I visited Chick-fil-A (Store #03687 on Eastern) on May 2, 2026, and had a bit of an unfortunate experience--but what really stood out was how the team handled it. After picking up my order and getting home, the bottom of the bag gave out as I grabbed it from my car. Everything fell onto the ground--my sandwiches, sides--and to top it off, I realized I was missing a brownie and that a drink had leaked, soaking the bag. I hadn't eaten all day, so I was definitely frustrated. I called the store right away and spoke with Kalena, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She took down my information and asked me to come back on Monday so they could make it right. When I returned Monday evening, I was helped by Crimson. She quickly found my information, handled everything professionally, and replaced my order without any hassle. I truly appreciate how both of them handled the situation. There was no arguing, no blame--just genuine care and great customer service. Accidents happen, but the way this team responded made all the difference. The staff here seem incompetent. I kindly asked Kalena at the pick up window if they could double check my order because last time I had items missing when I got home and hungry kids. She responded that she "triple checked it", so I trusted her and drove off. Sure enough, TWO of our 8 count nuggets were missing. So ridiculous. read more

My wife ordered a chikflia combo and a 12 piece nugget in the drive thru. She received no nuggets and a jalepeno ranch grilled sandwich. She bought the nuggets for children who were very upset at not getting lunch. And her elderly father who cannot eat bacon, cheese, or jalepeno could not eat his lunch it either. It was a huge waste of time and money and no one got to eat today. The receipt on the bag had her order but nothing was what she ordered. This place is supposed to be all about service. I always forget this place is closed on Sundays. I live close by, and after all my years in Vegas I finally tried their chicken sandwiches for the first time recently. Now the kids are constantly trying to get me to go, so I'm always peeking to see if the drive-thru line is short. I also end up picking up work lunch for my daughter here pretty often. The little hashbrowns at breakfast look so cute! I really need to try them one of these days. This was my first time trying out Chick-Fil-A. I'm more of a Raising Cane's person, but I was out shopping and was hungry and this place was close by when I searched food near me. The drive-thru line wasn't as packed as I was going to expect and it was moving quickly, so I chose that rather than going inside. Everybody here was super nice and seemed to be in a great mood, and their food looked really good! I ordered their original chicken sandwich meal, which came with their waffle fries. I also got myself a chocolate milkshake and a side of BBQ sauce for my fries. What I've noticed when I got up to the drive-thru window is that the food is all ready to go once the customer pulls up. I didn't take pictures of my food because I was so hungry and I ended up scarfing it down once I got home. The chicken sandwich was excellent and so were the waffle fries. The waffle fries tasted like they came fresh out of the oven. The chocolate milkshake was delicious, too. It tasted like it was made with real chocolate ice cream, topped with whipped cream and a cherry on top. Very good food and exceptional service! read more

Not the Chick-fil-A service I expected (Eastern location) Stopped by the Chick-fil-A on Eastern and went through the drive-thru for two combo meals. My drink order was simple: one regular lemonade and one diet lemonade. The order taker didn't repeat the order back to confirm, and when I pulled away I realized my "diet lemonade" was actually a Diet Dr Pepper. I called right away and spoke with Ashlyn. I wasn't trying to make a big deal--I just wanted the mistake corrected since it was their error. But her response felt cold and unhelpful: she said the only thing she could do was give me another drink next time I come in. The problem is this location isn't close to my house, so asking me to drive back another day just to replace a drink they got wrong isn't a real solution. Chick-fil-A usually has top-tier customer service, but this experience was the opposite. Most of the staff are pretty welcoming and kind, and the food here is great. Every Saturday morning when I come for breakfast, I encounter Lacey, one of your drive thru workers. She has like the biggest attitude and like gives me dirty looks whenever I come. She might just have a resting bitch face but like it's her tone. Every other worker seems enthusiastic and very approachable but every time I've came here so far, I try to avoid her by going into the other lane. She has like fuzzy black or dark brown hair and has glasses. So I came here for breakfast && the drive thru was not busy at all , super quick. The staff were super nice. && The pricing for the food, is refreshing! lol The food was definitely fresh! I order an egg white grilled sandwich it was good. If you make it a meal you get little hash brown nuggets, which were so good and crunchy! So, I ordered from the app because we had a rough day following our AC going out and we wanted a nice, easy tasty reliably great meal. Our order was missing my entree , my son's entree, as well as my wife's salad dressing. The fries were stale and the salad was slimy and wilted, as pictured. I tried to call and get the missing items replaced or something, but got a machine... ok, it's busy as it's dinner time. I ended up using my rewards to order my son and my entree as well as a new salad and dressing... they arrived and fortunately the chicken is good, but the extra salad is wilted and slimy too. I give props to the workers because it was hot out. Both staff members were super nice! They were quick to have my order ready and was super nice! This isn't about the food -- it's about my experience working here. I worked at a different Chick-fil-A before this, with almost a year of experience. I already knew how things worked. I understand every Chick-fil-A runs differently, and that wasn't a problem for me. I was adapting. I usually worked afternoon to 8 p.m. shifts, and things went well. I worked with people around my age, and I got great feedback. The only thing anyone ever mentioned was small stuff like my grammar -- saying "beverage" instead of "drink." Other than that, people had nothing but kind things to say about me. That all changed the moment I worked a breakfast shift. Breakfast shifts tend to have more older employees, and I felt the difference immediately. The atmosphere felt tense. It felt like high school all over again -- older women acting like mean girls. One small example: I put a peach frosted lemonade in a clear cup, and a coworker looked at me and smirked like I was doing something wrong. What they didn't know is Chick-fil-A used to put frosted lemonades in clear cups before they upsized them. Then Bella, who I believe is a manager, was talking with someone named Audrey about people waiting on food. There were maybe three people waiting -- a small rush -- but at Chick-fil-A, speed is everything, so I get it. What I don't get is hearing Bella say something about me as the trainee, blaming me for the wait when I was doing everything I could. That hit a nerve. I don't appreciate being called out like that for no reason, especially four days in. Bella would call my name louder than needed whenever someone needed a refill or was at the register, even when my back was turned stocking things. It felt like she was trying to make me look bad in front of everyone -- like I wasn't following "guest first," which is the number one rule. But why doesn't that rule go both ways? If leadership sees a guest waiting and another employee is busy, why not help instead of standing there and acting like it's not your job? Having a different color shirt doesn't make you better. Then I get told I wasn't socializing with coworkers. I'm not the type to chat while I'm working -- I stay focused and professional. I'm neurodivergent, so I don't socialize the same way as everyone else, especially while working. But that doesn't mean I'm doing anything wrong. After getting fed up, I walked out. Audrey, the director, called me afterward asking why I left. I explained everything, and she said walking out wasn't the right move -- that I should have talked to someone. But honestly, four days in versus a manager? No one would have taken me seriously. When I told her what I overheard about Bella blaming me, Audrey tried to lie and say that's not what she said. I was standing two feet away -- I know exactly what I heard. She tried gaslighting me, but it didn't work. Then she said one of the rudest things I've ever heard working at Chick-fil-A. She brought up that I mentioned other Chick-fil-As in Las Vegas didn't work out and told me maybe I should look at myself. For the record, I already explained the reason I didn't stay at those other locations was because they didn't offer enough hours -- not because of my work ethic. Out of all my work experiences, this has been the worst. And honestly, I'll say it back to Audrey: maybe this Chick-fil-A needs to look within. I came inside to order food 20 mins ago, the nice young cashier took my order which was a "cool chicken wrap" substitute grilled chicken for (crispy)after placing my order I noticed the manager come say something to the shift lead while preparing what I THOUGHT would be my order. When I was given my meal I was told, "here is your food I'm sorry but we can't put a crispy chicken strip on your order" but here is a grilled chicken wrap, enjoy" no, I won't enjoy, take this back and give me a refund please. I have been going to this Chick-fil-A every Tuesday for lunch for like the last three months. My order is always the same. A three piece chicken strip meal with seven chick-fil-a sauces. I don't eat here because the chicken is good, in fact you can get better chicken other places but the sauce is my absolute favorite. Today I was informed I could only get five Chick-Fil-A sauces despite getting seven consistently for the last three months. Without the seven sauces my food is basically inedible to me. This used to be our favorite place to go because they were so efficient with drive-through. Last week I went in to redeem some free waffle fries with a sandwich and the cashier charged me for them anyway. When I saw the receipt, I asked her to refund that because it was a reward. The manager or supervisor she referred to said too late can't do it. Catch you next time. Then when I sat down and my order was delivered, they brought a spicy sandwich instead of a standard sandwich. I'm allergic to cayenne so I knew immediately in the first bite. This is the second time this has happened in the past couple months, where a spicy sandwich was delivered. Then a month ago, I went to order chicken soup and asked them to go with mostly broth, no salads, since it was going to a person who has dietary restrictions. Again, that seems supervisor said they can't do it. I know it's probably above her pay grade to think about food cost , but I was willing to pay the full price for a bit of broth. Took 17 minutes to get the drink, people with actual meal orders were getting serviced before I did and I had to remind them. Today, November 10, 2025, I came to dine in. The young man who was cleaning was quite rude. I noticed that several times he was on his phone instead of attending to guests. He had brown curly hair his name was something like ethan or etan. When I asked for a mint, he told me I would have to pay for it and that they weren't free. However, when I went to the counter, a very kind young woman told me they were complimentary and even offered me a hand wipe. During my visit, he also never asked if I wanted a drink refill. Later that evening, around 9:30, I went through the drive-thru to get food for my son after soccer practice. A young man named Josiah took my order. He was unhelpful and rude, and when my 9-year-old son Tyler asked what came on the Spicy Deluxe, Josiah said he didn't know and seemed uninterested in helping. It's supposed to come with a sauce which has normally always been in the bag, but not today???
