I haven't had any major issues with this location. I do not come here often, as there is one a lot closer to my home, but when I do, my orders always come to me quick and without any issues. I do not think I have been in their lobby at all. It has always been drive through and at a decent hour, so there was no wait time and the food quality was what I would expect from any Jack in the Box location. The workers seem as tired as any other fast food restaurant and there seem to be shortage on most items at some point. The 215 Beltway at Gibson Jack in the Box:    My previous review shared a business where nostalgia met the current. That was the District at Green Valley Coffee Bean. In the spirit of where nostalgia meets the present, I will lead you two exits east on the I-215 Beltway to the Gibson Road Exit into Jack in the Box.    To me Jack in the Box in similar fashion to In N Out Burger says loud and clear "You are officially on the West Coast." That read this message loud and clear when I moved here in 2004. When I first saw Jack In the Box it was reuniting with a brand that left me years ago in the early 1980s when residing in New York. It was at the 10505 S. Eastern Avenue location where I reunited with Jack in the Box. It was at Jack in the Box that I also reunited with the fountain version of my favorite beverage: strawberry soda. Just like Jack In the Box, strawberry soda had also left the New York market. Before the exploding popularity of the Coke Freestyle machine, in the early 2000s, Jack in the Box was one of the few fast food restaurants offering it. That would bring me into the restaurant. I started going to this Jack in the Box in 2005 when we lived in Black Mountain Villas. Back then a traffic signal directed traffic at the 215 and Gibson and Gibson concluded where a stop sign directed traffic at a two lane semi-rural Horizon Ridge Parkway. Since 2005 Henderson has lost three Jack in the Box locations.    What has stayed the same is its direct connectivity to the I-215 Eastern Beltway Trail. Since 2005 when I had resided in Black Mountain Villas, the trail has been my most common means of reaching the restaurant. Recently when I live in a different part of the city, it has served as an air-conditioned eating slash replenishment stop off the trail. I half jokingly call it Mirage in the Box because after miles of hiking on an unshaded asphalt trail with a developing thirst and hunger, that fast food meal is priceless. For the record a couple of these visits were during the brutal hot months.   I am a supporter of the random special. It could be the current $4 fish sandwich meal, or three tacos for less than $4. In this situation, Jack in the Box is holdover food. However, I am a bigger supporter of their sardough cheeseburger meal. Since those 2004 meals in the 10505 S. Eastern Avenue location, I have never tired of the sandwich and curly Fries that come with it. At $8.21 it is a decent deal. Jack in the Box is with the times by featuring a Coke Freestyle machine.   Taking into account that the majority of my visits coincided with recreation, I have been inattentive to speed of service. With that said, there has never been an issue with an unreasonable delay in service or bad attitude. On the subject of service, they now have the casual fast food system where you order at the counter, they give you a number before delivering the food to the table.   In my case, the 215 at Gibson Jack in the Box is more than a cookie cutter building serving fast food. It is a connection to my past living here. And the future! Most of all it is a connection to the I-215 Eastern Beltway Trail. Chances are that when I return to the Trail at Gibson Road there will be a return visit to its Mirage in the Box. read more

Every time I show up Jack-in-the-Box at either 330 - 345 - 400 415 I always get the same story that the computers are resetting and it's going to take 15 minutes. Really I just happen to show up at the exact same time your computers just happen to magically be resetting. It's never five minutes or 10 minutes or 20 minutes left, it's always 15. Maybe I'm just unlucky or you got some lazy employees who are trying to get a little extra time off. I think it's lies. Then when I come back it's, oh I have an update. Stop being lazy. Whatever you do avoid this location at all costs! Ever since I've moved to Henderson this unfortunately is the only place open 24 hours beside the Roberto's down the street. Over the summer they closed at 10pm which I found odd because no Jack in the box closes that early, there's always a problem with my order here and after reading many other reviews it's clear that everyone has had this problem. I come late night often and there's a blonde chick with a lip ring who constantly screws with my order. Last time I went, I ordered a 5 piece nugget and a 3 piece jalapeño popper. She placed the nuggets in the bag and when she went to pick up the jalapeños they fell out of her hand on the table, she looked over in the drive thru to see if we noticed which we DID, she then proceeded to push the jalapeños in the bag with her bare hands. That absolutely disgusting! She's handling cards and cash all night her hands are filthy. Why would she find that ok to do in a pandemic?? When she came to bring the bag to the car my man said we don't want those because you dropped them, she then says "because I dropped them?" She walks to the back for a couple seconds to act like she's making new ones and brings back the SAME exact ones she dropped! We knew they were the same because there were 4 that dropped on the table and then 4 again in the fake new order which was also cold making it clear they were the old ones. This is unacceptable! DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!! I went through the drive thru today and ordered 2 combos for my boyfriend and I during lunch hours. The service and the food was lousy! I ordered a fish sandwich combo and a jumbo jack cheeseburger combo and no tomatoes. When I received my fish combo meal my fries were really cold. When I received my jumbo jack cheeseburger combo, there was no cheese on the burger and it was cold. I took the fries and burger back up to the counter and explained these problems to them, and they replaced both items. The fries were hot but the burger still did not have cheese on it, and it had tomatoes, which I am allergic to. I took it back up to the counter and told them that they still hadn't put cheese on my burger and they had added tomatoes, which I am allergic to. I was told that I had to request cheese on my burger, when your menu clearly states "jumbo jack cheeseburger". It is also supposed to come with 2 slices of cheese. The staff was extremely rude throughout this whole ordeal. I gave them 3 chances to get my order right and they failed miserably.
