Here's the Scoop! My honey and I haven't been here for a sit down lunch in a very long time. So today we decided to stay and was very surprised by the menu choices. They have a Summer menu that's awesome. Lobster rolls, strawberry chicken salad, summer drinks like kiwi green tea, lemonade. We came in for bakery items but was swayed by the summer menu. I ordered the lobster roll and my honey ordered the strawberry chicken salad. The salad is in a large bowl. My lobster roll was packed with lobster salad made from the claw. Huge lobster pieces. I was shocked. It was delicious! The salad had fresh fruit and veggies. Crisp lettuce, chicken slices, pecans, mandarin slices, strawberries, walnuts in a light dressing. So tasty! My lobster was falling out of the bun with every bite. Delish! Thoroughly enjoyed our time there for lunch today. I will definitely return for another lobster roll before the summer is out. If you're in the area of a Panera bread go check out their Summer menu.

I haven't set foot in here in 10 years. It's pretty much the same as I remember it. The place was filthy! Glass dividers, walls, carpets, etc. Meanwhile, management is chatting with the grill person and I can hear them cussing at the booth behind the wall. " F that bro!" Well "bro" and manager need to get a broom and a towel. I asked them for straws for our drinks and they couldn't comprehend that the container outside was empty. Two orders later and they were asked for straws again. The only benefit, free drinks for 2 months promo. McDonald's comes out more expensive. But anyway, management needs to clean up their act - literally and figuratively. See you again in 10 years, if you're still here.

Sandwiches and soups here are pretty good, but I think items here are a bit over priced. I recommend the You Pick 2 option where you can select a sandwich and a soup. I typically get the Bacon Turkey Bravo (cold cut sandwich) and a Chicken Noodle or Tomato soup, and I have never been disappointed by these options. I also really love the chips here! The cold brew coffee here is also pretty good, but again I think it is over priced for how much they give you. The service here is pretty standard, nothing too special. This location does get fairly busy on weekdays around 3 since that is when students are out of school so keep that in mind.

Bug I found in my salad

I got a salad and a sandwich from them. Ate the sandwich and was now on my salad. I got to the bottom of my salad and found a dead bug in it. Called them Up and they said they get their produce in bags which makes you think they don't wash anything they just open them and throw it in your plate.

My friend has been trying to get me here for months and finally she did... I am very happy. This place is AWESOME... I have always been greeted with a smile and hello. The restaurant is big, bright and a bit lively. They always help me order through their wonderful soup and sandwich choices. (I can be a little indecisive at times). My favorite is the Napa Chicken Salad and Chicken with Rice soup... This is good SERIOUSLY GOOD. Really fresh and chunky chicken salad that is almost 'refreshing' to eat. Pair that with the creamy chicken soup with rice and you enjoy a flavor explosion. I am a relative newcomer to the Panera world and extremely glad that my friend turned me on to this place. I love places that have an "electricity"about them. There are so many establishments that have good food but may be so low key that they are almost downright depressing to sit in. People come here to eat because they are fans of Panera and want to be there to eat relax, use their free wi-fi and just be around some lively conversations and atmosphere. Easy to park at all locations I have visited and the lines (always lines) move quickly because management feels that putting on a few extra people during peek hours is the RIGHT THING TO DO! The people who ultimately give you the fool=d are friendly and when you've been there a few times will actually know your name. KUDOs to the Panera formula... You got it right!

The service is a little slow but the food is great. My wife and I often go there. The only problem is you can't eat as much as you would like. Because you would surely pay for it later, and I mean that in a good way. If it was up to me I would eat until I popped. But all in all Panera bread is the place for a good healthy sandwich and a tasty snack on the side. I would recommend it to anyone who would like a healthy lunch and snack.

Egg and cheese on plain bagel. Well some egg.

Panera has good coffee. That is all I can positively say about it. They have this stupid policy of not putting butter on your bagel sandwiches. So instead, I get a sandwich and these little butter packages that I swear came from a freezer, because they are rock hard and impossible to spread. If you ask them to butter anything, they say corporate won't let them (some stupid policy about contamination that makes no sense since all other restaurants butter your food all the time. Makes we wonder how dirty their kitchen is that they are concerned about butter) Today and this location was even worse. See picture. Reminds me of the Wendy's tv Ads. Where the beef?! Since I got the smallest egg on my bagel sandwich. For their higher prices than other breakfast places, you would think you would get better service and product. But all you get it good coffee. Is that really worth it? Not today. The coffee was bad also.

its a very reliable location, ive never had any problems with the food here over the years. stuff like bagels and pastries are inevitably better in the morning and the smoothies are my favorite. you pick 2 is probably the best meal deal here aside from getting a bagel and some kind of drink. they have the remote ordering here so you can use the app of your laptop to order and they'll bring it to the table. the wifi is good too so its a great place to sit and do work if you need to.

Great food, but very few gluten free options. Would like to see Panera offer at least one type of gluten free bread.

Having been a fan of Hummus in Holbrook for a long time so we were excited to see this location…read morefinally open up. Unlike the Holbrook location though this one is not Mediterranean centered. They have different bowl options for you to make yourself with different proteins & toppings (see photos). While I haven't taken the opportunity to dine in yet I have tried a few of the frozen meal options which I'll review below: -Spicy Buffalo Wrap: 4/5 -Crispy Buffalo Wrap: 3.5/5 -Soho Steak Bowl:3.5/5 -Chicken & Jalapeño Quesadilla:4/5 -Spicy Chicken Flat/Wrap:3/5 I haven't been super impressed with any of the take away meals, BUT they are super convenient and seem to be relatively healthy. There's a large variety of things to try which is nice and they all have nutritional value and ingredients on the labels. The only thing I'll mention is that the heating instructions are the same for everything we've gotten so far and 2minutes on a wrap is much different than 2 minutes on a steak bowl. One of the wraps basically turned to a mushy mess. Overall I'm happy with the variety and convenience of getting meals here for a fair price. If they were more than $10 each I'd probably hesitate a bit but for what you're paying I think it's a good value.

I was in the mood for a salad and this place popped up in my search results…read more I parked on the busy street and upon getting out of the car, there was an empty six pack of beer bottles on the curb. Not their fault, but definitely a nod to that strip of somewhat vacant storefronts next door. Upon entering, I was greeted with a smile by the woman behind the counter. There was no paper menu to read quietly on my own. I had to watch her use a remote to change the screens on the TV. She answered any questions I had but I found it a bit uncomfortable that she had to say "let me know when you're ready to see the next screen" in order to see the next page of menu items. The food... I did a create your own and it included 5 items and I added chicken and a few other "fresh ingredients". This was by far, not my favorite salad. The beets were crunchy strips. The broccoli was shredded crumbs. The lettuce had brown spots on it. The quinoa was cold and hard. The feta was good. The kalamata olives were good. The chicken was horrible. I'm used to a whole piece of grilled chicken, warm, juicy and cut up on my salads. This was a big container of chicken shredded up into small dued out bits. Everything was tossed for me and the somewhat creamy balsamic dressing was too briny. Thank goodness it was on the side. When I got home, I added my own avacado, tomatoes and dressing. It was dinner time. If you're going to serve this kind of food, it should be fresh all of the time or don't stay open that late, only to serve the last of what was put out in the morning. I gave one star for the kindness of the woman and one star for the idea. I want to support small business but $20 for a less than mediocre salad bowl is not worth returning.

We were sat right away and some warm bread delivered super quick. It was not the normal Naan I was expecting but so good. I ordered up the sampler platter (5 items $24) and was shocked to see they had no Domas (stuffed grape leaves) available despite one of the options from the menu. That is a staple for me. My buddy also tried to order two different chicken dishes and the waiter had to ask if they can prepare and they said no so the waiter made a suggestion and that is what he ordered. Pretty simple chicken dish with rice, onions and shredded picked beets. The pieces of chicken were massive and super flavorful ($21). I also ordered the falafel (4pcs on hummus $9). So much food so we both had leftovers to box up. Our server was nice to drop off tea and finally a small piece of baklava to share. It was incredible. So, all in all an odd start in a quiet restaurant but the food was delicious and our service was top notch.

What is truly unacceptable is the restaurants complete lack of concern afterwards. I made them aware of what happened, and despite the seriousness of the injury, the showed no accountability and no willingness to compensate. They told me they would not compensate for any of the medical bills that I have incurred. This raises serious concerns about their food safety standards, and how they treat customers when things go wrong. In this case their was clearly wrong doing on their part.
