This location has comfortable seating, ambient pop music not too loud in the background and ample parking as well as complementary (not really competing) peer restaurant options along the walkway .

Literally just got home to discover hardly any meat on a $16 sandwich. This is truly my last time coming here. Panera fell all the way off . Now I have to spend more money somewhere else to get something to eat.

Highway. Robbery. Who would pay $15.39 + tax, tip for this?? Empty sandwiches that are missing all the ingredients is just called bread. Tiny salads or soups. I don't understand how it's possible to be so bad. We've given this location a few tries. Always terrible. Hubby works down the street and would come for lunch even if this was borderline ok. He's a sandwich lover. Panera is a chain. The folks running this location know we compare to experience with other locations, right? SMH

Just came to this location the get a Sip Club drink. So as far as service, it is difficult to say. Staff seemed nice enough though. Ordered in advance in the app. This location looks newer and very clean and modern decor inside, will be back to do a sit down at some point. They have a private parking lot near the freeway. They also have a drive thru at this location. Highly recommended to join the Sip Club, unlimited drinks every two hours, every day, well worth it. Enjoy!

Panera is my go to place for breakfast! They have so many delicious breakfast foods. They make picking up breakfast so convenient for me on my way to work. I love their lattes as well. Tip: order ahead so that you can quickly pick up and not waste no time. They have a huge parking lot and it's located next to other food places.

This is a great location to come chill and work I see it's clean and organized and the staff are chill! The parking is open and it's nice to my fav food place calif chicken cafe which is really good besides Panera is good too! I see lots of men here in the morning but it's pretty empty!

Overpriced bland food. Other choices. Their baked goods are good. But pass unless I just want coffee and pastry.

Well, it's been quite a while since we dined here and, after tonight, we are wondering why we…read moredidn't come back sooner. The last time we were here, it was during a busy lunch and both the service and the food were below par. But tonight, it wasn't as busy and our server, Geovani, was excellent. First, we were quickly greeted and asked to select our table (since they were not that busy). Since there was only two of us, we picked a table for two. But, after we decided that we would split an appetizer and an entree, the table for two became way to small way too quickly. Geovani jumped right on this, suggesting we move to a larger table. He helped us move everything over and, voila, we were able to stretch out and relax and enjoy our meal. We started with the pear and blue cheese salad and, wow, we could have just ordered this, split it, and we would have been full. Very flavorful, generous portion that is definitely big enough to share. We also ordered the Sausage & Leek Fettuccine and I was definitely not thinking. Totally forgetting that leeks are part of the onion family (and I have a sensativity to onions). Once the dish arrive, I immediately noticed the similarity and was slowly trying to pick them away from my portion. Once again, Geovani came to our rescue. He asked how everything was and I told him I made a mistake (noted above). He quickly volunteered to have the kitchen make it again without the leeks. I asked, "Are you sure?", and he immediately said yes and removed the dish. Very shortly after, he returned with the "onion sterile" dish and it was wonderful. Both of us were so full you could have rolled us out the door. Good thing the parking garage is so close so we could just hop in our car and go home. Time to loosen the belt! ;) In a week where we have had some personal issues, it was so nice to be treated so well and received such a great tasting meal. Hope you get the time to stop in and I hope you get Giovani to answer all your questions and issues. Enjoy!!!

It was frustrating, especially as long-time loyal customers. But to their credit, Megan and the team followed up, addressed our concerns sincerely, and handled it with real care. As a Latino party of 4, we were treated noticeably differently than the two Caucasian women seated next to us. Our server was friendly, attentive, and checked on them often, while we were ignored, given attitude, and had to flag her down just to order. We ended up getting drinks and appetizers only and left to go somewhere we actually felt welcomed. Didn't catch the server's name she never introduced herself, and I was too upset to check the receipt. The host, however, was much nicer. We even told her wish you were our server on the way out! She said of no was there a problem.... We didn't want to make a big deal and walked away while my father in law did tell her that server had a stick up her you know what... she quickly said yes I know, I'm so Sorry! So we know for a fact it wasn't the first time! Really disappointing experience. Do better, Little Sister.

If you've been to Kagura and think you know what to expect--pause. This location hits differently…read more It leans more traditional, a little quieter, and very much about execution. And the tonkatsu? Legit one of the best I've had--perfectly fried with that golden, crisp exterior that somehow stays light, not greasy, and gives way to juicy, tender pork. The kind where you don't even need sauce... but you'll still use it anyway. What really seals it for me here is the gozen sets. If you're indecisive (or just hungry), this is your place. So many combinations, and everything comes out like a full spread. My current go-to is the steak gozen--basically the "why choose?" option. You get miso soup, salad, tonkatsu, tempura, soba... it just keeps coming. It's generous without feeling overdone, and somehow everything still tastes dialed in. I used to be loyal to the sukiyaki gozen (RIP, still not over it), but the steak set has filled that void nicely. Bottom line: delicious, satisfying, and surprisingly good value for how much you get. If you're in the South Bay and craving a proper Japanese set meal--not a rushed version--this is the move.
