I love Panera's food but I placed a rapid pick-up on my app as I was sick and didn't want to be outside too long. I ordered their awesome French Onion and a salad. They refused to let me pick up through the drive-thru! I am sick, hacking up a lung, running a fever and they do not allow rapid orders to be picked up through drive-they. No where on the order does it say that. I still love their food but this policy needs a change! Will no longer process a rapid order. read more

This place is what happens when mediocrity takes over. The management is immune to quality. The employees have no pride in their work. How hard is it to get a simple bagel and cream cheese correct? The order seemed simple at the time of the drive-thru order; Large regular soda no ice, toasted bagel with Honey Walnut Cream Cheese. What I got was; a large diet soda with a ton of ice, untoasted bagel with plain cream cheese. This may seem like a couple of small mistakes. However, I believe they should be able to get a bagel and cream cheese correct; sadly this is not the case. I stopped going here because they could not make the simplest of sandwiches, and the owner did not care enough to call me back after a large catering order was horribly wrong. Don't bother calling the corporate office, if the location is a franchise they could care less. If you have the desire for food from this location, let me suggest you burn a $20 bill instead. I have been to several Panera's in California where I'm from. I came to this Panera and regretted it once I ate the food I received from the drive thru. I have been to several different Panera's within California but they are usually the same, good quality food. This Panera's food was rotten. I bought an Apple Fuji Salad. The bread on the side was the best part of the meal. The tomatoes and lettuce leaves were rotten and sour. This was a disappointing meal and I will not be going to this Panera again. Not impressed with this place at all. I just wanted to stop in for a quick green tea and blueberry muffin. After all, this place is supposed to be know for their baked goods right! Well, the service was lousy at the front counter. Several people walking around, but no one wanted to bother. Finally, young girl approached counter to take my order and then proceeded to talk to an older women next to her and then asked me to repeat myself (which I shouldn't have to do). My order, was another situation. The blueberry muffin came with a knife and fork and I couldn't figure out why at first. Then I sat down and started to eat it and realized why, the muffin was so hard. It was like the thing had been sitting out all day and night. On top of that there were maybe four blueberries in this muffin. I never knew that wholesome meant hard. I think I will just go with a muffin from Starbucks or even Kroger would be better. read more

My wife and I stopped in on saturday, May 4th for a quick lite evening lunch. The cashier was new and obviously did not know what she was doing. She said they were out of bread for chicken salad and not even a croissant.hmmm.My wife had a sandwhich and got the wrong bread too. The dining area was filthy and both rest rooms were gross. Typical Panera. It is the closet one to where we live. I am pretty sure the guys that work there get high in the back before they come out to work. Panera bread just ain't what it used to be, it used to be a fun enjoyable place where you could get healthy food for a fair price, but over the years the value has decreased, then menu has been changed several times, the taste of the food has diminished, and prices have increased, this is sadly how most restaurants tend to fail, they will continue to decline over time as quality goes out the window. The meal I purchased today was a bowl of soup and a full sandwich steak and arugula, price was about $21, down the street at Zoup! You can get the same amount of food, of better quality and taste for about $8 less. I knew better than to go to Panera for lunch but I figured well maybe things have gotten better. They haven't. I will no longer come to a Panera bread restaurant!! It was good while it lasted Panera but I think your time in service to the public will be in great decline as time will prove! I love Panera. I love that I can take my laptop & sit there as long as I want & not be bothered. They have one of the better rewards cards out there too. It seems like I am getting a free bagel or coffee every other time I go. It gets super busy around lunch time, but it's such a great option if you are wanting a soup/salad. I had an excellent experience at this location this morning during the breakfast rush. Orders were flying out like crazy, but somehow mine got overlooked. My cashier, Taylor, noticed that I was still waiting and stepped away to make my bagel herself. She apologized for the wait and gave me a complimentary chocolate chip cookie for my wait, which she didn't need to do. She was extremely nice and aware of her surroundings. Panera is my go to when I am craving the comfort of a hot soup and sandwich. Their broccoli cheese soup is probably my favorite anywhere and the baguette that it is served with is always delicious. I have had many of their sandwiches and have never been disappointed with them whether with or sans meat. The bakery always has many tempting and delicious pastries, bagel and sweets to satisfy that fresh baked craving. This is a great spot for families too with a kids menu available. while you are here grab a delicious coffee drink to wash down all of the delicious food. I have always gotten quick service, though it can slow down a bit at peak times. read more

I really like Panera but I'm really disappointed in this location. On multiple occassions, I've been more than disappointed. For example, I ordered a Chicken Noodle soup and my soup was ice cold. I had to ask them to heat it up. They take 5 minutes to heat it up and when I go back to my seat to taste it, it's still just barely lukewarm. That is only one example out of many more. read more

I need to give Panera Bread a shout out because this is where I write most of my Yelp reviews. This place is happening on a Saturday morning. But, the free Wifi and rewards keep me coming back. I've had a Panera card for a couple of months and have scored a free coffee, free smoothie, free pastry and $2 a meal. It's much better that the other rewards cards I have. I find the food delicious. I love that they now list the calorie count on the menu. That helps me choose. And nothing tastes better on a cold day than a yummy hot soup and freshly made sandwich. The pink ribbon Breast Cancer Research bagels they have are great and for a good cause. Aside from the few times I've had trouble finding a seat, I have no complaints about Panera. It's fast food that feels healthy - and I love that. read more

I like the food at Panera, the wifi, and the outdoor seating. However, over time, the portions keep shrinking! And for what you pay, I do think you should get more - and the prices are the similar to other places where there is service. If you're going to have me bus my own table, then cut the price a bit, and /or make portions larger. read more

The price of a sandwich, side, drink and if they try to up-sell you the pastry item for 99 cents can run you in the $9-10 range, which starts to get a little pricey if you do takeout. As someone who meets a group there to use the wifi and work on a group project, we don't mind paying for that atmosphere. read more

I know it's not specific to this location, but they got rid of the vegetable soup (and apparently bean soup, too) just in time for cooler fall temperatures? That was the whole reason I went, because it's nearly impossible to find a restaurant that offers good vegetable soup, and the ones that do don't serve it daily. I don't believe I've ever ordered anything at Panera that I don't like. The salads and sandwiches are always great. Their bagels are good, but bagels are bagels in my opinion. So, took my granddaughter and myself to Panera today...ordered. The floor in the dining area just adjacent to the kitchen was dirty..there was debris scattered on the floor throughout and the tables themselves were less than clean..we had to look for a clean table to eat at but the debris was still at our feet.. it remined me lot of a dirty McDonalds....it was just plain dirty...the food came..it was good...however, upon leaving we made a large order from the kitchen and the pastry shop, however prior to getting to make that order there was no one at the front for well or 8 minutes..several people came in...we were all waiting..several employees walked by in the kitchen area...NOTHING!...you cannot have people standing at your register waiting for someone to attend it...NO GOOD, NOT GOOD AT ALL..we heard someone behind us talking about jumping the counter and grabbing some pasty...yep, you heard it right...there appeared to be no adults working there if you get my drift here...just a bunch of kids who appear to be afraid to pick up a broom or a washcloth..gotta say THAT IT WAS NOT AT ALL WHAT I EXPECT FROM PANERA...every Panera I walked into in California was spotless...not this one..it was truly dirty inside..dirty!nd There were only 2 customers in the restaurant when we went in..and there were only 2 while we ate..there were only 2 when we left...I have never seen a Panera deserted like that...makes we wonder if it's the food or the service..? Panera is panera no matter which one you go to. It's great for a dozen bagels for a work meeting but I'm honestly not a fan of going there for meals. It's just not my taste, it's too busy and too pricey for what it is. Which is just soup and sandwiches. I'd much prefer soup from a more local place that's got a little more heart in it. I eat at this Panera at least once every two weeks, usually more. I have only had a few incidents when there was something to complain about and it's usually just that they need someone to clean up the eating area or that it takes a minute or two longer than it usually does. Overall they have amazing food and great service. I wish they would get a drive through, I would wait ten minutes at least to not have to get out of my car lol I love this store though. I got a pick 2 turkey and mac n cheese. Food was good but drink station ruined it for me. I got a water and the water dispenser looked dirty or moldy. The counter was filthy and the lemon container didn't have a cover and seemed dirty also. Floor was sticky and the table we sat at was dirty. I usually have an "okay" experience with this location regardless of the occasional bad customer service from the drive thru and recieving the wrong food. However today I ordered the same thing I get almost every morning: a turkey sausage egg white power sandwich with a chia tea latte... Usually my latte's are an inch below the fill line... Not a big deal. But today my chia tea latte barely reached the half way point on the cup, I also asked for no tomatoe on my sandwich & I received 2. We order from them once a month for a meeting. The order is never ready in time, is always messed up. This past month they said they didn't have an order for us and asked if we had a confirmation number. When I said I did, they somehow found the order and told us they would start making it. We finally got our order and went back to the office. The order was messed up so we called them and they told us they could not deliver the correct order because it was a rapid pickup. Some of our staff went without their lunch because the meeting had already started. No apologies from the workers or manager. They have really lost their customer service skills read more

Pan eras breakfast selection is always good. Their bagels are awesome but on a weekend you've got to get there early. The paninis and salads are great for lunch. The pastries look good but I have never had them. It is always bagel and coffee for me. I do like this location as there is plenty room to sit. My book club meets once a month. We had been meeting at a different location, moved it to the Florence Panera about a year ago. In February 2018, I noticed the child's play behind the counter and lack of interest in the customer. I let it go thinking that everyone deserves a hiccup now and then but last night was the worst. No professionalism behind the counter, out of romaine so salad options were limited, out of baguettes, so that could not accompany any dinner selection, out of two of the soups...the list went on....and no one seemed to care. Very poor service ...lack of training?...surely one of these people had to be the manager on duty...and the lack of menu items leads me to believe that there are other management issues...is no one ordering supplies? Disappointed lately...I did the drive through and they forgot to include my dressing. It was frustrating because I didn't know until I got home. I went through the drive through again and they forgot to give me the foccacia bread I wanted. I'm just tired of complaining. I used to go this Panera when I lived in Hebron and they used to have their stuff together. However, it went downhill very fast. I looked online at the menu options because I wanted to try something different, and I found it odd that most, if not all, the menu items were not available. I was questioning whether or not this could be true, so we decided to go in to eat. Big mistake. Right when we walked in we noticed there was no one seated, which was quite strange for a Panera and their was only one cashier and two people prepping the food. When I tried to order certain items, such as the famous green tea, however most of the items I mentioned were not available. I was really disappointed and shocked that they could run out of almost every single food/drink item. Then, I went to go get a coke from the machine and there were gnats everywhere. When I say everywhere, I literally mean, inside, outside, and around the machine, in the tea canisters, everywhere. It was so disgusting I didn't even get a drink I paid for. I went to tell the cashier about the issue and she seemed to lack interest for my concern and said "I'll tell someone" which no one did anything about it the whole time I was eating. There's more, but I don't feel like bashing this company when I really do love it. This location needs a lot of work and I hate to see it turn into this.
