We were wanting burgers so tried Fat Shack for the first time. We went on a Thursday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. The employee working welcomed us as soon as we walked in saying he would be right with us. He was super attentive, the only one working in the front. When he wasn't helping customers he was busy wiping down tables. We reviewed the menu. I decided on the Single Burger and my BF got the Classic, a little bigger. They have some cool sounding, creative sandwiches with chicken fingers, cheesesteaks, mac and cheese, mozzarella sticks etc. We decided to stick with the burgers but are curious about the Fat Sandwiches. The burgers were delicious! They are smash style, 100% Angus burgers and so flavorful and presented well. I got the Cheese Fries which were also good. Casual ambiance with tables and booths for dining in. They had sports on the TV and tables to fit larger groups. Easy parking in a strip mall.
Service and food amazing as always! As a late night option the service was better than expected and the food satisfied our expectations.
Went last night and had the Fat Doobie and my friend had the burger. We split a fried oreo for dessert. First time here and food was made fresh and tasted very good. For 33.00 we ate pretty darn good. Floors weee wet due to the A/C being out and they had to put in a portable unit which made the floors slippery. When brought to attention of manager Tanner he immediately dried the floors. Tanner was personable and made the meal even better. I would recommend this location if your real hungry because the fat sandwiches are big and filling
Legit. I got on a wing kick. The price of everything is astronomical yet they manage 1/2 price wings Sundays! Hell yes. I did 20. Lemon pepper and buffalo. Solid place to start trying a new spot. There was some DoorDash coupon and I got 20 wings under $10!!! I'd been in the plaza but never to FS before. The sign was out but I managed. I went later at night so it took slight effort to find but now I know. I love that they're open later and appear to serve stoner type things lol. Insides cute. A diner vibe. The guy that helped me and was cooking had an electric energy and smile. Super pleasant experience. When I got home I tried a buffalo, it was the creeper kind of hot. Their ranch is just ok. Luckily I had leftovers from the place I just reviewed and it paired nicely. The lemon peppers a rub but I liked it. Next day the buffalo quieted down and I enjoyed them. It's like 5 days later and I still have wings. Don't judge me. I'm doing lemon butter and fresh ground smoked pepper on the last of the LP wings after retoasting them. I'm definitely going to take advantage of the 1/2 off again before February. Maybe try some stoner noms for old times sake, who knows. Either way I'll be back!
You want a food coma...COME HERE! Husband got the fat shack sandwich and had nothing but positive things to say about it. I got the classic burger no tomato add bacon and onion and it was a perfect burger. We shared the deep fried Oreos and yeah...SOOO GOOD! Workers were great at answering our questions and super clean and chill vibe. Top it all off their ranch was so good (no hidden valley crap)
The Burger was alright nothing crazy, was mostly unsatisfied with the wait time. Walked in few minutes after they opened nobody was there until a guy popped up and looked like someone pissed in his cereal. I wanted a milkshake but was told they can't make them right now.
Quintessential stoner food spot. It's not gourmet burgers or sides, but it absolutely slaps after a late concert and in general. My partner and I ate here because it was open late and the logo was cute. We had low expectations but the food is surprisingly not half bad at all. My partner liked her burger because it's a thin patty, smash burger style. She rated it 4/5. I also had some and liked it as well. The fries were solid, probably my favorite part. My Fat Doobie burrito was absolutely fire. It had every fried food I could think of in it and they somehow made it taste great. With a side of ranch, the textures and flavors go crazy. It didn't actually need extra sauce though since the honey mustard was great too. They also had no issue putting my mozzarella sticks on the side for me. The fried cheesecake was just okay. I'd go for the Oreos instead. The service was pretty good. The cashier was helpful with ordering and didn't seem miserable to be there. That's hard to find these days. The price wasn't steep either. I remember telling my partner we'd definitely be back sometime, but probably on a week we've been dieting.

Let me just start by saying the staff here is wonderful. Always very kind and happy. We love coming for the wings and burgers. Recently tried their onion rings and fried Oreos. They're open late so perfect for them late night cravings.
First time here and I I really enjoyed this place. We were greeted right away with very friendly service. The ambiance was chill, casual and laid back. The menu seems big but it's kinda the same ingredients re used into different stuff. I ordered 6 lemon pepper wings , they were fresh crispy and tasty, would order again. We also got a single cheeseburger, it was good , nothing special but did the trick. We topped it off with some cheese fries , also good but I wish I would have maybe got some bacon on them. Everything we ate was good but the prices were a tad bit high and I guess that would be my only gripe. Other than that , I would definitely go back for some munchies.
This place was gross! The food flavor was good but the restaurant was gross!! Floors were sticky, bathroom was disgustingly dirty!! I couldn't eat my food because it made me think what the kitchen was probably dirty as well!! Very disappointing since ratings were high
I saw the shark tank episode and wanted to try Fat Shack while visiting Vegas. This spot is just what you'd expect: fried goods on a sandwich. We shared the Fat Shack sandwich and it was enough for two people. It had cheesesteak, mozzarella sticks, jalapeño poppers, chicken fingers, and fries. We also had the cheese fries. I thought the cheese sauce was just okay. It lacked a little flavor. Overall, it's just what you'd expect. You don't feel great after eating it, but it's yummy. Everything was cooked to order so it was fresh and hot. What stood out was the service. The guy who took our order was extremely friendly, welcoming, and answered any questions we had. He brought our food out and made sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond in his service and I'm mad that I didn't get his name. He has a ponytail, I think. There's also plenty of seating and several booths. The restaurant is pretty big too. I'd definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.

We've been coming to Fat Shack for family dinners for a while now, and it never disappoints! If you're coming here for the first time, the burgers are an absolute must, and you have to order the onion rings they're some of the best around. We recently tried the Golden BBQ chicken wings, and now we're hooked. The sauce is incredible, and you definitely won't regret ordering them! A huge shoutout to J & T for the outstanding service. They were friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience even better. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. We'll definitely keep coming back! read more

First, the service was great. The guys who work there are super nice! The sandwich (Doobie) was tasty, except it's super messy. Don't go here if you're dressed decent. We saw it on a Shark Tank episode, so we thought we'd give it a try. The bathroom needed attention. It was out of toilet seat covers. They had trash all over the bathroom floor. I watched 3 employees go in there. I went to see. No one picked it up. It looks like the toilet hasn't been cleaned in forever. Ew! There were nasty looking rags on the floor around this big industrial air conditioner. It was very unappetizing. Then, why do we have junk chairs and basically garbage just stacked against the wall? Who owns this place and why are we okay with that? By the way, the wet floor around that is a hazard. The kitchen aesthetically looked awful and amateur. In the main dining room there are boxes stacked that contain cooking oil. I'd never bring anyone here if I had out of town guests. It's embarrassing. They were even out of lids for drinks. Who does the ordering? Is there even a manager? My kids have all worked fast food, and I'm glad they didn't get their training at a place like this. It has so much potential. Perhaps, all of this is why we only saw one other customer the whole time we were in there. Sad establishment. I'd only go back maybe because of the food and service. Do better! read more
Fat Shack was exactly what we needed on a Tuesday night. Their burgers are simple, classic, and grilled just right. We ordered the fries, onion rings, and jalapeño poppers, and every side was spot on. The real star of the meal, though, was the funnel cake bites. They were absolutely divine: warm, fluffy, and coated with just the right amount of sweetness. Paired with the chocolate sauce, they were the perfect way to end our meal. Manager Arman was welcoming and attentive throughout our visit, and another team member was equally friendly and kind. Great food paired with excellent service made for a fantastic experience. This review is purely for the sake of my visit to get cheese fries. I drove an extra 18 minutes out of my way just to try these fries based on reviews, because I take my bad day cure-all comfort food gloppy cheese very seriously. The fries were hot and crispy. The kind of fries were the kind that are coated in something before being fried, only these were not spiced up like you would expect from traditional curly fries. I was a bit bewildered by the purpose coating them if it wasn't going to add spice. I prefer my fries without the crunchy addition, but that is a personal preference. For what it was, they were nicely done. Now for the cheesy topping. What we have here is not cheese whiz, so don't expect any extra fermented lactic acid tang. What we have here at Fat Shack is a cheddar cheese sauce, poured over. The sauce itself was quite good in consistency and quality, it just lacks salt. The lack of sodium and mildness of the cheddar unfortunately meant lack of obvious flavor in juxtapostion to the fries, so I suggest either adding salt yourself to bring out the cheese flavor or maybe they will see my opinion here and consider updating the recipe. lol What do I know? The service was fantastic, and my man at the counter took my extra extra cheese into consideration with a solid, friendly, "I gotchu." Appreciate the welcome when I need it and the often under appreciated leaving me alone to eat in peace balance they got here. Thumbs up. read more

This place was very mid at best. As someone who's been to Fat sals multiple times I can't justify the lack of flavor of the sandwich here. The wings however were a different story. The wings were very tasty, but really small and too crunchy. The flavor was great on all of them. I had the lemon pepper, mango hab, and bbq. The service was cool enough. The price was great tho. Halfoff on Sundays, so it's a pretty good deal for wings. Just don't get the sandwiches. read more

The atmosphere is nothing special but after all it's a grease hall and that's what you go for; good grease! The staff were super friendly and patient. My daughter ordered wings and macaroni bites. She gave the wings 8/10. Love that they fry them crispy. A lot of places don't so when they add the sauce the wings are soggy. So be patient because it takes a bit longer to fry to still get that crunch. The mac bites were a 10/10. Overall yummy and perfect for that greasy craving! read more

Already a plus when you can find a place open late but w/ delicious food to a total bonus! The service was great. The 2 guys behind the counter (1 taking the order and the other I believe was the cook both greeted us as we walked in. The guy that took our order was polite and patient because I was all over the place trying to figure out if I wanted a sandwich, burger, or chicken lol. The restaurant is in a shopping mall nice casual spot with about 6-8 tables to dine in. Self service soda machine. We ordered our food and dined in. It took the 'normal amount of time' for cook to order freshness, about 10mins or so. 5/5 stars double cheeseburger w/ bacon so much flavor, bread was toasted nicely and crispy bacon! (low key upset I didn't go for the burger myself but I did take 2 good bites of it! LOL) 4/5 stars onion rings hot fresh and crispy 4/5 stars Garlic parm wings the sauce was so good. If you love garlic you'll love this flavor! read more
