Hands down 5 guys is a definitely a better burger! This location happens to be probably the fastest, cleanest location I've seen. Staff are always friendly and the food absolutely delicious! After spending the morning out at Hoover Dam, the crew and me were ready for some lunch. Normally, I do think Five Guys is a little over priced, but since we're on the expense account, and it probably ends up being cheaper than a sit down restaurant with tips and everything. This location is right near our hotel so that works out. Everybody on my crew was happy to do Five Guys and get those unlimited fries, if you dine in and finish your first order. Yeah, that's right, not advertised, but if you're dining in and you finish the order of fries, just ask for a refill and they give it to you! So, pro tip: always order the small fries, that is unless you are doing take out. About the way they list their burgers. The "regular" burger is actually a DOUBLE burger with two patties. They shame the manly men and most anybody else, by listing the normal single patty burger as a "LITTLE" burger when all it is, is what most people would call a normal burger. Oh, nobody wants a "LITTLE" burger! You get all the same free toppings free, like grill onions and mushrooms on both versions. But since we're on the expense account, everybody gets the "REGULAR" double cheeseburger with "the works". We just get 2 orders of small fries for the 5 of us, since I figure we'll get some refills anyways. They do give a ton of fries even at the small size. There's a cup they fill then over fill the bag. I will say they do have some very good fries here, better than In N Out that's for sure. Our orders come up and the burgers are all wrapped well and the fries are soaking grease on the brown paper bag. I'll say, this burger is very tasty, not sure it's worth almost $12 bucks with tax and fries are extra like $5 bucks. But that's what expense accounts are for! We did get a couple of refills on the fries, I love that part and then enough to take with us to munch on in the Suburban and refill our drinks before we left! When you want a cheeseburger, you want a cheeseburger. I hate to admit it, but the reason I wanted a cheeseburger is because I saw a post about that scene in The Menu with Ralph Fiennes and Anya Taylor-Joy...IYKYK. Since I wanted fries with that, the only answer was Five Guys. So I found the closest one to me on the map and headed over hungry. Like all Five Guys, the lighting design is way too bright and sterile for my taste, however everything else is exactly the way it needs to be for a quick burger stop. Not too comfortable (so I don't linger too long), but also plenty of seating to get the job done. They have only one elevated pub table in the place, for whatever reason. I considered it because it was on the side and or off the way, but I opted for the regular feet-on-the-floor seating instead. The burger: exactly what it needed to be. Salted, cheesy, and made to order. Mustard: on the side, tomato: fresh. Delicious. The fries: salted, cooked perfectly, maintained potato texture, not greasy, oil flavor profile on point. No weird seed oils, no reinventing the wheel. Skin still on, regular sizing, not matchsticks and not steak wedges. Delicious. The service: everyone was cheerful and attentive, answered all my menu questions kindly (I haven't been in one of these in a while), and made sure I felt seen when I got up to leave with a hearty farewell. Sensational. The bathroom: pee on the seat, no seat covers. I realize I can't tell how recent or who dunnit but public restrooms in this condition are gross and frustrating. Can't win em all. I've had five guys before (not from this location) and they're usually REALLY good. But upon opening my burger, I noticed nothing buns were SOGGY. I thought "what the heck, it could just be the outside of the buns from condensation" and NOPE. The buns were soggy all around. I even had my husband take a bite to make sure I wasn't being dramatic... I wasn't. Mind you, I put all the fixings that are typically put on cheeseburgers so this shouldn't have been as soggy as it was. Once he opened his meal, the same was found.. soggy buns and burnt fries. This was awful. I'm giving it 1 star because at least the packaging was alright and the meat inside was decent. Kudos to the two young workers. Manager and cashier. I had an issue with the ap taking my order and the young manager took care of it with helpfulness and ease. But the young staff was giving their best effort with kindness and smiles. I just slipped very bad and caught myself on the sink in the bathroom. I told the girl mopping and left to my car. She didn't even go clean it. On my way out I told her w happened and that I was just telling her because the wrong person is going to fall and won't be as nice. IG's been almost ten minutes now I'm at my car and she STILL hasn't done a thing. I'm mind blown. I was a regional manager for 11 restaurants. It was not worth going back to Five Guys to get reimbursed for the $6.00 fries ordered and Not Included inside our bag. Normally, we always go back for this amount of money or at least call to complain. However, after waiting way too long to place our order (not because it was packed with customers at 2 pm) and paying the extremely high price of $45 for 3 burgers and 2 fries, take out, we got home to find that all three burgers AND the measly One Bag of fries were So Full of Salt that we tossed most of it out. Customers must just stop going to these over priced fast food places to make the point. We will never go back to Five Guys and it appears many customers feel the same way. I came tonight with family. Table was dirty, so I cleaned it with some wipes I had on me. I don't eat red meat, only chicken and fish. I saw they had a veggie sandwich. I'm thinking, beyond burger or veggie burger so I order that. When it arrives, it's literally just veggies on a bun. I never seen anything like it before. I was so disappointed that this was my only option. Veggies on bread. My family kept apologizing like it was there fault, but how were they supposed to know five guys had no veggie burgers like most restaurants have nowadays. My dinner was peanuts and fries. I'm probably the only person in the state of Nevada that has never had Five Guys and I have to say I was blown away. Not only is the food amazing but the staff was great. You expect the niceness that comes with customer service but you can tell the staff are genuinely enjoying their jobs as they joke, laugh and make the best burgers I've ever had. Love that they offer a ton of free toppings- I'm a toppings girly so that was my heaven. No room this time around for a shake but they looked amazing! Alrhough the food is fine at this establishment. Its more about the consideration of the employees to their potential customers and other employees. The other night I was parked outside of their restaurant and a woman (call her woman 1) came out with a very large garbage can filled with liquid. A vehicle was parked next to the door she came out of. The woman 1 looked at the vehicle. Looked at her trash can and still decided to dump her water all over the cement right outside of the door where the employees have to walk to leave the establishment and all over the car that was parked there. That being said. An employee came out right when the woman 1 began to pour the trash can over. The water splashed the employee soaking her feet. The car had moved away as the water splashed all over the parking spot where the car was. It turned out that the car was the employee that got soaked ride. I think the woman in the car said something to woman 1 about the grossness. That being said, the employees should not be dumping that water out anywhere where potential customers could see. Or where employees need to walk (i mean what ever is in that water is now going back into the restaurant on their feet which means the floors are no longer clean). Or on potential customers cars. Its pretty rude. So glad it wasnt my car! But it does make me not want to go to this restaurant. There's not many burgers that can match five guys overall, and their French fries are in a league of their own; so why only 4 stars? Well, a few things keep me from going perfect: The price. 5G has always been a pricier choice, but for 2 burgers and fries you're already in for $30 or more, and it just feels about 20% higher than it should be. For this location, I find the buns to be a bit soggy at times (I dine here about 4-5 times a year), and it detracts from the quality of the burger, which is reliably delicious. The overwhelming star of the eatery are their awesome, and voluminous, fries. They never skimp. If anything it feels like they take it personally if you're not left gasping for air, unable to finish. I'd perhaps like to see a few less small nibs, but that's just small potatoes. read more

Looks like any Five Guys from the outside, but inside (wish I got his name), the supervisor checks on you, he'll joke with you--very personable. He even let my son watch him change out the syrups for the soda machine explaining how it worked. It was a good time! I got my usual Cheeseburger in a bowl with grilled mushrooms and Cajun Fries to share. The wait was close to ten minutes and when I thought my name was called for my kid's milkshake, I went over to the counter where they were handing them out and the girl there said to me, "none of these are for you." I found that to be a strange way to respond to a customer. This location is in front of the Sunset Hotel and Casino and across the street from the Galleria Mall.
