Jack in the Box - Loaded Breakfast Sandwich - Burgers Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

DON'T COME TO THIS LOCATION!! My partner and I went through the drive-thru around 10pm and the employee named Milana took our order. We specifically told her that we have a coupon for dinner for two for $16. When we got to the window, she was confirming our order so we handed her the coupon we have and told her that whatever the coupon said is going to be our order. She gave us a face and a loud sigh as if we were being difficult, which we weren't. read more

Today we went through the drive through. I had placed a mobile app order. Car ahead of us placed an order. We had to wait almost 10 minuets for the guy to get his food. Our food was cold. Tacos, burger, breakfast jack and fries. Fries were the worst. No salt and they tasted like they had been sitting out forever. read more

I haven't had any major issues with this location. I do not come here often, as there is one a lot closer to my home, but when I do, my orders always come to me quick and without any issues. I do not think I have been in their lobby at all. It has always been drive through and at a decent hour, so there was no wait time and the food quality was what I would expect from any Jack in the Box location. I do not see any reason to avoid it, at least from my experience. Your mileage may vary. read more

Omg Horrible. 12:30 on Sunday. Only can order at kiosk. Im paying cash , no one acknowledges me. Been waiting a while. But 4 other groups have been waiting a while too, they sat down at tables to wait. When the staff finally does emerge, they are nice though I use restroom during my wait, filthy. Fixtures in bathroom are rotting out. Avoid this disaster. read more

We ordered a Chicken Sandwich combo, a Jumbo Jack Deluxe, and some chicken nuggets. The Coke Zero had the Perfect syrup-fizz combo. The nuggets tasted pretty good... but I'm 50/50 on whether any actual chicken was involved. Some kind of delicious mystery meat situation. The Jumbo Jack Deluxe? Let's just say the veggies were working overtime trying to rescue that sad, flavorless burger wedged between two rubbery buns. But! The chicken sandwich with bacon? A total surprise! And Juicy, flavorful, crispy bacon! Unfortunately, it took forever to get our food. And when we finally got home, we discovered the fries were missing. read more

I'm so glad this location is open 24 hours, as I'm on my way to dialysis at 3am. The graveyard shift here at the drive through is the best and always friendly. Specifically Rogelio. I have my regular go to sandwich and it's always ready when I get there. read more

Do your self a favor and drive to the next one. The wait is always long even when there's barely any cars. The staff is rude and condescending. Since I moved to this area I've been here a total of 4 times, 3 in which they have messed up my order. I recently ordered the Monster tacos and they gave me plain, I paid double for the Monster version. I've ordered a double jack plain and they put mayo and mustard. I drove home and had to drive back because they also charged me another order of tacos that time. The food is bomb but this location doesn't hold up to the standard. This place is garbage. read more

The ordering box don't work very well. So ordering was a challenge and when I got up to the window to pay and get my food. Bitch at window glared at me. :/. I mean no one forcing you to work here. It's your own decision. Why you glaring at me because I'm ordering food. read more

OMG. I am sooooo done with this location. Every month or so there is all new employees. The Lobby is always closed. Drive thru is a nightmare. So I will not be Going to this location any more. I like Jack. Just NOT this 1. Today at 4:20:14 I went thru drive thru and once again the tacos are drenched with hot sauce. And the jumbo jack was a absolute mess. I will be contacting corporate/manager asap. Only because this is a constant problem. And it's not OK Bye Jack read more

Whoever worked tonight at the drive-thru taking orders, (1/4/25) at 10:40pm, was amazing. Best drive-thru cashier i've ever met. He made sure everything I asked for was in the bag, was very respectful, and very patient. He's a 10/10, thank you! read more

I usually order the breakfast platters. Tiny pancakes, hash brown, and bacon were great. The scrambled eggs were really greasy this past visit. Staff members were friendly. I am a regular here and I'm not sure why this location has such bad reviews. The service is not the absolute best, but it's not awful. The workers seem as tired as any other fast food restaurant and there seem to be shortage on most items at some point. Supply chain issues come and go but the chicken sandwiches here are consistently delicious. Their menu is quite large. If you're overwhelmed with options but still want something a little different than the average cheeseburger. The sourdough Jack is always a great go-to burger -1 star as the soda pop is not always as spicy as it should be read more

Not sure why this place has low ratings They are always so polite, they have gotten my order correct every time! And they always give us a decent amount of sauce depending on our order. The 215 Beltway at Gibson Jack in the Box:    My previous review shared a business where nostalgia met the current. That was the District at Green Valley Coffee Bean. In the spirit of where nostalgia meets the present, I will lead you two exits east on the I-215 Beltway to the Gibson Road Exit into Jack in the Box.    To me Jack in the Box in similar fashion to In N Out Burger says loud and clear "You are officially on the West Coast." That read this message loud and clear when I moved here in 2004. When I first saw Jack In the Box it was reuniting with a brand that left me years ago in the early 1980s when residing in New York. It was at the 10505 S. Eastern Avenue location where I reunited with Jack in the Box. It was at Jack in the Box that I also reunited with the fountain version of my favorite beverage: strawberry soda. Just like Jack In the Box, strawberry soda had also left the New York market. Before the exploding popularity of the Coke Freestyle machine, in the early 2000s, Jack in the Box was one of the few fast food restaurants offering it. That would bring me into the restaurant. I started going to this Jack in the Box in 2005 when we lived in Black Mountain Villas. Back then a traffic signal directed traffic at the 215 and Gibson and Gibson concluded where a stop sign directed traffic at a two lane semi-rural Horizon Ridge Parkway. Since 2005 Henderson has lost three Jack in the Box locations.    What has stayed the same is its direct connectivity to the I-215 Eastern Beltway Trail. Since 2005 when I had resided in Black Mountain Villas, the trail has been my most common means of reaching the restaurant. Recently when I live in a different part of the city, it has served as an air-conditioned eating slash replenishment stop off the trail. I half jokingly call it Mirage in the Box because after miles of hiking on an unshaded asphalt trail with a developing thirst and hunger, that fast food meal is priceless. For the record a couple of these visits were during the brutal hot months.   I am a supporter of the random special. It could be the current $4 fish sandwich meal, or three tacos for less than $4. In this situation, Jack in the Box is holdover food. However, I am a bigger supporter of their sardough cheeseburger meal. Since those 2004 meals in the 10505 S. Eastern Avenue location, I have never tired of the sandwich and curly Fries that come with it. At $8.21 it is a decent deal. Jack in the Box is with the times by featuring a Coke Freestyle machine.   Taking into account that the majority of my visits coincided with recreation, I have been inattentive to speed of service. With that said, there has never been an issue with an unreasonable delay in service or bad attitude. On the subject of service, they now have the casual fast food system where you order at the counter, they give you a number before delivering the food to the table.   In my case, the 215 at Gibson Jack in the Box is more than a cookie cutter building serving fast food. It is a connection to my past living here. And the future! Most of all it is a connection to the I-215 Eastern Beltway Trail. Chances are that when I return to the Trail at Gibson Road there will be a return visit to its Mirage in the Box. read more

Every time I show up Jack-in-the-Box at either 330 - 345 - 400 415 I always get the same story that the computers are resetting and it's going to take 15 minutes. Really I just happen to show up at the exact same time your computers just happen to magically be resetting. It's never five minutes or 10 minutes or 20 minutes left, it's always 15. Maybe I'm just unlucky or you got some lazy employees who are trying to get a little extra time off. I think it's lies. Then when I come back it's, oh I have an update. Stop being lazy. Also, I just sat in the drive-through for 45 minutes just for them to get my order on. The kid working the drive-through is absolutely unequipped to do the job. read more

Whatever you do avoid this location at all costs! Ever since I've moved to Henderson this unfortunately is the only place open 24 hours beside the Roberto's down the street. Over the summer they closed at 10pm which I found odd because no Jack in the box closes that early, there's always a problem with my order here and after reading many other reviews it's clear that everyone has had this problem. I come late night often and there's a blonde chick with a lip ring who constantly screws with my order. Last time I went, I ordered a 5 piece nugget and a 3 piece jalapeño popper. She placed the nuggets in the bag and when she went to pick up the jalapeños they fell out of her hand on the table, she looked over in the drive thru to see if we noticed which we DID, she then proceeded to push the jalapeños in the bag with her bare hands. That absolutely disgusting! She's handling cards and cash all night her hands are filthy. Why would she find that ok to do in a pandemic?? When she came to bring the bag to the car my man said we don't want those because you dropped them, she then says "because I dropped them?" She walks to the back for a couple seconds to act like she's making new ones and brings back the SAME exact ones she dropped! We knew they were the same because there were 4 that dropped on the table and then 4 again in the fake new order which was also cold making it clear they were the old ones. This is unacceptable! I know it's fast food but god were in a pandemic! Never coming to this filthy location again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here unless they want to get sick! read more

DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!! I went through the drive thru today and ordered 2 combos for my boyfriend and I during lunch hours. After getting a little more than half way through my burger i notice a huge A** ROACH come out of the bag I had my fries in which was on my wrapper! Who knows how long the roach was in my bag!!!!! The sucker was eating the tomato off my burger y'all. The store failed to give me a receipt so I called them immediately to explain what just happened. FIRST OFF THE MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION IS DOWN RIGHT RUDE, AWFUL, and JUST DISGUSTING! She immediately copped an attitude with me stating "well the roach wasn't wrapped up in your burger was it? So your food is fine" WHAT IN THE WORLD?! Woman what about my fries this roach just went off roading on!? This manager needs to be trained on proper food handling and bacteria!!!! After getting nowhere on the phone I decided to drive back over there and speak with someone in person. Again, I arrive and I have to ask to actually talk to the manager. IMMEDIATELY THIS WOMAN LAUGHED AT ME AND SAID AND I QUOTE "MY STORE DOESN'T HAVE ANY ROACHES" and was quick to blame me!???! Uhm excuse me? How are you even the manager?! Well ma'am sorry to inform you but your store CLEARLY DOES! Also, over the phone she said she would refund me cool whatever it was only about $8 and some change THE POINT IS YALL CANT BE SELLING FOOD WITH ROACHES WALKING ALL OVER IT! When I got there I was told that store doesn't give refunds. Once I brought up the health department she was quick to change her mind. I was refunded my full amount but the customer service was AWFUL! I didn't even care about my refund, I was trying to inform them that there store might have roaches considered I took one with me when I left your Jack in the Box!!!!!! I will be taking this up with someone higher up as I can't believe the way I was treated by the manager at this location... UNPROFESSIONAL! I'm attaching a picture of the roach, and this isn't a baby sized roach either... this thing was big and disgusting!!!!!!! read more

We had a horrible experience at this Jack In The Box. The drive thru cashier didn't know anything about his prices on the items on the menu. He wasn't quick with helping us due to repeatedly saying um, uh and what? He was rude, crued, stoned, disrespectful and mean. We got the wrong burger in our order and the guy argued when we pointed it out. I mean he didn't even know sourdough versus a croissant. Then when we asked for our money back, he and the manager both gave us attitude and nasty looks. Plus they took food back in through the window multiple times, when that is against store policy. This location use to be my go-to burger spot. But, this year, they have changed their burgers. Now their burgers taste like something that was cooked last month, frozen and then microwaved and served on a bun. Why must corporate always think fast food customers are all a bunch of yahoos without any discerning taste buds. Jack in the Box was my last fast food burger joint for a quick hamburger fix. Guess now I'll have to go to a sit down restaurant for a decent hamburger. I could not finish eating either of the 2 burgers I purchased. I did not complain to the staff, I'll just complain here and NEVER go back to a JIB again. read more

This morning 6/11/22 3:30am. So my wife tried to order at 2:50 am and of course the system is down with no eta of when it'll be back up. I go at 3:30am and the lady says it's still down. The service and the food was lousy! I ordered a fish sandwich combo and a jumbo jack cheeseburger combo and no tomatoes. When I received my fish combo meal my fries were really cold. When I received my jumbo jack cheeseburger combo, there was no cheese on the burger and it was cold. I took the fries and burger back up to the counter and explained these problems to them, and they replaced both items. The fries were hot but the burger still did not have cheese on it, and it had tomatoes, which I am allergic to. I took it back up to the counter and told them that they still hadn't put cheese on my burger and they had added tomatoes, which I am allergic to. I was told that I had to request cheese on my burger, when your menu clearly states "jumbo jack cheeseburger". It is also supposed to come with 2 slices of cheese. The staff was extremely rude throughout this whole ordeal. I gave them 3 chances to get my order right and they failed miserably.
