Yelpers, I just want to say I was picking up a quick dinner to take home tonight. I ordered a Grilled chicken Club sandwich and the SouthWest Chicken Sandwich. They were both delish. I got the crosscut fries and a medium tea. The gal at the drive thru was super sweet and friendly. Service was quick and with a smile. I love that this location is in a nice area and there are not a lot of people hanging around outside. I feel safe and that is important to me. She asked me if I wanted sauce. Placed an order for a large single carl with no lettuce, large fry, and a sprite. (Also ordered a double big Carl meal and a 6 pc popper). When I arrived home my single Carl didn't have a burger patty! Just bread, cheese and sauce. Called the store to ask if we came back with the food if they would remake it since it would be cold from the 45 minutes of driving back and forth multiple times. Was told they could only remake the burger and that it was the policy. Food all ended up being cold and hard after having to go back to remake the burger that was their error. Waste of $37. This is the only fast food restaurant I have heard with such a "policy." Called the next day to speak to manager and was told if I had the cold food I could bring it in for a replacement. What a joke!!! They messed up and it's the customers fault. Customer service is horrible and training is necessary. read more

It's hit or miss for this location. They sometimes get it right, and sometimes get it completely wrong . The staff are the same. I ordered with Uber eats yesterday and it was really good, usually always have to warm up in the microwave, but that's expected for fast food delivery . Stood at the front desk for 5-10 with no one else in the store waiting to give them my order. No one acknowledged me, one went as far to look directly at me but then look at the floor each time she walked by. The other one blatantly looked at me while packing a drive thru order and ignored me. When I said "Excuse me, can I place an order" they seemed confused about what that meant. After the two girls sorted out who was going to take my order, I asked if I could use an in app coupon in store because the app wasn't letting me order anything. She said "Oh I don't know", I confirmed that she didn't know how to use coupons and she agreed. Didn't offer to ask a co-worker, try to figure it out, nothing. Just "I don't know". So I left. Horrible service, if I could give a negative star I would. Instant karma that the girl dropped her phone in some sauce she was working with though. Edit: I called another Carl's Jr. that was more than willing to help me with the app and I was able to place a mobile order. I went through the drive thru this time and let the unhelpful girl know that another location was able to help me and asked her for her name, at this point she finally apologized. So I had drove from Seattle to Las Vegas. Instantly went to Carl's Jr when I went back in the city. Came across Luis and Liliana, Luis is top-tier. I did two separate orders and used 4 coupons. Sometimes you just want a charbroiled burger and this Carl's Jr. can deliver on that. The drive through is convenient and I usually go for the classic Carl's Jr. cheeseburger. It's juicy, big, and has that good charred taste to the meat. I like the sliced onions, pickles, and even the iceberg lettuce. Their fries are prettying standard, but at least it's hot. What I like most about this location is the customer service. They are really just polite and pleasant workers. I know it's fast food, but I think the workers care about the product and service. My food is never squished or hastily thrown into the bag. It's neatly packaged and has napkins and/or condiments if I asked for it. Another plus is that this place is always kept clean in the inside and outside. The inside has a decent modern decor too. Dining in has been a good experience as well. Overall, good job on having good workers and good standards. Will be back! read more

First off, the customer service was decent, and thanks for that, BUT the food has seriously gross. The food was luke warm and just had zero flavor. I ordered a double western bacon cheeseburger, waffle fries and a chocolate shake with no whipped cream. I got a single western with regular fries and a shake with whipped cream. I was in the drive through and instead of having the whole order redone I just took my food. I don't recommend this place at all. Kids working here don't care. Not the first time my order was wrong at this place. Service just sucks and don't expect to get what you ordered. With stupid inflation now we pay more for crap service. read more

You know what you're getting with Carl's Jr. Solid burgers, but seems like their understaffed. I've went drive thru a couple times and was asked to wait around front along with other cars. I had to ask for fresh food all my food taste stale as if it had been sitting. The fries taste like they're either old or being fried in old grease. I took food to other ppl and they had the same complaints fries gross, buns stale and lettuce wedge not just a nice piece of lettuce but the hardest part of the lettuce was used. On each of the 5 meals some meals had things on them I specifically told the young girl we didn't want, $60 plus bucks down the drain. Only two ppl working and still feel it's no excuse for such crappy food. If staffing is an issue then have the manager work as well. Last time ever visiting this location. So, where I live there is a Carl's Jr., Raising Cane's, and a Popeye's within steps of eachother. At Raising Cane's and Popeye's there's always long lines however if they only knew the Carl's Jr has the best chicken tenders! They are perfectly seasoned, breaded, cooked and moist. Three out of four people in my household feel they are better than the other two spots and more importantly they're more affordable and the line is always shorter. In the last week, I noticed that they have family specials for $15 you can get a dozen of chicken tenders with two large fries. If you're on a budget and the $15 of it within your price range and you just want to feed yourself go for the number 17 which is the five dollar box that include three chicken tenders, small order fries a small drink and a chocolate chip cookie for $5 plus tax. Clearly, I go too often and this is my go to staple! read more

I ordered a Western Burger and it was pretty tasty! The burger was nice and had that charbroiled flavor, but I do wish there was more bacon on it!! The onion rings were a nice flavor booster as well. The first time I went at 2:15am they said it was cash only so I go and get cash and after I get back the young white guy with long hair tells me the the system is down and it will be back up after 3am....bs. Same for the last other times. Today a Saturday night I go at 1:50am and the same bs. Why say they're open 24 hours when they're not. Same guy every time. My son worked at Jack n the box and Carl's in the past and he said this was pure bs. They close for a 15min max for the POS system and that was it. Blasting hip hop music, Best part was the entire place was empty. Yet food was poorly put together with stale old ingredients like it's been sitting out all day. Drive through Sunday night 9pm. Order box not working- they taped a piece of paper that said it was down for maintenance. Okay, fine, I'll order at the window. 1 car was already at the window. Waited 5 minutes behind them. They get 2 bags of food. They leave and I pull up. The guy comes to the window and I try and order. He said that actually their computer system is down and they are can't take food orders right now. Really? Really? The car literally in front of me got two bags or orders. But I didn't want to say anything and press the issue because that is how you get spit in your food. Saw a few new faces today. As always they were very professional and very patient with their guests. I'm medically exempt from wearing a mask ( by law). I have asthma and COPD. I did keep my distance according to CDC guidelines. The manager did NOT discriminate against me even though I seen the concern in her eyes. I also watched as she dealt with others being impatient and yet stayed calm. The store was very clean as always. With so many stores discriminating against people with physical conditions that doesn't allow them to wear a mask it was a pleasant experience to deal with people who have common sense.
