The deli was nice and clean but overpriced. One wrap was over 10$, it only had eggs, potatoes, and avocados.

I work for the local utility and there are times where we work in an unfamiliar area, so we need to find some decent eateries in the area. we do our online investigations, and then one of us will head out to try and find the the spots we decided on and give it a shot. I went here yesterday, and ordered their "breakfast burrito" and it was delicious. ( complimented the hard rock they were playing in the background) Also, it was very filling. So this morning, as a crew, we all ordered something off their online menu, and lemme tell you... everyone is satisfied and happy. The employees are friendly, the place is clean and the prices, for as crazy as everything lately, are reasonable. We will be ordering here for as long as we are currently working up the road. I've still been checking out new delis as I pass by from East Islip to Bayshore. I started to realize 117 Deli and decided to try it out. I always order the same grilled chicken wrap wrap and get an iced coffee, so I have a true comparison against other places. The deli itself is very nice, well maintained and the staff was super friendly. I got in around 9:45 am (on a Saturday) and there were a few people already in there. I ordered my wrap, and asked for an iced coffee. They have a nice "coffee bar" to go make your own. They were speedy in getting my order together, and I noticed people have also called in for food pick ups. My wrap was great, ingredients were fresh and their coffee is really good. Just a door away is a 'spa' that offers illegal services with men coming in and out frequently. I had their orders and went to 117 after hearing how good their food was.I had a few different requests and was wondering if it would create a problem.The owner took my order and introduced me to the staff,all of them were warm and very friendly.Two days later I picked up my order and added more sandwiches on the spot! Placed an order over the phone, picked it up and it was incorrect. Called to inform them and get a new sandwich and they argued with us over the phone saying thats how it was ordered. They ended up giving us a new sandwich but not without an argument and an attitude. Wont be returning. read more

Stopped at this deli on the way to a day of fishing . Called in my order ahead of time and when I got there , it was all ready for me . The two guys behind the counter were gentlemen. Greeted me and thanked me more than once for supporting their business. When I mentioned I was on my way to go fishing, he went the extra mile and wrapped up the heros with extra cellophane. The heros were a hit and the macaroni salad and Cole slaw were excellent. Great guys. Wish I lived closer. I'd go there a lot more. read more

Stopped in here early on a Sunday morning w my girlfriend and was pleased to see what nice guys the new owners were and how well they renovated this deli. From breakfast to lunch these guys consistently have great food. Crispy bacon is something I've noticed many Delis will say they can do and then it comes out soggy. They have it down here and the bacon is always crispy. I have been pleasantly surprised how fresh and good the salads have been too! Worth a stop for breakfast or lunch! read more
