Disappointing! We have eaten at QDOBA in several different states and always loved it, so we were excited to find several locations here in the Vegas Valley. This past Sunday, during a family outing, we decided to try this location. Upon walking in, we weren't greeted. One employee was sitting at a table talking on his phone, and another was walking back and forth to the kitchen. We stood at the counter looking at the menu, waiting to be helped. Finally, the employee who was in the kitchen came out and noticed us. He didn't offer a welcome; instead, he only said, "You can't order any food here; we are only taking online orders." Confused, we asked why, all he said was "That's just the way it is. If you don't have an online order, you can't order food here." Then he went back to ignoring us while we stood there in disbelief. We were all very hungry, disappointed, and upset that we wasted 30 minutes driving there only to be turned away. Our family would've easily spent over $60, but it was clear that our business was not wanted here. I have never heard of a fast-food restaurant in a good area refusing walk-in customers. If this is how they do business, then they should update their website and listings so customers don't waste time coming here only to be turned away. It's unfortunate because they lost what would have been loyal customers. We won't be back. Cannot recommend! read more

I was the only guy in there I watched the dude make 8 doordash orders while I stood in line (just me nobody else), I'm pretty sure there was some learning difference or maybe some sort of heavy medication side effect... or he was just trying to be super annoying and waste my time for cheap thrills. After about 12 minutes of me hovering awkwardly over the salad bar watching him make and slap names on burritos (again just me and him feet away from one another, no delivery driver or anything, and him not making any eye contact or greeting me). I finally inquired "how much longer are ya thinkin?" To which he vaguely replied with a non-answer "I still need to make all of these online orders" lol no time frame (had already been almost 15 minutes waiting). Didn't even ask if I'm a customer or driver or what for all he knew one of those names on the Burritos he was slapping on was mine. Again, literally just me, him, and one of his co workers (some girl in a qdoba uniform) eating her food, laughing hysterically (I presume at the hilarity and absurdity of the situation and his answer) and continued eating after getting a good laugh at the situation. I also couldn't help but to laugh. So essentially they turned away my business after having me watch him make online orders for about 10-15 minutes. To the burrito final boss, if you're reading this: disregard my one star review. You're the man dude, don't listen to what anyone else has to say. Be annoying, be nihilistic, be unapologetically yourself until the doors close on that business. Especially if it makes you feel good, all the power to you, you magnificent burrito king. No more soggy nachos!! The food is so fresh here and smells so good. We were craving nachos and this was a winner. We ordered the 3 cheese nachos and you hand pick what you want on it including meat and quac and stuff. It is served in a bowl with chips in a bag on the side. So good! The staff is friendly and fast. The restaurant is clean and I always enjoy an open kitchen to watch the Magic happen. The music is current and not too loud so I enjoyed eating in this time. The drinks are self serve so you can have refills. Parking is right out front. Nice and easy. There are plenty of table , booths and counter tops to eat at. There are booster chairs and high chair for littles. They also do catering. There were a lot of to go orders while we were here. People come in and out quickly. Even though there is not a drive thru, it would be easy to come pick up an order to go home. So I'm sure we will be doing that, since my hubby works close by it will be an easy midweek dinner. I decided to stop in one day and pick up a couple of things for my wife and I only to be told that they do not accept cash. Besides that, the lobby floors were dirty, tables not wiped down, and employees standing around playing with their phones. I will NOT patronize a business that doesn't accept cash. Honestly, I really have to give it to Qdoba because they are really amazing! This place is 100% being slept on and I don't know why. People are going out of their way to the over crowded "C" place and getting way less food for their money and if they came to Qdoba they would really get better and more, the people are also just as friendly. It's wild to me that people would wait for 20 minutes or more for a bowl or burrito when they could zip right through the line and eat. Plus the dining room is quiet, has great music and the drink options are way more appealing. read more

We visit every few weeks, and it's always a great experience. The food is fresh, hot, and tasty. The evening crew seems to know us by name now for online orders, which is impressive. On a fun note, the interior recently got a remodel! I usually waver between the ground beef and the habanero lime steak (LTO item), and can't seem to choose between the guac and queso with chips so I get both! :) Thank you team Qdoba for being our dinner heroes. read more

Review # 2 of 2024 January 3 visit around 10:40 A.M. Many thanks to Daniel for hooking up a nice steak burrito with diablo cheese, guacamole, lettuce, corn salsa, pickled jalapenos, sour cream etc. Talk about a fulfilling stacked meal. I was able to share this with my wife as it was that huge! We shared a Mandarin Jarritos and bottled water to wash it all down. Restroom is clean, one handicap stall with a see through gap and a standup stall as well. For a chain, this location and staff exceed expectations. My experience went very well, I ordered the Surf & Turf Bowl and A Brownie via the App, And when I arrived my order was ready so that was a good sign of appropriate and quick service for me. Come here all the time. Clean food clean ingredients they don't charge $6 for queso and guac like sloppy chipotle.

I don't know about y'all but I am team Qdoba over chipotle anyway. First, not location-specific, you don't have to pay extra for all of your toppings. Second, they have a really easy mobile app ordering system. Third, they have fancy soda machines, which are perfect for my husband and me who may be in the minority that drink zero-sugar sodas. I haven't had a chance to have a full experience at this location because I've always ordered through the app and quickly picked up my meal. All of my orders have been correct and ready by my scheduled pickup time, can't ask for anything more than that. read more

After waiting at Subway next door forever, I left and decided to grab a bite at Qdoba this afternoon for lunch. I was warmly welcomed by a nice gentleman (did not catch his name) who was smiling and ready to take my order. After perusing the menu a bit I decided to try the salad. You can have it served in a shell or with a tortilla at the bottom, but since I am trying to get vacation ready, I reluctantly said I'd pass. *sigh* Fresh lettuce was placed at the bottom of the bowl. He asked if I wanted the lettuce at the bottom, so I assume you can customize that part how you like. Next, it was time for alllll the toppings! I chose impossible meat, fajita veggies, black beans, salsa verde, cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole. There were a lot more toppings to choose from as well. The only reason I am giving 4(.5) stars instead of 5 is because that lunch salad ran me $12.50! While I realize inflation is up, I believe this business and others similar could benefit from having some more economical options or specials available. Another suggestion is to have more sturdy containers available when a person is ordering to go. While Im sure the bowls they use are better for the environment, they do not hold up with the leftovers or for any length of time. With all the liquid from the beans, sauce and pico, the container gets pretty flimsy pretty quickly. All in all, great food great service! 4.5 stars. read more

I went to a location in Reno and they barely filled the bowl and it honestly felt worthless to go there. The first thing to know is that this business will not accept cash. I do not know why businesses are allowed to not accept money but will raise prices to pay the credit card fees. The food is good, though not great. Better than Chipotle IMO. read more

TLDR: Large portions. Guac is included in the price. Tastes great and as a big eater, lasts me two meals. Disclaimer: I used a T Mobile Tuesday Coupon on this which took my $9 order and made it a $4 bowl. I got the bowl and initially was disappointed. I asked for the sauce on the side but when I picked up my order, it was already mixed into the bowl. If you plan on ordering online, I don't believe they have a system to inform them that you want certain things on the side. Of course, you can them this in person when you are in-store. Grilled Adobo Chicken: Not bad. Not dry. Very flavorful and great with spicy sauces. Seasoned brown rice: Does not taste seasoned. It was slightly dry and not very flavorful. Sauces: Would recommend the chile corn salsa! ITS CORN! Tastes great and gives the bowl overall some texture that works well together. Chile Crema was not bad at all either. It helped with the dry rice and made the chicken pop more. For toppings, you get to pick up to 9 which include the following: Guacamole, red onion, jalapenos, fajita, cheese, sour cream, romaine lettuce, white cheese, tortilla strips and cilantro Overall, great purchase and if I get a deal like that again, I will be returning! read more

We tried this out tonight for the first time as it was on the way home. We were in the mood for Mexican food but wanted it to try and stay healthy (at least I did ). This place is great. The food itself is a 4 at best, but the service and options were top notch. The young men helping us out today were excellent in recommendations and even offered me a sample of the meat I was planning on going with, the pollo asada (and yes you should get it, I imagine a quesadilla with this meat in it would be amazing.) It's a little more expensive than say Chipotle, but it's more food, so it's a better value. I received superb service on my last visit. The staff was very courteous, efficient and very kind-hearted. The food was superb and I'm very much appreciative that their vegetarian tortilla soup is back and I highly recommend this dish! They let you add all kinds of ingredients of your choosing to the soup such as fajita vegetables and queso which enhance the dish significantly. The interior is spacious and brightly colored with large windows as I recall which makes it very pleasant to dine in although I usually order to go. Went in to this Qdoba with my wife to pick up some food and had to immediately leave. The person behind the counter spat a piece of something from his mouth onto the floor. Absolutely disgusting. I came here for the first time today and I am eating the food right now. This place is so cool and ironic that it is in the same vicinity as el pollo loco which is where I would regularly go. I got the taco salad with the shell at the bottom with the brisket and grilled steak for 2.00 more delicious! The place has melted queso's if you are into it and different levels of spicy salsas... the Mexican Cesar dressing is a hit too! Pineapple salsa delicious as well. Qdoba is pretty close to home, but for some reason I never think to go here. They even mail out all kinds of BOGO promos and I always miss out on using them. One evening my husband and I decided this would be a good option for a quick dinner. The menu has more variety than their competitor's menu. They have much more than burritos and burrito bowls. I wasn't expecting that kind of variety so I'll have to try something more exciting than a burrito bowl next time. I ordered a Chicken Burrito Bowl. The portion wasn't as big as their competitor, but I actually liked that. If the food is in front of me I'll eat it so the more reasonable portion is actually a good thing for me. I loved the taste and texture of the veggies. The flavors of the bowl overall were pretty good. My husband had a burrito and he really enjoyed it. read more
