Right off the St. Rose Parkway Trail by Mile Marker-2.
    Daniel S.

What makes this In-N-Out Burger unique is that it is right off a biking and hiking trail. This uniqueness has led me into this eatery not from a drive thru or parking lot, but from a hike along the adjacent St. Rose Parkway Trail which bridges The M Resort to the Henderson Trail System. It sits by Mile Marker Two which is in the shadow of St. Rose Square. To me In N Out is not about "animal style." It is about "customer friendly" style. Just like my past visits to this location and other In N Out Burgers, the service is fast and friendly. In an era where certain competitors along the St. Rose Parkway Trail have drastically raised their prices and shrunk their products, the #2 cheeseburger combo is less than $10 where the cheeseburger and fries have remained the same size. The cheeseburger and fries are flavorful. They are made fresh right in front of me in an open kitchen. To me, being able to witness the preparation of my food ties into the "customer friendly" style. My visits have been on weekday afternoons. During this time it was steadily busy. There was no problem finding a table and there was a relatively short wait time for them to call my order number. I am impressed with the St. Rose Parkway In N Out Burger, just like I am with the numerous locations that I have been to. Being right off a hiking and biking trail adds another dimension to In N Out Burger. Wheever I return to the St. Rose Parkway Trail at Mile Marker Two, I can see clearly see myself "In N Out" of the Trail for the delicious #2 cheeseburger combo.

Was in town for something quick and stop at this in-n-out burger staff member at cash register was very nice and take my order wait time was reasonable and location was clean for great dine in service. Grilled cheese and animal fries were delicious. The bonus was seeing Raiders owner stop for lunch.

Went for spirit night to support my kids school so it was a little busier than normal but they're always so fast, very polite and everything is always fresh. This location hasn't missed in the 5 times we've been there. We went through the drive thru and there were 3 order takers to support the volume. Love this location and will be returning very soon!

Tried and true! You can never go wrong with in n out as it is a crowd favorite! This one is located in a busy shopping center so be prepared for there to be a wait inside and going through the drive thru. I love that they close late in case you're wanting a midnight snack. The service is usually always fast and order is correct. In n out, yummm!

Very convenient location and big parking lot outside. We ordered the double double burger, two cheese burgers and one hamburger. The double double burger was our favorite. The meat was very juicy and the fresh. The size of the burger was amazed given the money we paid. Definitely recommend this brand.

Fast & efficient! The line is always long for a reason! I'm still perfecting my order but my latest favorite order is a double, well done burger with mustard & grilled crispy bun, & all the veggies, just no cheese or orange sauce. The price is excellent & when you're really hungry it does the job! We will be back!

Very friendly store! Everyone is happy! Going through the drive through is fast and easy! Very clean parking lot and drive through lane. Food was made correctly and tasted great! One of the most efficient In-N-Outs I've been to!

#1 combo with grilled onions and animal-style fries :)

Can never get tired of in&out burgers, that's for sure! Good location on St. Rose Parkway in Henderson close to everything else. I always, always order the #1 combo with grilled onions and animal style fries, extra spread on the side, and a Neapolitan shake instead of a soda. This time I also got an extra double cheeseburger since I haven't eaten all day and that was around 2pm when I stopped by here :). All was good, belly was happy! Service was fast so don't get scared when you see the long line formed outside in the drive thru.

i know this is going to upset some people but i just don't see what all the hype is about. the food was ok . i think 5 guys is much better. it just didn't meet my expectations. however the place was clean and the service was fast. i think maybe all the hype had me ready for something i didn't get.

Meat patty with whole grilled onions on top of animal fries

We were warmly greeted and served by all the different staff members we encountered. A+ for customer service. We asked for the Roadkill fries (animal fries with chopped hamburger on top) which they couldn't do but they were really nice about it. Instead, they charged us separately for the components that made up the roadkill fries. The food came out hot, fresh, and nicely packaged in boxes. - Meat Patty & Whole Grilled Onions ($1.20): The meat patty was good but small. The grilled onions complimented the meat patty well. You can just cut this up when you get home and add it on top of the animal fries to make your roadkill fries. - Animal Fries ($4.35): We asked for the fries to be extra crispy and they delivered! They were still crispy after we got home and were the best animal fries we had.

As always... im content! YES A little about this location: VERY busy. Always a pretty long line - YES always, BUT workers are quick at getting you "in & out" hence the name! Lol Dining area is average sized and also VERY busy. Lots of high school student's hang out at this location on weekends - just a bunch of kids enjoying themselves respectfully. Dining are can get a little messy sometimes but honestly id expect it as i mentioned this is a very busy location (i think they all are lol) Workers are great, orders come out fast and always satisfactory!

This location is less busy than all the other locations. The staff were very nice and quick to give us the food. When we received the food it was nice and warm. They put everything in separate bags which was nice. The burgers were tasty. The only thing I will say is I ordered grilled onions and did not get them. Other than that the food was good. The shake was so bomb and the pink lemonade is super refreshing.

    Soggy, greasy, undercooked fries.

Their cheesesteaks are always fresh and delicious, very flavorful and they use high quality ingredients. You can definitely taste the difference. This location opened just outside of Green Valley Ranch just last year, and I decided to invite my friend over here instead of our usual late evening burger stop. I tried the Classic Burger ($9.99). It was pretty solid, with a decent thick patty, hefty bun, some lettuce and tomato, and a burger sauce. It wasn't that exciting compared to some of the other popular burger chains though, and it was giving lots of California vibes in the sense that there wasn't a lot of fattiness. I did get it with a combo (+$4.99) though. The onion rings were crispy and mostly were bite-through-able, and they went alright with the ranch. I do think a 1:2 or 1:3 ketchup:ranch mixture might be the play, but I didn't investigate thoroughly yet. I also tried my friend's fries, which were okay but not that memorable either. My rating was really not gonna be awesome except for my drink (also included in the aforementioned combo). It was my take on an Arnold Palmer, a roughly 1:1 mix of their unsweetened tea and their lemonade. I later found out that the tea is a passion fruit tea, which is why I was getting fruity/tropical vibes that aren't usually part of this tea. And the sweetness ended up so addictively ideal that I could hardly stop drinking the thing. I will be back to Ruby's when I really crave that Arnold Palmer, and hopefully I'll figure out what to do to find a better entree on their menu. Maybe my friend's chili cheese dog could be a good starting point.

Let's break it down, shall we? Full disclosure? I was an assistant manager at a Burger King in willows California in the early 1980s. So I understand how a Burger King should be run. I am strictly basing my review on my experience and the food itself, I did not go into the restaurant but rather went through the drive-thru. For starters, there was only one other car in the other line when I arrived. I sat at the kiosk waiting for someone to talk to me after a good 4 to 5 minutes. Someone came on and said we'll be right with you. I sat there for an easy 10 minutes before they finally got back. Now they did apologize, but that did not really make me understand why there was such a pileup. There were not a lot of cars out front so I knew the restaurant wasn't busy. I was excited to try the new Whopper, and saw that they had the Maple barbecue Whopper with bacon and cheese, so I opted for that, went large, and then drove forward to the window. And there I sat Finally someone came to the window and gave me my Cherry Coke zero and straw. And then close the window. A few moments later. She came back and said, did I give you your drink? I said yes you did. She said I'll be right back with your food. A few minutes later she came back with the food, thanked me and I drove off. I got home, I opened the bag and was pleasantly surprised to see that everything was neatly placed in the bag rather than haphazardly thrown in, as I had experienced at some other fast food places. However, the big surprise was when I opened the box containing the Whopper. Now as you can see in my photos what the maple barbecue Whopper with bacon and cheese was supposed to look like, it was supposed to have fried onion slices and fried jalapenos, with bacon and cheese. Cheese. Was there cheese? Plainly see some cheese in there. Was there bacon? Yes, there was bacon that looked like it had been so thinly sliced with an exacto knife that I could barely see it on the hamburger. How about the fried onions and frieda jalapenos? Almost non-existent. It literally looked like someone had taken a pinch of graham cracker crumbs and put it on the hamburger top and bottom. The only thing holding it together was some barbecue sauce. The upside? My fries were hot. The hamburger was as warm as I was expecting, but you bite into it and and there was no flavor outside of a standard Whopper. Such a disappointment. Especially when you are paying for a premium sandwich. So here are my main complaints. The burger was absolutely not what I was expecting based on the photograph on the sign. Look I get it. They spend a lot of money to have food photographers make it look amazing but it should at least have some similarities to what you actually get in the bag. This was definitely not fast food, and I am still perplexed as to why it took so long to get the food to the vehicle.. or even take my order for that matter. As someone who was an assistant manager at a Burger King. I am familiar with policy and procedure. I don't know if this is the manager's fault, the district manager's fault or the franchisees fault, but there is a definite problem at this particular Burger King. Bottom line? Based on this experience, I doubt that I will ever return to this particular location, or another Burger King ever again. Again. You don't get a third chance to make a second impression.
