    Garden capresws sandwich
    Rick F.

What was that passing off as a sandwich? The picture on the website and what came home look like we went to an entirely different planet. There was no spinach on the garden caprese sandwich. A very thin tomato and an exorbitant amount of garlic aoli sauce. My wife ate the top as a piece of bread as her meal because it was too far to go back to the shop. Just terrible!

Speedy service, fresh food and friendly staff. Pick 2 option is where you can get the most bang for your buck. There are a lot of options for different diet types. But whatever you do you must get you the Passion Papaya Iced Green Tea. Its so delicious. You can get it in a bottle or one of the bubble cups. Fresh pastries and baked goods. Like I said many options for all diet types.

This place is ridiculous only 1 car in line, in front of me 15 mins in the drive thru and still waiting!!!!!!

Horrrrible wait time here, I have been in line 15 mins I'm in their drive thru for a bowl of soup and cookie!!!! I'm trapped because of the high curbs to leave!!! Panera bread management your failing with customer service with wait line this long. I would have ask to speak with the manager but didn't wanna hold the line up.... Hire more staff, provide runners but your clients should have this experience every time coming here!!!!

Burned "panini" with little to no chicken. Looked like it was the end of the loaf.

Unfortunately this was my last trip to a Panera. The portions no longer justify the price for us and the employees no longer seem to care about how the food is made. Stopped by last night for a quick bite to eat, ordered a you pick 2 with the chicken fontega panini and garden salad with chicken and a tea, husband ordered mac and cheese with a southwest salad and a soda. Ordered via the kiosks and sat down. Waited about 15 minutes for our order (in a mostly empty restaurant) buzzer went off and husband went to retrieve our food. While his was ok, my sandwich was burned and looked more like the end of a chard loaf of bread than a sandwich. Had about a teaspoon of chicken, melted blob of cheese and 2 slices of tomato, missing the basil. Salad was alright but seemed small. A disgruntled employee was sitting behind us complaining to someone on speaker phone about having to work late and not getting enough shifts on the weekends. Went to top off my tea only to see they had taken the tea machines down for the night. (they were full when we arrived and it was only 8pm. They close at 9:30) Needless to say after tonight I'll be making my own sandwiches at home and save some money.

    Slimy salad, green apple.

20 minutes after picking up my order, I sat down to discover that the greens in my Fuji Apple salad were wilted, slimy, and old. Furthermore, my red side Apple was still green inside when I bit it. Panera app was not user friendly for leaving feedback, and I got put on hold while trying to contact the manager. Not going back to this Panera location any time soon.

Empty tables were not clean. Order wrong and $38 for two half sandwiches and two cups of soup, is way overpriced.

Always pay for the food online then when I pick it up they say they are out of what we ordered. This is the third time in a row.

Panera has gone down hill. Service is slow and food is average at best. Much better options in the Harrisburg region.

Did takeout from drive thru. 2 salads. Got home and they were not the salads we ordered. The ticket had one of the salads correct.

How come the photos of soup show full bowls, but when purchased they are only filled half way. At the cost the bowl should be full

That was the best spot to get some food to recharge, so I decided to take a walk down memory lane and get an Italian sub when I got off of work. The staff was inviting, and the place still looked and smelled the same as it did when I was a kid. There was plenty of meat on the sub with all the fixings, and of course, I complemented it with plain Middleswarth chips. Being from Pennsylvania, you have to eat it with Middleswarth chips! My mouth was drooling looking at the sub, even though the roll itself felt very hard. With the first bite, I went right down memory lane, sitting in my grandfather's green Ford Ranger. I scarfed it down, but well... I was disappointed. The bread was so hard that it almost scratched the roof of my mouth. The cheese was just bland, not bursting with flavor, and the salami and pepperoni slices had no flavoring to them at all. I think the only thing that saved it was the hot peppers that I added. To make matters worse, I also noticed the bathrooms were dirty, which is never a good sign. I also felt very slow and sluggish afterward. I don't think food is supposed to do that; food is supposed to give you energy, not slow you down. I do not recommend this place for a sub at all. I'd rather get one from a pizza shop or even Sheetz--and I think all Sheetz food tastes like cardboard, but that's just me. I hope my review helps you decide where to get your sub next!

If you haven't been before, the vibe at Raising Cains is fun - think disco balls and Elvis art with a crown on top. The counter folks were all friendly, and I wasn't expecting that they would deliver food to our table, but they did. The food at Raising Cains was good, but didn't live up to all the hype for me. No complaints about the food, it was good. But my expectations were fairly high after hearing lots of folks talk about it. The chicken was crispy and not greasy as fried food can be. The fries were good -not soggy and not overcooked. I'm still assessing my thoughts about the sauce. I didn't feel like I was overwhelmed by the taste, but I did keep going back to it and dipping my fries and chicken in it until it was all gone. So maybe I liked it more than I realized? I'd give it a solid 3.5 stars. This was a 35 minute drive for me, so I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to do this again because of the distance. But we had a good meal here and a pleasant experience.

This is probably the reason most entertainers and people of fame who come from Harrisburg move away and don't say they are from there But anyway... Me, having Philly family and being a Philly fan of everything, especially those Eagles (don't stop reading because of that!), I had a chance to get a cheesesteak from South Philly Hoagie, and let me tell you, I was impressed. The bread makes everything, and then of course the meat. I ordered mine with mayonnaise, cheese whiz, and of course, mushrooms. Now, I did order it through the Uber Eats app, and I wish I could've added provolone, but I never had to add pizza sauce to my cheesesteak until today. I'm glad I did! It made it pop, even though it was missing that provolone. One thing I do wish is that they would actually take the bread and get some of that steak juice right on the bun. Other than that, I'm not mad at it. Of course, it's not Philly. It didn't bounce me right back to the hometown of Will Smith, and it didn't have me saying "I'M A WORK OF ART." However, I was pleased and satisfied. Maybe the flavoring can hold me over until my next pay next week so I can take a train down to Philly. The French fries were amazing, if I must say. The sub was plenty full and had plenty of meat on it. If you asked me, "Would I buy this again?" Yes, I definitely would! And I would do it over-the-counter so I can have it my way, like Burger King!
