So we eat here regularly, we hit the drive thru. The service is always good, the staff are very pleasant and the line moves fast enough. The prices are also decent! The negative here is the quality of the chicken is never good. It's always overcooked, old and shriveled. Not fresh and crispy. We try the new items each time something comes out and anything with chicken is ALWAYS a huge disappointment, to the point where you just can't eat it. I say skip any item with chicken. They also have forgotten items a few times, especially sauces, so we have to sit and check it before we leave which is fine but should not be necessary. Tonight we went and they didn't give us 2 supreme items that we paid for, they gave us regular tacos instead so that's very frustrating and something you only see when you get home and open it all the way up. My wife and I recently went through the drive-thru because we were craving Taco Bell. I ordered a Beef Chalupa and my wife ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme. We also attempted to order the caramel churros, but at the time of payment we were informed that the fryer was down and they were unavailable. While that was unfortunate, we understood and proceeded with the rest of our order. Before leaving the drive-thru, we checked to make sure we received everything we ordered, and everything appeared to be there. However, when we got home and opened our food, we were extremely disappointed to find that there was no beef in either item. Both the chalupa and the Crunchwrap Supreme were missing the main ingredient. This was very frustrating and disappointing, especially after making the trip and checking the order beforehand. We expect occasional mistakes, but missing the primary protein in both items reflects a lack of quality control and attention to detail. Thought I'd try this location since I recently moved and did a mobile app order, said order was ready so, went to the drive thru and gave my name, then the wait...strange since it said ready but, whatever. I had 5 items in my order, let's start with the 1st the mini taco salad had Chipotle sauce on it (my order said no Chipotle sauce and add onions, there was Chipotle sauce and no onions, then the supreme dip was missing the chips, the 3 piece churros were ok but, one was so hard I couldn't eat it, the nacho fries weren't hot and stale and last but not eat my burrito supreme which was ok. I used to love this location but I've grown incredibly tired of receiving regular tacos when I've paid extra for Supreme. A manager has comped my meal to compensate before, but they don't seem interested in fixing the issue long term. It continues to happen time and time again. I checked my food before I left this time so I didn't need to call in and overwhelm the staff. It's .80 cents a Taco to add two ingredients. People work hard for their money. Why should they be okay not receiving what they paid for when all it would take is an extra look at the screen on the restaurant's end? We are already paying more and more for smaller portions and sizes. The manager was low key a little rude to me when I stated the taco wasn't made correctly. Instead of choosing "Make it Supreme" for $1.00 extra on my combo in the app, I clicked "Add Ons" and selected add sour cream and tomatoes for the normal supreme cost of .80 cents. The app tries to up charge you .20 cents extra if it's a combo for making a taco supreme. She acted as if I hadn't ordered correctly despite the ingredients being listed on my receipt and paid for. They remade my taco but her attitude was kind of off for the situation. My partner said they did this the last time she came as well and gave her a cup of sour cream (without tomatoes) for the mess up. People pay too much for food that is supposed to be cheap and awful for you yet orders are missing things every visit. If the tacos were $1 a piece, I'd get it. The price has skyrocketed insanely over the years so please just make them with the ingredients the customer paid a dollar extra for. It seems really fair. read more

I'm not necessarily sure what to say about this Taco Bell location. The food is always on point and tastes fine, it seems fresh made, and I never have to wait that long. That being said, every single time I eat here, my stomach is affected quite heavily for the next day or two, in this last case, for the next 3 or 4 days. I can't point to a specific item on the menu, because I got a huge variety. Nobody else in my family experienced any issues, so maybe it was just a one-off issue or something I was already dealing with. I've only been to this location a hand full of times as it is pretty tucked away and hard to see. Each time I have gone, I was in and out of the drive thru without much of a wait. My last visit, there was a young man working that talked a little too fast and under his breath for me to understand anything he was saying to me, but I cannot hold that against him. This location doesn't appear to get that much business as I have come at different times each visit and there's only one car, if that, ahead of me and the parking lot appears to be almost empty. This location is the closest and most convenient that's why I come here. For the most part service has always been okay. It gets a little slow towards the afternoon and late night rush. They have a lot of you get employees and they do great at keeping up. Although, there's been 2 occasions now that they serve me stale food. The first time the churros I ordered were stale, tasted like old oil. The second time all my nacho chips included the nacho supreme were all stale and the chips were bitter. I called the location to let them know the chips I received were stale. The man that answered was so condescending and rude. He said ok, so. I wasn't looking for free food. The only reason I'm giving this location to stars is because of the nice girl at the window. She was kind and smiled. Last night, I visited this location at 11 PM and was so happy to see that it was open at this hour. I didn't realize until I got home that six tacos I ordered to bring to family were actually nearly empty. My brother is good friends with a man in Michigan who owns several Taco Bell franchises and says that these are cheap enough to make to give people enough to eat, so why skimp on them? When I got home this is what we saw that we had gotten. It was extremely disappointing because we were so hungry, but not about to go back out to drive to return them. i hate writing bad reviews but i do when things are horrible. i ordered to go and opened my bag and i had several missing items. the boy who answered the phone was extremely rude and short with me and didn't offer me a refund or anything to help me with the issue that occurred. he wouldn't give me his name at all. i was completely in shock how poorly i was treated by this boy. my food was ice cold and taking a bite into my "burrito supreme" was like taking a bite into a cold wet diaper and on top of that it had a speck of meat in it when i opened it up to see why it was like that. all of my food was soggy and felt like i was eating stale day old food that had been left out on a counter. i spent over 40$ to feed my family tonight and there was not even a resolution to the issue from calling the store. i cant even get a refund through the app because it disappeared off of the app as well. When it comes to their veggie menu, they hardly ever miss. Sometimes they add too much sour cream so ask for light sour cream. They are experiencing a staff shortage and sometimes must close their drive through. If you like their food promote their hiring so they can stay open and keep making good food. read more
