I'm glad I stopped by to try it out on a random afternoon while craving something fresh. Upon entering the queue, it was easy to navigate, clean, and fairly open. I was the only customer and line and was able to peruse the menu without feeling rushed. The worker on the other end had offered suggestions and helped me understand that they had preset options as well as build your own. I ended up getting a preset option, while adding two additional toppings, then opting for it to be made into a wrap. It was definitely the right move for me. The right amount of sauce without it becoming drenched, and the salad was well tossed prior to assembling the wrap so it wasn't heavy with certain toppings in different areas. Overall, I'd like to try it out again. I may have paid a bit more than I'd like to for a wrap because of the added items and the pre set menu, so I think I'd take my time again to look over the menu to get a better bang for my buck, but the meal itself was delicious. :)

There seems to be a lack of urgency, awareness, and basic customer service from much of the crew. The food is also hit or miss. Sometimes the chicken strips are hot and fresh, but other times the pieces are small. The fries are are at times overcooked, and overly salted. The inconsistency makes it hard to rely on this location. Although this store is more convenient for me, I've found myself driving to the Stephanie Street or south premium outlets locations instead because they consistently provide better service and quality. Management at the Saint Rose location -- please evaluate and properly train your team. 2 strong employees can't make up for the overall lack of performance of others.
