That was a BANGIN' B.E.C! - A breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs, bacon, and bread, cut in half, is held in a person's hand. The sandwich appears to be from a deli or breakfast spot.

That was a BANGIN' B.E.C. I had this morning! Just before Thanksgiving I posted on social media teasing everyone who moved to Florida to get in line for their B.E.C (Bacon-Egg-Cheese on a hard roll, very NY) well, my buddy Lou said the best he ever had was on Maple Ave in Smithtown. I walked in this morning to a typical Long Island Deli. I see a gentleman behind the counter wearing a Hawaiian shirt taking orders. He said to the customer in front of me, morning Fred. The usual? Yessir. He asks for my name and I ordered my go to: A soft scrambled B.E.C with S.P.K. The gentleman pours me a coffee and we start talking about the military (both Navy) he was also an amphibious guy so he's a solid dude. My egg sandwich? Perfectly cooked soft eggs, freshly melted cheese and just the right amount of bacon. Bacon is the key because if it was some weak, limp bacon I wouldn't be rushing to write a review. Not over cooked bacon but mamma pulled bacon out of the pan, crispy bacon. That is my 5 Star Yelp review. Yelpers, for 2022 I found for you the best B.E.C. being served on Long Island. Bill S approved!

Upon entry its like cheers.... everyone knows your name, how your tea/coffee is prepared, and the type of breakfast sandwich you prefer. I was moved by the " old school feel here" it took me back to when people talked to people w/o texting. Exceptional quality, great tasting choices and A+ freshly made mini muffins... They are a small treat to temp the taste buds. Sections vary; Cappuccino chip, banana nut, chocolate chip, corn, bran& blueberry. Easily accessible to Rte 347/454, Rte 111, Northern State and the LIE. Ample parking. They get crowded do come early for breakfast, lunch. You'll be glad you did so will your belly. Enjoy

Food was good and we were served quickly. The lemon poppyseed pancakes were a special on the board, and they were delicious. I would definitely suggest trying if you enjoy a sweet breakfast. The breakfast sandwich was also so tasty and filling. The egg to cheese ratio was spot on, and the home fries were tasty and cooked perfectly. Wow where do I even begin here? This place is so special…read more My son is highly allergic to eggs and milk so taking him to restaurants and bakeries wasn't really a thing for us before I discovered Peach & Pine. Being avegan bakery/cafe means they don't use any animal products and not only is that wonderful on its own, but it makes it possible for my son to enjoy a fun treat from their shop with zero worry of contamination from his allergens. (YAY!) Ashley is just wonderful. She is always present and always happy to help. She is very passionate and it shows. My son especially loves the margherita brioche pizza but he also enjoys everything he has tried here! I had an amazing oreo sandwich cookie the other day and it was life changing. They have a weekly rotating menu (they are open Friday-Sunday) and I love that you never know what fun treats they are going to be serving on a weekly basis. They post their menu on their instagram and its exciting to go check it out every Friday. They also have an amazing coffee menu so don't miss out on that. My sons first birthday was last weekend so of course I had to order him a cake from peach & pine. This cake was GORGEOUS and the highlight of the party! Everyone was talking about how beautiful and delicious it was. My son LOVED it! All of this to say: This place is one you DO NOT want to miss. The best of the best.

On the day we chose to finally get ourselves there, it coincided with their 1st anniversary since opening this quaint brick & mortar storefront. As expected, there was a long line of people. No one seemed to mind not one bit because it's worth the wait! And everyone we chatted with on line was friendly and had been there before. They happily shared their experiences, favorites and suggestions. This is a small shop. Once inside, you are greeted with the wafting of pastries and coffee. It's delightful! On this morning, the bakery cases were full. Everything looked absolutely beautiful and yummy. It was difficult to choose because everything looked amazing. There was both sweet & savory. So there is something for everyone's palate. Both my husband and I got our own boxes filled with delectable goodies. The menu changes weekly. Once home, I was so excited to dig into our boxes and wondered if my many beautiful selections would taste as good as they looked. And oh boy, they did not disappoint!! YUMMY! Collectively, we tried the dark chocolate hazelnut croissant complete with speckled gold shavings, almond croissant, rainbow cake slice, blueberry lemon scone, raspberry pistachio danish and a Biscuits & Gravy. Fresh and delicious on all fronts. We'll be back again soon! *Worth noting: We got there around 10:30; they are open 10:00 - 4:00 (or until they sell out) on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. I suggest checking their IG to get up-to-date hours. A couple weeks back, we stopped by at around 2:30 on a Saturday only to be greeted with pulled shades and a locked door because they'd already sold out!

Everything was delicious, perfectly prepared, and served with professionalism from start to finish. We went with the Carnivore Belly package and added skirt steak, wings, and a mix of sides. The BBQ was outstanding - meaty tender ribs, juicy pulled pork, burgers and dogs grilled to perfection. The wings were crisp and flavorful, and the fryer setup stole the show with piping-hot fries and onion rings that guests couldn't stop talking about. Even the sides (macaroni salad, harvest salad) were fresh and balanced out the richness of the BBQ perfectly. Booking, setup, cooking, serving, and cleanup were all handled smoothly. Our guests raved about the food, and we were able to just enjoy the day. It was the best of both worlds - the taste of authentic BBQ with none of the stress of doing it ourselves. Highly recommend Big Belly for anyone looking to elevate their party or gathering. They absolutely made our event unforgettable. My belly is certainly happy, and now big too.

The artwork on the walls adds a personal touch and gives the café a relaxed, inspiring vibe. It's the kind of place that makes you want to open your laptop, sip your drink, and settle in for a productive afternoon. I ordered the sugar-free brown sugar latte, and it was absolutely fantastic. It had just the right balance of rich espresso flavor and smooth sweetness...not overly sugary, but still comforting and flavorful. You can tell they really care about the quality of their drinks here. The fact that they offer sugar-free options is such a thoughtful touch for those who want to enjoy something indulgent without all the sugar. They also offer dairy free alternatives. They also have a great selection of baked goods and pastries to go along with your coffee...everything from muffins and cookies to croissants and other treats that pair perfectly with their lattes and teas. It's nice to have something fresh and tasty on the side, especially if you're stopping in for breakfast or a mid-day snack. One of the things I love most about Sweetwaters is the seasonal menu. They have creative fall drinks that bring all the cozy flavors of the season; perfect for chilly mornings or afternoon pick-me-ups. It's clear the staff takes pride in keeping the menu interesting and fresh. The staff themselves deserve a special mention. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely kind. Initially we had ordered two rolls and was told no we ordered three so we shrugged it off. I'd also like to note we were paying with a debit card and it's slightly cheapest with cash. The black and white cookie looked delicious so I opted to get one of those. When being rung up we had sticker shock. $9.31 for 1 large black and white cookie. When I said something about it the girl said she'd put it back but we felt bad so we said "no that's okay." because we both felt awkward and it must be pretty special. The apple turnover was $5.20 and lacking apples. We actually threw it in the garbage after 2 bites. All in all the items were not good and not very fresh tasting in our opinion but to each is their own. I honestly with all due respect feel some places are really price gouging since the pandemic. I get that people lost businesses and all but this place is less than a year old and the prices were not justified and not worth it might I add.
