It's been a minute since I've updated my review for here but recently came in with my husband and we received the best service. Seriously, all the employees that were working were so nice and accommodating. They usually are but we both noticed it more than usual they were SO nice! They were in the process of redoing the menu board, so the cashier handed us a menu to look over and order from. We frequently order from here so we both knew what we wanted. I got the chicken shack this time and a vanilla and chocolate shake. My husband got his usual smokeshack burger with fries and also a shake. I also decided to get the lemonade. I have no idea how they make that lemonade soooo good! It's sooo refreshing! We dined out on the patio and they brought us our food which was so nice. I think they recently updated the patio furniture, too. Love this spot and the burgers here. The buns are divine. Sooo good. Highly recommend Shake Shack! read more

Let's shake it up ! We are here for shaking good fun! It's burgers, fries, shakes. No matter what way you want it either. How about a veggie burger . Don't worry they have that. Did someone mention fries. Let's go over this! The fries are delicious. The fries from here come highly recommended. Ok, let's explore a little more. You can add bacon and cheese. It's that simple cheese too. It's so good and easy cheese don't ask questions . Just dip and go! Now they have disconnected from the concrete shakes. But they still make a mean chocolate shake . It's not a concrete shake. But it's still shaking it up . The chocolate shake is worthy of your time. Always remember to add whipped cream. It makes it taste better. You can sit and drink, sip, and relax . Or you can take it to go! The lobby is open and relaxing . The wood paneling is a nice addition. You decide. Now get your shake on . You have options! You decide ! Let's just get on over here . read more

The ShackBurger in a lettuce wrap with avocado is delicious. I really like that they have kiosks for ordering and that you can enter a number for to go orders, which makes the process quick and easy. I usually spend about $15 here, but if you add fries, a drink, or other extras, the total can add up pretty quickly. I definitely find myself craving this burger from time to time. read more

Went into the Shake Shack in the District at a late dinner time. Went to the kiosk and placed our order. The restaurant was quiet, spotlessly clean, and great for dinner. we waited a little for our food, cooked to order which make it perfect, hot and fresh Fries and the burger was huge getting a double but everything was delicious and the crew was friendly and outgoing Thanks read more

Great lunch at Shake Shack. Got a single cheese with onions and lettuce and sauce on the side. It's what a cheeseburger should taste like. The burger itself had lots of flavor and grilled perfectly. The bun was a little bit too soft/mushy to hold it all together, but still good. Fries weren't as fresh as we'd like and did not number many in the container...just almost half full. When I nicely shared that with a worker who came by to see how everything was and to help clean off our table, she came back with a "free fries" for us to use next time. That was great customer service! That was so nice. All of the staff were so attentive and helpful. I wish we had a Shake Shack in our hometown. It's a great place to get a yummy burger. 4.4 overall this time. read more

Shake Shack Henderson - Great burger. Fries needed improvement this time. - Burgers Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

Finally tried Shake Shack, and it was just okay. The fries were probably my favorite part. They were hot and the right texture. I love crinkle cut fries. Definitely frozen fries, but still good. I also got the Black and White Shake, but it didn't really wow me. It was good, just not something I'd go out of my way to get again. For my burger, I ordered the 'Shroom Burger without the "shack sauce." The lettuce and tomato tasted really fresh, but I wasn't a fan of the cheese. I was expecting it to be ooey gooey and super satisfying, but it just fell a little flat for me. It also seemed underseasoned. Nothing was bad, but nothing really stood out either. It was just super average...but maybe I would try something else next time... read more

Stopped by Shake Shack and it absolutely hit the spot. The ShackBurger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, and the Korean-style burger brought a great balance of sweet, savory, and just the right amount of heat. Definitely a standout if you want something a little different. Can't come here without getting the Shack Fries -- crispy, well-seasoned, and perfect for sharing (or not). To top it off, they had 805 on draft, which paired surprisingly well with the burgers and made the whole meal even better. Fast service, consistent quality, and a menu that always delivers. Easy go-to for a satisfying burger fix. read more

The west coast burger is the best burger I've ever had from shake shack. Just amazing

I used a 20% app coupon. I forgot how much I enjoyed shake shack. I enjoyed every bite. App order was easy to navigate. The parm garlic fries were just ok. I would get the cheese fries every time! Restaurant and bathroom was clean and tidy. My lettuce wrapped double cheeseburger with shack sauce was amazing and a side of shack sauce for the fries. Thank you Shake Shack! read more

My chicken shack was good I give it a 7 and the service was very good and fast and friendly atmosphere

This location has an order yourself kiosk which is not very efficient, but all in all, it worked out. We tried their veggie shack today. While the patty itself was well seasoned and flavorful, the cheese left much to be desired. Maybe if it was melted it would have been better? But I wish they had other options such as cheddar or pepper jack. read more

placed a mobile order and unfortunately it was made incorrectly. That said, I should have double-checked before driving off that part was on me. My husband and I visited this location last weekend, sorry I meant to review this location sooner ! We opted to use a human to hep us order , instead of the I pads . "z" helped us . First off, he greeted us with a smile , and it just keeps getting better :) He helped us place our order, he personally brought us our beers and food we ordered and even asked if he could get our condiments!! This really was such exemplary service on his end and we appreciate you "Z" for all your hard work and hopefully you get recognized. There needs to be more people like you , whom actually like their jobs . We would definitely hire you for our company, even if though it's not in food service ! You have a gift young man ! We appreciate you and keep up the good work ! read more

I tried Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake. It was so good! I love it. I hope they add this in regular menu. I bought this and regular shakes. The total over $17. I saw the shake is only $6.49. A good burger and beer on tap? Yes please! Came in with the family after a long day of traveling. We wanted something simple so burgers it was. The menu is very easy to navigate and customizable. They have various drink options as well as canned beer and wine and a few beers on tap which I thought was nice. I got the new big shack burger which is their spin on the Big Mac and boy did they deliver. It's big and flavorful, everything the Big Mac used to be! The fries are a larger cut but still crispy, we devoured them. Staff was nice enough and efficient. The place wasn't too packed and there was ample seating. We got our food fairly quickly read more

I was craving chicken one night while @ work so my co-worker's & I ended up ordering food from here. First of all 5 STARS for my Cookie's & Cream milkshake. It was delicious! So full of flavor, unfort. this was the only good tasting item in my order. The batter on the fried chicken sandwich & chicken nuggets had a funky taste to it and I didn't like it. I'd definitely order a shake from here again but nothing chicken. My co-worker got a cheeseburger that looked really good & she liked it so I would be willing to try that out next time. Packaging was cute. read more

It's been awhile since we've been here but with a little bit of convincing from my kid, we ended up here. I do like ordering my food from the self serve screen. I get to see other options that I would have missed by looking at the menu. After ordering our food we waited at our table for them to bring it out which was quite fast. The burger was a lot smaller than I remember but the flavor makes up for it. The burger was very juicy! I didn't care for the truffle fries but the chili cheese fries are delicious! Over $40 for 2 burgers, fries and drinks is a little steep for me but a nice treat for sure. The restaurant is clean and so is the restroom which I know most of us appreciate. read more

Overall: 3/5 [take out] We ordered online, and the restaurant texted us when our order was almost ready. We picked up two burgers, but they weren't as good or as big as I remembered. By the time we got home, the burgers were a bit cold, so we heated them in the air fryer for 2 minutes. Even after eating mine, I was still hungry, so I think I'll go elsewhere for burgers next time. Black Truffle 'Shroom ($10.49): This was good but not as impressive as I remember from my first time trying it. ShackBurger ($6.99): The meat was a bit dry, and the overall flavor was lacking. I had the ShackSauce on the side and used it as a dip, but it didn't make much of a difference. I preferred the 'Shroom burger overall. read more

Very well put together patio/dining area. The customer service could use some improvement. My visit today was to try their big, tasty looking truffle burger, and a couple of cheeseburgers. All of the burgers tasted good, but none of them remotely looked like the images from the menu. Which was a tad bit disappointing. But that's to be expected in the fast food industry I guess. Overall, we really appreciated the neat and tidiness of the dining area, and all of the burgers hit the spot & made for a good, lite afternoon lunch. read more

Review #61 of 2024 3:15 PM visit on December 9 What's not to like about Shake Shack? We opted to place a mobile order for a quick meal. After a short drive, we parked and walked inside, where our food was already ready for us. We ordered two Shack burgers--my wife customized hers with avocado and bacon, while mine was just as I requested, with no tomato. We all shared a Yule shake, and for our two younger kids, who were still at school, we grabbed a cookies and cream shake. Overall, it was a pleasant experience; it had been a while since we dined there, but the place was bustling, and the staff was impressive with their service and customer interactions. We will definitely return! read more

We have been coming to this location and it never disappoints. We are waiting patiently for the Warm Springs/Durango location to open. We eat and dine here on Fridays for dinner and we usually beat the dinner crowds. Shake shack is originally from NY and my husband being from NY was excited for this place to come to Vegas. (First location opened at NY NY casino). Their menu is pretty simple and not too overwhelming but from time to time they have new items to try that they offer for limited time. This last visit they had a Black Truffle Burger and immediately I had to try. My husband and son ordered their regular double cheese burgers and our youngest got his chicken nuggets- they are coated and fried perfectly. It was Free FryDays so yay! Cant go wrong with free fries! Lol. Picture posted is the Black truffle burger (doesn't look as good as their promo pic) but it was definitely good and worth it to try. read more

Let me start by stating I've personally never been a fan of Shake Shack. But French Onion Soup is one of my all time favorite foods, so I was lured in. I am also not a fan of kiosk ordering, so I asked a human if I can order with a human, and he said yes! I asked for the aioli on the side, and they obliged. I also ordered onion rings and a chocolate shake. $23! Yikes. I chalk it up to a "treat". The burger was ok. The idea is brilliant, but somehow the execution fell short for me. The onion rings were good and the coffee shake was good texture, a little on the mild side in terms of flavor. I so wanted this to be a big hit. For me, it was a miss. read more

I've been here before a few years back and had wanted to come back to try the black truffle mushroom burger. We tried it and it was one of the best vegetarian burgers I've had in a while. The cheese melts as soon as you bite into the mushroom patty, and the potato bun is soft and holds the patty and veggies together. It's a small burger but it's well assembled, balanced, and delicious. We appreciated that the truffle wasn't too strong as it's hard to strike the right balance but it went just well with this burger. The truffle fries were a nice complement to the burger as well. Overall, we really enjoyed this burger more than expected and we would definitely come back and recommend this restaurant to all mushroom burger lovers! read more

I will start from saying I don't come here a lot because it's a bit expensive. But I do enjoy it when I order it. The shack stack shroom burger is so juicy and just finger licking. Can't believe I haven't left a review of this location yet. This place is fairly close to home so have eaten here quite a bit. I love that the menu does change quite often with seasonal versions of burgers, chicken sandwiches and shakes. I've been pretty pleased with everything I've tried here and offering different versions makes it palatable to come in short succession and at not feel like you are always getting the same thing. Right now they are offering Korean style burgers, chicken and fries. I had the Korean chicken sandwich and Korean fries yesterday and they were both very good! Also tried the frozen hot chocolate shake which was also very good. Only nit is that when you order through the UberEats app (I do this sometimes because I have Uber cash I need to spend before it expires), you don't get all the same options as in store. For example, I didn't see an option to customize burger to not have a cheese in the app and it's not eligible for the 2 for 1 shakes between 2-5pm. read more

Finally got around to eating at the shake shack in GVR. Not my first time a shack shake just new to this one. Everyone was friendly and helpful when we walked in and we were able to use a self-serve kiosk and it was super easy and hassle free. The restaurant has a good vibe , they played good music and had some games playing on the TVs. The place looked clean and someone was cleaning tables as people left and kept up with things. The food was well cooked and tasted good, you really can't go wrong with burgers and dogs. If you're walking around the district stop by. read more
