This place has gone down the drain. New management and you can tell. Chick fil a use to have standards so I'm not sure what has happen. Tables are not clean, floors are dirty, bathrooms are not well kept. They seriously need to get control of their fruit fly problem. I couldn't sit and enjoy my food because the whole time I'm slapping at flies to get away while we try and eat. They have no customer service anymore. Recently we were missing salad dressing for our salad. The next time we didn't get straws for our drinks. Today we didn't get the fruit cup for our sandwich meal. Location itself has too small of a lot for the volume of business. Their breakfast ends at 10:30 and I've noticed if I order it too close to the cutoff time sometimes they don't fulfill the order. The manager was pretty friendly and she was able to honor another item for me. I was missing one breakfast item that I ordered on mobile and ended up coming in later. I got the grilled chicken club sandwich, which is a good protein field option and I feel like you're getting more compared to the other chicken sandwiches since it comes with cheese, bacon, and lettuce and tomatoes. On the side of the lot there were a number of spots that were open so we parked there. As soon as we got out of the car, an employee from the drive through came over and told us that was employee parking and we weren't allowed to park there. There were no signs saying employee parking and there were plenty of spots there. We left and went somewhere else for lunch. I usually go to this location. Fast and welcoming service. I've only had 2 other unhappy experiences in the years I've came here. But this one tops it off and it deserves to be shared. I probably won't be ordering Chick-Fil-A for a while or at least I won't be getting their sauce for a long time. For months my 4yr old daughter was planning a breakfast date at her favorite restaurant with some family members. Finally we were all able to link up a day and came here a month ago for breakfast as soon as they opened. We all got meals, everything came out quick, we were having a great time so far. Upon opening a new box of hash browns and a brand new packet of Chick-Fil-A sauce I went to dip a hash brown in and PULLED OUT a curly hair! I wiped it in disbelief but it was definitely a hair, holding it to the light, it was kind of redish blonde. All of my family have straight black hair so that was 100% not ours. Plus IT WAS IN THE SAUCE so not even a possibility of it being ours to begin with. I brought the tray up to the counter to show the cashier, she went to go ask another employee his opinion. I know it wasn't their fault so I did not make a big deal when she came back and told me there wasn't anything they could do since it came from the sauce packet. I then asked them for the customer support number. We wrapped up the breakfast and threw out the rest of our food. I called later in the day around 9:30am-10am. The lady on the line was very nice and filed the complaint, told me I would be contacted back within 48 hours or something like that but I didn't hear anything from them so I gave them a week. Another week passed, nothing. Then another week, nothing. I figured I'd give them at least a month to respond before making this review but now it's past that and I never got my issue fixed not even a simple apology. read more

This place is busy! The cheerful, friendly staff kept the hungry patrons moving along & there really wasn't a wait at all. Clean & neat, a worker was wiping down tables & chairs as soon as they became empty, while another was sweeping up crumbs & spills from under tables & in the aisle. I swear as busy as it was, it was neat as a pin. And the play area for the kiddos was tidy too. When you go, be sure to try out their lemonade, I swear it's homemade!
