Just an observation today. The customer service member taking our order, Mia, was not friendly at all. No smile, no "how can I help you", nothing. Efficient, clean store and friendly service. Drive through moves quickly and has a nice cover and fans for comfort. I love breakfast and enjoy the 10 count chicken minis combo. Iced vanilla coffee isn't too sweet and has a thick coffee taste, which I like. Their breakfast ends at 10:30 and I've noticed if I order it too close to the cutoff time sometimes they don't fulfill the order. The manager was pretty friendly and she was able to honor another item for me. I was missing one breakfast item that I ordered on mobile and ended up coming in later. I got the grilled chicken club sandwich, which is a good protein field option and I feel like you're getting more compared to the other chicken sandwiches since it comes with cheese, bacon, and lettuce and tomatoes. I think that the grilled option is much healthier, obviously than the fried option and it's just as tasty. read more

I usually go to this location. Fast and welcoming service. I've only had 2 other unhappy experiences in the years I've came here. But this one tops it off and it deserves to be shared. I probably won't be ordering Chick-Fil-A for a while or at least I won't be getting their sauce for a long time. For months my 4yr old daughter was planning a breakfast date at her favorite restaurant with some family members. Finally we were all able to link up a day and came here a month ago for breakfast as soon as they opened. We all got meals, everything came out quick, we were having a great time so far. Upon opening a new box of hash browns and a brand new packet of Chick-Fil-A sauce I went to dip a hash brown in and PULLED OUT a curly hair! I wiped it in disbelief but it was definitely a hair, holding it to the light, it was kind of redish blonde. All of my family have straight black hair so that was 100% not ours. Plus IT WAS IN THE SAUCE so not even a possibility of it being ours to begin with. I brought the tray up to the counter to show the cashier, she went to go ask another employee his opinion. I know it wasn't their fault so I did not make a big deal when she came back and told me there wasn't anything they could do since it came from the sauce packet. I then asked them for the customer support number. We wrapped up the breakfast and threw out the rest of our food. I called later in the day around 9:30am-10am. The lady on the line was very nice and filed the complaint, told me I would be contacted back within 48 hours or something like that but I didn't hear anything from them so I gave them a week. Another week passed, nothing. Then another week, nothing. I figured I'd give them at least a month to respond before making this review but now it's past that and I never got my issue fixed not even a simple apology. read more

We went to get drinks only and it was a bad experience. They seem to have forgotten our order while we were literally standing there. My husband got the frozen lemonade and the cup was only about 2/3 full and my diet coke seems to have been made and sat to the side because by the time I got it the ice was melted and it tasted watered down. I have moved to the state that this location is at since my last review. I've fallen in love with the Cobb salads, but tonight I found a long black hair in my salad. You need to have your staff with long hair wear hairnets or something. This is disgusting. A silly little baseball cap or visor isn't gonna stop hair from falling in people's food. I've also had items forgotten many times. And was told that I needed to contact the third-party app I ordered my food from. Listen, I also work at a fast food establishment. I know that customers need to contact the third-party app for refunds that I understand but it all begins in the restaurant. Read your tickets and get your orders right. It wasn't Uber who forgot my fries. It was the person who was packing orders. A little disappointed to be honest. This restaurant has really gone hill in the last three years since I first came in. Don't come on Saturday's. I've never had a problem when coming here during the week for lunch. We came here today being Saturday at 1:30pm. Through the drive through. My husband asked if we could have a bigger bowl to mix my chicken fillet and kale salad in and they said no. My husband offered to pay for it and they still said no. Not sure why that is! Clean & neat, a worker was wiping down tables & chairs as soon as they became empty, while another was sweeping up crumbs & spills from under tables & in the aisle. I swear as busy as it was, it was neat as a pin. And the play area for the kiddos was tidy too. When you go, be sure to try out their lemonade, I swear it's homemade! You can see the pulp floating in the your drink. Get some of their Chick Fil A sauce. Simply delicious. One of our favorites. I'm glad they sell it in the grocery store. We were handed the wrong order twice which was then taken from us and given to the proper people (I'd be furious if I was handed food which was given to other people first). We then asked for extra sauce because we ordered food for a group of people and was then yelled at by the window worker about the sauces we were given, she literally lied about the amount handed. Poor training and bad staffing decisions make this one of the more painful locations to visit--expect a wait and different information/services every single time you go in. I visited this location a few weeks ago, it was my first time at a Chick-fil-A. It was a request from a friend I was visiting at a nearby Rehabilitation Care Center. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets. I was embarrassed that I presented a dry sandwich and no sauce for the nuggets either. My bad for not checking the bag. Is this typical and are you required to ask for sauce? I found this to be a disappointment especially for a first visit. Why wouldn't I think that their signature sauce came with the sandwich unless otherwise specified by the customer! I called Chick-fil-A's customer service number twice and was promised a call back from the store. Another disappointment as 3 weeks have passed and no call back. I suppose they don't really care about their customers and providing good service. I don't think I will be visiting this location again.
