It's been a minute since I've updated my review for here but recently came in with my husband and we received the best service. Seriously, all the employees that were working were so nice and accommodating. They usually are but we both noticed it more than usual they were SO nice! They were in the process of redoing the menu board, so the cashier handed us a menu to look over and order from. We frequently order from here so we both knew what we wanted. I got the chicken shack this time and a vanilla and chocolate shake. My husband got his usual smokeshack burger with fries and also a shake. I also decided to get the lemonade. I have no idea how they make that lemonade soooo good! It's sooo refreshing! We dined out on the patio and they brought us our food which was so nice. Great lunch at Shake Shack. Got a single cheese with onions and lettuce and sauce on the side. It's what a cheeseburger should taste like. The burger itself had lots of flavor and grilled perfectly. The bun was a little bit too soft/mushy to hold it all together, but still good. Fries weren't as fresh as we'd like and did not number many in the container...just almost half full. When I nicely shared that with a worker who came by to see how everything was and to help clean off our table, she came back with a "free fries" for us to use next time. That was great customer service! That was so nice. All of the staff were so attentive and helpful. I wish we had a Shake Shack in our hometown. The ShackBurger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, and the Korean-style burger brought a great balance of sweet, savory, and just the right amount of heat. This location has an order yourself kiosk which is not very efficient, but all in all, it worked out. We tried their veggie shack today. While the patty itself was well seasoned and flavorful, the cheese left much to be desired. Maybe if it was melted it would have been better? But I wish they had other options such as cheddar or pepper jack. read more

They have various drink options as well as canned beer and wine and a few beers on tap which I thought was nice. I was craving chicken one night while @ work so my co-worker's & I ended up ordering food from here. First of all 5 STARS for my Cookie's & Cream milkshake. It was delicious! So full of flavor, unfort. this was the only good tasting item in my order. The batter on the fried chicken sandwich & chicken nuggets had a funky taste to it and I didn't like it. It's been awhile since we've been here but with a little bit of convincing from my kid, we ended up here. I do like ordering my food from the self serve screen. I get to see other options that I would have missed by looking at the menu. After ordering our food we waited at our table for them to bring it out which was quite fast. The burger was a lot smaller than I remember but the flavor makes up for it. The burger was very juicy! I didn't care for the truffle fries but the chili cheese fries are delicious! After a short drive, we parked and walked inside, where our food was already ready for us. We ordered two Shack burgers--my wife customized hers with avocado and bacon, while mine was just as I requested, with no tomato. We all shared a Yule shake, and for our two younger kids, who were still at school, we grabbed a cookies and cream shake. We have been coming to this location and it never disappoints. We are waiting patiently for the Warm Springs/Durango location to open. We eat and dine here on Fridays for dinner and we usually beat the dinner crowds. Shake shack is originally from NY and my husband being from NY was excited for this place to come to Vegas. (First location opened at NY NY casino). Their menu is pretty simple and not too overwhelming but from time to time they have new items to try that they offer for limited time. This last visit they had a Black Truffle Burger and immediately I had to try. My husband and son ordered their regular double cheese burgers and our youngest got his chicken nuggets- they are coated and fried perfectly. It was Free FryDays so yay! I've been here before a few years back and had wanted to come back to try the black truffle mushroom burger. We tried it and it was one of the best vegetarian burgers I've had in a while. The cheese melts as soon as you bite into the mushroom patty, and the potato bun is soft and holds the patty and veggies together. It's a small burger but it's well assembled, balanced, and delicious. We appreciated that the truffle wasn't too strong as it's hard to strike the right balance but it went just well with this burger. The truffle fries were a nice complement to the burger as well. Can't believe I haven't left a review of this location yet. This place is fairly close to home so have eaten here quite a bit. I love that the menu does change quite often with seasonal versions of burgers, chicken sandwiches and shakes. I've been pretty pleased with everything I've tried here and offering different versions makes it palatable to come in short succession and at not feel like you are always getting the same thing. Right now they are offering Korean style burgers, chicken and fries. I had the Korean chicken sandwich and Korean fries yesterday and they were both very good! Also tried the frozen hot chocolate shake which was also very good. Only nit is that when you order through the UberEats app (I do this sometimes because I have Uber cash I need to spend before it expires), you don't get all the same options as in store. Finally got around to eating at the shake shack in GVR. Not my first time a shack shake just new to this one. Everyone was friendly and helpful when we walked in and we were able to use a self-serve kiosk and it was super easy and hassle free. The restaurant has a good vibe , they played good music and had some games playing on the TVs. The place looked clean and someone was cleaning tables as people left and kept up with things.
