Theresa was very nice and helpful when placing our order. The food was hot and delivered quickly. Only complaint is the store smells like sewage like there is a problem with the drains. But all in all the visit was good!

Another review that should be a five star. White Castle has great food. Service was great. The music was loud and would cut out about every minute and start back up LOUD. I couldn't understand one word. Still just enough aggravation to lose one star. The bathroom was the deal breaker. The pictures say it all.

My husband and I came here for a quick lunch. The ambience was clean and large and not busy at all. We ordered the chicken slider, fish slider, and their famous cheeseburger slider with a side of fries! A few of our buns were wet and soggy on one end, but everything else's tasted good. They also sell a few of Randy's Donuts. The service was very slow. The staff helped the drive thru customers quicker than the inside customers. Satisfying food here, just maybe go through the drive thru to get your food in a timely manner.

The only good thing about this place is the location. Decent amount of parking and near the freeways. My mom and I came for lunch -- we both grew up on White Castle back in the Midwest. First, the place was completely empty. No customers. Second, the music was absolutely blasting. And not music over the speakers in the seating area -- music from the kitchen. They were playing horribly loud and raunchy rap music. Ordered our food on a tablet (they don't even take your order). Got the food and it tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Every single table was dirty. Food on all the seats, tables and floor. The place was disgusting and the food was awful and old. What a waste. $10 for 6 sliders? Forget it.

Empty dining room at 1:00 PM. Friendly & quick service by all employees. Easy ordering - family pack of 10 sliders, 2 drinks & 2 fries. Served promptly. Clean environment.

Both burgers were hot, juicy, and smashed to perfection. The shoestring fries were a hit! They are thin and small and crispy and made a great side! Service was fast and friendly, the restaurant was spotless, and everything just tasted fresh. The person who owns the place (I believe) even came up to us and the others eating and asked how we were liking our experience. It was such a sweet gesture that I appreciated and made the experience amazing. Highly recommend!

Yelp! review #60 of 2025 December 11, around 7pm…read more We stopped in for a quick dinner after a long day, hoping for something comforting and familiar. I tried to order the Double Smoked Barbecue Burger first, but they were out. Then I asked for the Prime Rib Burger, also out. Even the cheese curds, which we usually love as an appetizer, were unavailable. In the end, the only burger option left was a basic steak burger, so I went with the Jalapeño Steak Burger and added cheese to my fries, since that was closest to what I originally wanted. It felt like they had run out of almost everything and were down to the bare essentials. It honestly felt like the people working there did not care. I was pretty disappointed and almost walked out to try another Freddy's location, but my kids were hungry and really wanted their milkshakes, so we stayed. The kids' meals somewhat saved the day for the little ones. I ordered three chicken-tender kids' meals, and they were pleased with them. Well, almost. Freddy's also run out of barbecue sauce. One small bright spot was my son getting me a lemonade from the fountain, but when I tried it, it tasted off, nasty, actually. My wife grabbed me a cherry Pepsi instead, which was okay, though it didn't taste quite as good as it usually does at Freddy's. Overall, this visit left me feeling let down. This location is the closest to our house, but after running out of so many menu items (and even the drinks not tasting right), I'm not sure when we'll be back. Hoping it was just an off night.

Everybody like In N Out that a sure thing and they all order whatever they want. I can depend on the fast consistent service and the menu is the same wherever we go at any location. This In N Out is located in the Eastgate Shopping center with the big Walmart super center just off the 11 freeway at the Sunset Road exit, just go west and the shopping center is there. Lots of parking! We go inside and eat. One of my crew grabs some seats for us while I do the ordering and pay with the card. The service is efficient as always and my big order for 5 people is repeated back for accuracy. All's good and the guys fill their drinks as we wait for our order. WE get called and it needs two trays, so one of my crew helps bring it back to the table. Yes, In N out Yummers! The one girl on the crew ordered the lettuce wrapped burger, not my fave (tried it once) but she likes it. All the food was made accurately and tasted great. The crew was happy and lunch didn't take a whole lot of time, so we're done, toss the trash in the bin and back out there we go!

We don't have this chain in Hawaii. We like it because the prices are reasonable, the service is friendly and efficient, and the food is fresh. This was a VERY busy location. There were no seats inside, so we sat outdoors where it was a bit chilly (in February). There was a friendly Security Guard holding the door open since the line was almost out of the door. We all ordered and paid at the counter, then waited for our number to be called. In the meantime, we filled our cups at the self-service beverage station. My hamburger combo was just right! The "well done" fries were nice and crispy! Yay! The only hiccup was that our Aunty Sue's order took such a long time! I had seen an order drop upside down onto the ground, but didn't know that it was hers! They had to make it all over again. Too bad they didn't tell her. She asked for takeout because she thought we'd be done eating by the time she got her meal. However, we waited for her so she could eat there at the table with us instead of eating in the car (too messy) or the hotel room (the food would be too cold by then). Other than that hiccup, everyone was so happy to dine at In-N-Out because they hadn't had this food for a year or so... Oh... Another thing... They thought that the size of the hamburger patty had shrunken... Yikes!

This location opened just outside of Green Valley Ranch just last year, and I decided to invite my friend over here instead of our usual late evening burger stop. I tried the Classic Burger ($9.99). It was pretty solid, with a decent thick patty, hefty bun, some lettuce and tomato, and a burger sauce. It wasn't that exciting compared to some of the other popular burger chains though, and it was giving lots of California vibes in the sense that there wasn't a lot of fattiness. I did get it with a combo (+$4.99) though. The onion rings were crispy and mostly were bite-through-able, and they went alright with the ranch. I do think a 1:2 or 1:3 ketchup:ranch mixture might be the play, but I didn't investigate thoroughly yet. I also tried my friend's fries, which were okay but not that memorable either. My rating was really not gonna be awesome except for my drink (also included in the aforementioned combo). It was my take on an Arnold Palmer, a roughly 1:1 mix of their unsweetened tea and their lemonade. I later found out that the tea is a passion fruit tea, which is why I was getting fruity/tropical vibes that aren't usually part of this tea. And the sweetness ended up so addictively ideal that I could hardly stop drinking the thing. I will be back to Ruby's when I really crave that Arnold Palmer, and hopefully I'll figure out what to do to find a better entree on their menu. Maybe my friend's chili cheese dog could be a good starting point.

This location is right near our hotel so that works out. Everybody on my crew was happy to do Five Guys and get those unlimited fries, if you dine in and finish your first order. Yeah, that's right, not advertised, but if you're dining in and you finish the order of fries, just ask for a refill and they give it to you! So, pro tip: always order the small fries, that is unless you are doing take out. About the way they list their burgers. The "regular" burger is actually a DOUBLE burger with two patties. They shame the manly men and most anybody else, by listing the normal single patty burger as a "LITTLE" burger when all it is, is what most people would call a normal burger. Oh, nobody wants a "LITTLE" burger! You get all the same free toppings free, like grill onions and mushrooms on both versions. But since we're on the expense account, everybody gets the "REGULAR" double cheeseburger with "the works". We just get 2 orders of small fries for the 5 of us, since I figure we'll get some refills anyways. They do give a ton of fries even at the small size. There's a cup they fill then over fill the bag. I will say they do have some very good fries here, better than In N Out that's for sure. Our orders come up and the burgers are all wrapped well and the fries are soaking grease on the brown paper bag. I'll say, this burger is very tasty, not sure it's worth almost $12 bucks with tax and fries are extra like $5 bucks. But that's what expense accounts are for! We did get a couple of refills on the fries, I love that part and then enough to take with us to munch on in the Suburban and refill our drinks before we left! Now I gotta think where do I take the crew for dinner?

Since I wanted fries with that, the only answer was Five Guys. So I found the closest one to me on the map and headed over hungry. Like all Five Guys, the lighting design is way too bright and sterile for my taste, however everything else is exactly the way it needs to be for a quick burger stop. Not too comfortable (so I don't linger too long), but also plenty of seating to get the job done. They have only one elevated pub table in the place, for whatever reason. I considered it because it was on the side and or off the way, but I opted for the regular feet-on-the-floor seating instead. The burger: exactly what it needed to be. Salted, cheesy, and made to order. Mustard: on the side, tomato: fresh. Delicious. The fries: salted, cooked perfectly, maintained potato texture, not greasy, oil flavor profile on point. No weird seed oils, no reinventing the wheel. Skin still on, regular sizing, not matchsticks and not steak wedges. Delicious. The service: everyone was cheerful and attentive, answered all my menu questions kindly (I haven't been in one of these in a while), and made sure I felt seen when I got up to leave with a hearty farewell. Sensational. The bathroom: pee on the seat, no seat covers. I realize I can't tell how recent or who dunnit but public restrooms in this condition are gross and frustrating. Can't win em all. I'll be back for sure, just going to make sure my bladder is empty and not hang out too long!
