything with online orders and let them sit there. After 45 minutes of waiting we were informed they were out of bread. We made the decision to cancel our order and was met with hostility and rudeness from the workers. While we sat there and watched order after order be filled for people who were in line, getting the bread we ordered. There was no structure to the way this specific jersey mikes is ran and they need severe help. These people are rude, have no work ethic, and need management help.
