After a day of thankless work it would have been nice to come in and grab a frosty and some food, even if just to take out. Wendy's is having a promotion - donate a dollar to a charity and get a card for 5 treats for free (either a lemonade or a Junior Frosty). Almost too good a deal to be true. We made an order on the app to arrive and them tell us they are out of multiple items we ordered. We asked for our money back so we could Go somewhere else and the man with grey hair And glasses who Claims to be the GM said "well we can't refund you I have no way to give you the money back you can file a dispute with your card company" what kind of customer service is that?! I also ordered on the app using Apple Pay and they already clicked that the order was picked up and I can't go and cancel the order! To make things worse the store is disgusting back in the kitchen there is food All over the floor and the staff are talking to each other like crap and seem so stressed out. The owner of this store should close down, not only are your staff miserable, your store is dirty and if you don't have items available you should not be able to order it online! I went to pick up my food after I ordered it through my mobile app. On my way to the restaurant my son had a seizure. I had his medication with me so when I approached the speaker on drive-through, I did ask Victoria the manager for my drink drinks because I needed to give my son his medication. She refused to give me my drinks and told me to park in the front. I did ask for my drinks again and she rolled her eyes and with an attitude said I need you to park out front so I did on which I had to give my son his medication without a drink. This is not the first time, or second time, or third time that I had issues with Victoria. She is an awful manager and gives really bad customer service with an attitude. I set out to grab some delicious fried shrimp from Popeye's on my lunch break today. Per usual, when I pulled up the drive-thru was crowded as all get out. So begrudingly, I decided to listen to the angel on my shoulder and get something healthier next door at this Wendy's location. I ordered the Apple Pecan Salad without chicken. It came with a cute little packet with all the fixin's I needed like napkins, cutlery, candied pacans and pomegranate vinagrette. I appreciated that because I have been to places in the past and placed drive-thru orders, only to get back to my destination missing a fork, or the dressing, etc.. The flavor combo hit the spot! Just the right amount of crunch from the granny smith apples, just the right amount of sweetness from the dried cranberries and vinragrette, and the perfect amount of nuttiness from the candied pecans to bring all the flavors together. Both romaine and mixed greens were present. I thought they could have been chopped a bit more, there were very large pieces to try to maneuver with a plastic fork. But, I made it work! All in all the salad was great and I felt great afterwards. Everytime I go to this Wendy's they always somehow manage to mess up my order. The graveyard manager doesn't do his job right

The food is good it's more so the service I ordered in the drive thru and I scanned my coupon code from the app before I paid. When I got my receipt the entire order was wrong and my coupon wasn't applied but I wasn't upset . This isn't an ideal situation for someone w/ anxiety . I had to go inside and get my order fixed . It was an inconvenience but the person who took my order and then manager/cook were very apologetic and I appreciate them resolving the issue with great spirits . Spent a total of 15 minutes sitting at the drive-thru window this morning. I ordered two small breakfast sandwiches, French toast sticks, and their morning potato wedges. I asked what took so long and the lady told me they've been making the same sandwich all morning and then shut the window. As she was shutting the window she shrugged her shoulders and put her hands up and said I'm sorry. There was literally no other car in drive-thru. It's funny because Wendy's where I came from was always pretty legit. This is the second Wendy's I've been to in the area that makes me never want to go back. I went through the drive-through, and there was only one car ahead of me. The person working the drive-through order line asked me to wait when I pulled up, Then 10 minutes went by before I was asked for my order. No other cars in the drive-through ahead of me at this point. II ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese that literally look like somebody smashed it together. I also ordered a large order of fries and what I got was those little tiny pieces they were all over cooked and looked like they have been sitting around for quite some time. I get it about fast food it's cheap and quick hence the name but if you're going to give me bottom of the barrel stuff just because it's sitting there I won't be back. WOW!!!! Went today around 9:15am-9:25am on October 2nd. I placed a mobile order using my free sandwich that was offered. The manager that was currently on duty and older adult African American. Put me on hold at the speaker for about 5-7 mins. When I told him that I placed a mobile order over the phone he said "he has no mobile order" I told him I can show you it was placed and paid for. Told me " I have nothing" I said ok, I canceled it and asked if I can use the free sandwich in drive thru if I order. He said he has no idea what I'm talking about. So I pulled up and asked to talk to the manager which was him. I showed him, and he said yah I can't do that. And I proceeded to show him and placed another online order. Showed him, he closed the window and said " I hate this place" and handed me my sandwich all rude and I asked for my potato's and he told me to leave and ignored me. I go here quite a bit and never had this bad of experience in my life. If he treats his customers this rude I can't imagine how mad he treats his co workers. I got dinner from here a couple weeks back. I placed a mobile order and went inside to get it. It took 17 minutes to get two sandwiches, an order of fries, and one Frostee. There was only one other person in the restaurant, and the drive-thru wasn't busy... I know from working at Wendy's that it takes about eight or nine minutes at the most to get some of the burgers or chicken cooked... but waiting 17 minutes is inexcusable. The restaurant seemed short staffed. The manager seemed like he was stressed out. Poor old man is probably in his 50s and bald. He was screaming at the one girl in the kitchen to work faster. At one point he handed me my food and said "have a nice day" in a dismissive manner. I stood there and waited because he had only given me one sandwich. He rudely said "what do you need still?" It's not good when a Wendy's store takes too long to make the food, and on top of that the manager looked like he was going to throw a temper tantrum. I haven't been to a Wendy's in a few years, and now I remember why. We went inside the location on Stephanie Street and walked straight up to the counter. We observed multiple employees, at least five, filling orders and working the drive through window but no one was attending the counter. We waited at the counter for over five minutes, while all of these workers all looked over and saw us standing there. Finally, what looked to be a manager walked up to the counter, looked at us, then pulled a ticket off the machine and walked back over to the food prep area and started organizing orders. At no point in time did any of the workers who were all looking over at us, acknowledge that we were even standing there. I was particularly shocked that the manager, who looked right at us, did not acknowledge that she had customers standing at the register. A simple, "thank you for coming in, we'll be right with you." would have kept us standing there, but since every single employee blatantly ignored us, we walked out. We weren't the only people in line, either. It's no wonder the dining room was almost empty at twelve noon, with one guy standing off to the side waiting for his order. There was ZERO customer service being utilized that day. That's okay, we left, drove a short distance down the street, walked into Del Taco and were waited on immediately. read more

I haven't been to Wendy's in a couple of years, I was in the area at the time and needed a quick bite to eat before heading into work. On this day it happened to be National Cheeseburger Day and seemed as though the drive-thru's of fast food places were all packed in the area except Wendy's. I came here and didn't see nothing about celebrating National Cheeseburger Day but I really wasn't looking for deal just a quick bite. I ended up ordering the Bacon Jalapeño Cheeseburger which turned out to be a very good burger with that extra "kick" of spice to layer out the taste buds. I also had a small fry and bottled water to drink with the meal. The drive-thru was very quick with only one car in front of me. The drive-thru attendant had my order ready to go in less than 5 mins, being very courteous and making sure I was satisfied with the items I ordered. Come to find out later, Wendy's was celebrating National Cheeseburger Day. The Staff are wonderful, they have great customer service and they got all 3 different orders correct. We ordered the four for $4, At 9:30 a.m. and they told us it will be a few minutes because it has to be cooked to order sets it was during breakfast time .
