Honestly, I'm really tired of this place constantly giving false wait times. This is not the first time--it happens over and over again. Every single time, they tell you one waiting time, and it never turns out to be accurate. You're told it'll be 5 minutes, then 5 minutes turns into 10, then 15, and you're still waiting. It's extremely frustrating and honestly feels like they're just lying to customers to keep them from leaving. I've never experienced a restaurant that is this consistently unreliable with its wait times. At this point, it makes me not even want to come here anymore. If you can't give an accurate wait time, just be honest with your customers instead of making promises you clearly can't keep. Very disappointing and completely unprofessional. read more

Personally, I'm not a fan of chain sandwich shops. So if you like places like Subway then you'll like this place. We ordered the steak Philly and the supreme. It was very bread-y and could have used more filling. I am a fan of local delis as the quality is typically better but in a pinch this was a solid 3 read more

Our favorite sub shop, the service is always excellent, the consistency of food is always great and overall we always have great experience ! Highly recommended!!! read more

Stopped by this Jersey mikes location today while I was in Henderson, I glanced at the menu and let 1 lady in front of me now knowing she was ordering several sandwiches and had a lot to chat about while ordering, because of this my wait was loooong for my one sandwich, but I was patient and knew it would be worth the wait. I ordered a club supreme #9 sando and it was made to perfection! I always get it "mikes way" with no onions. The cashier was soooo kind, and he made my day by letting me know I had enough points for a free sandwich! It was my lucky day! Thanks Jersey Mikes! read more

The night crew at this location keeps me coming back, they're always so professional, friendly and welcoming.

The customer service was so amazing! You are immediately welcome when you enter the door and if you don't know what you want they're patient and often recommend items off of the menu! The guy that cooked our food, actually brought it to the table, cause we ended up staying there super super friendly staff, and the food was great!!! read more

Girlfriend orders here at least once a week. I started off feeling neutral, but over time it grew on me.. now I'm sold on JM's. If a sub spot doesn't have red wine vinegar, oregano, and oil as an option, count me out. The bread is also better than other major chains. Honestly, the whole friggin sandwich just tastes way fresher than anywhere else. On top of that, they always have really good deals for buy one get one. We are exactly the kind of people they're targeting because we wind up eating here a lot more because of it. read more

I'd rather have CHeBA hut this place sucks not a lot of options. Borning slow service for 3 people working there at 4pm

Ive been a big fan of jersey mikes for years. I especially love that they offer gluten free bread (and cookies!) Since im celiac. The employees are always very good about my allergy and never have I ever gotten sick eating here. Whenever we have family in town we always order some mikes and have gotten a lot of other people to join the jersey mikes hype train! I love their app, as you can easily earn points towards free subs! They have a good partnership with the NHL that also allows for point collecting! Definitely the best spot for a great sub! read more

I went in to try a sandwich and get info on their catering and delivery. The manager was great, gave me all the info and offered a discount because it's a school event. In the end, he referred me to a location that's closer to our event that could deliver. I'm not going to lie, I also went to another sandwich shop nearby and their service was just as great. I'm going back to grab a sandwich for dinner tonight. By the way, the Philly Cheesesteak is awesome! read more

We've been loyal customers since this location first opened, and it's always remained one of our favorites. The restaurant is consistently clean, the staff is genuinely kind, and our orders are always spot-on--or they'll go the extra mile to make sure everything is just right. The sandwiches are always fresh and made exactly how we like them, especially with that signature "Mike's Way" we always look forward to! Thank you for being our family's go-to sandwich spot. You've definitely earned our continued support! read more

My daughter loves basic salami and pickle sandwiches and jersey mikes always makes them the best. The staff is always the most patient and attentive to her and she absolutely loves them. They never forget to throw a little extra pickles onto her sandwich. You guys are amazing! read more

Sometimes all it takes is a good sandwich to get you through your day. Today I came back for the first time in a year. The sandwiches and customer service were as good as always! We ordered a couple of classic Italians, and a tuna sandwich all Mikes way with some pepper relish on the side. If you've never been here, Mike's Way is just their standard way of serving the sandwiches which is quite good and you can make any adjustment to that you like. Also if you've never tried the pepper relish, I highly recommend it. The sandwiches were ordered to go and when we got home, the bread was still perfect, and the sandwiches tasted great. As I've said before there's a lot of choices when it comes to sandwich shops out there and it all comes down to preference. If you still have never been to Jersey Mike's you definitely need to give them a shot. They always hit the spot. read more

I would like to thank Rufus & Emily for assisting me with an online order that was placed, yet cancelled by Door Dash. Both of these excellent employees took my concern seriously when I let them know I never received a refund once Door Dash canceled. They took the time to look up my order so they could see what occurred. They quickly processed my refund and made this experience go smoothly. Thank you to Rufus & Emily. read more

Nice staff. Quick service and great sandwiches. Fresh bread and veggies. I have my tuna sandwich in a bowl instead of on bread.

I placed an order for delivery today that was not made as I requested. In my attempts to contact the store (this has happened before), I never reached anyone because they never answered. What is the point in customizing your order if it isn't going to be made with your requests? read more

This is always a quick, semi healthy switch up. I ordered online, Received a notification when the order was ready. I prefer the bread here over most other sandwich shops. It's quiet, clean and fast read more

I have been to other Jersey Mike's locations dozens of times; my experience today was a complete, utter, unmitigated disaster. We waited 30+ minutes for our sandwiches, which came with every single modification ignored. The other customers were about ready to riot as well. I don't know who was having a mental breakdown in the kitchen, but somebody needs to be fired. read more

Staff was super friendly when I arrived despite it being a busy day for them. My sandwich was made relatively quickly and the soda fountain was good. The meat was cut fresh and the bread was soft. I would definitely return to this location again. read more

They ran out of the bread we requested so they just gave us different bread without asking and without telling us. Called the store when we discovered we got the wrong bread and they said too bad that's all we got and wouldn't do anything for us. I could've gone to a different store if I knew they were out. Or we might've wanted a different option than what they gave us if they gave us the option at the store of picking something else besides the one they ran out of, but they didn't say anything. Instead they decided to make the customer pay for their error in not making enough bread. Not great service. Didn't get what I paid for. read more

Great subs!! Great delivery! What more can I say! Absolutely would recommend Jersey Mikes!

Jersey mike's has been my favorite sub franchise for a really really long time. There's just something about their subs that keeps me coming back from more. From their fresh ingredients to their soft chewy bread, down to their sauces (mike's way). Everything is meticulously formulated. My experience at this branch was quick and convenient. I placed an order on for the Club Sub the Mike's way on the app. I arrived ~15 minutes later and my order was already prepared and waiting for me. read more

DOUBLE POINTS DAY!! Today's visit was needed. I WAS STARVING!! I ordered the #6 and I would take a photo on this sandwich as it was made by a young kid under pressure. Unfortunately my YELP app is currently having an issue with my photos app. So I will just say, there was smoke between his ears while making it. A tip for amusement, do a change up in the order of items on the sandwich and it's like rubbing your tummy and top of your head at the same time for the sandwich maker! Sandwich was perfect!! read more

Jersey Mike's was worth a drive, back East, before their major expansion. Driving a few miles on Vegas streets, filled with moronic LA expats seems much worse. JM's is pretty much what a sub should taste like. If you don't like them, maybe you are the problem. Good soft drink flavors. read more

Oh myyyyy. I can't believe what I witnessed today. The guy in front of me paid with cash and the cashier took the money put it in the register, finished the transaction then turned around picked up my sandwich put it on paper and cut it using the same gloves he just used to touch the cash and ring up the customer in front of me. I threw it right in the garbage. :( they should be changing their gloves from the register to the sandwich line. Just watch out for that! read more

This is a newly opened location in Henderson, and I gave it a try for lunch. It's pretty conveniently located in a shopping plaza, and there's plenty of parking. The interior is fairly small (maybe 5-7 tables), and it was fairly busy during lunchtime. They have a straightforward menu of hot and cold sandwiches and wraps. A cool thing is that their meats are sliced when you order rather than being vats of homogeneously pre-sliced lunch meat like Subway. They don't have as many bread selections (only about three) as Subway offers, though. The staff were actually very welcoming and friendly and seemed to enjoy their work. I tried the steak sandwich (hold the white American cheese) on white bread which came with grilled peppers and onions. Wow; delicious!! Hot, tender meat complemented perfectly by the peppers and onions. Even the bread was good! For cold sandwiches they don't have as huge a selection of vegetables and sauces as Subway (just lettuce, tomato, and onion were listed plus a red wine vinegar/olive oil dressing and "spices"). For about $2 more you can add chips and a fountain soft drink. They do have a rewards program you can easily sign up for with just a phone number. I was very impressed with my first visit to Jersey Mike's! Delicious food and very friendly staff as well! read more

Ordered through the app for the first time for a grab/go, and it was smooth. They have an area for pickups, and you can't miss your name. My sandwich was prepped as if I were in the store.
