I am just not a fan. They get stars for their wait staff, who are always friendly and for the wifi, making it a good spot to work. I was early for an appointment nearby and stopped by for a bagel, honey walnut cream cheese and just water. Always a fan of their bagels and cream cheese. I occasionally have chosen their decaf teas or coffee. Service at the front was pleasant. They have a code for the restroom that they provide to customers. I do not get the Pick 2 options anymore as I am not a fan of Corporate shrinkflation. (Higher pricing for tiny portions. See reviews and photos of others.) I was able to redeem my unlimited sip club beverage without any issues as I did it thru the online app. I picked up my order in the store and walked by yummy and sweet tasting treats. Very tempting! This location is newer but its terrible. The sandwiches have hardly and meat on them and the chips are ok but nothing special. The interior has a very weird layout and the seats are very close together. The crowd is very turd world, so expect someone to be having a loud conversation next to you at 100 decibels. The crowd typically doesn't have any manners. The rude staff comes up next to you and sweeps the floor while you are eating. $4 for an iced tea? It cost you 5 cents to make that. Everything is way overpriced. The only reason I go is for the free wi-fi but I definitely feel agitated when I leave. There is a ghetto crowd here that comes over from Inglehood. Just came to this location the get a Sip Club drink. So as far as service, it is difficult to say. Staff seemed nice enough though. Ordered in advance in the app. This location looks newer and very clean and modern decor inside, will be back to do a sit down at some point. They have a private parking lot near the freeway. They also have a drive thru at this location. Highly recommended to join the Sip Club, unlimited drinks every two hours, every day, well worth it. Enjoy! read more

So frustrating, went through drive thru a handful of times and it's always empty. Yet from placing order to time one sandwich comes out it is at minimum 8-10 minutes. The drive thru person opens window and takes your money and then you sit and wait 8-10 minutes for food. They don't check in with you..you are left sitting there wondering if you have been forgotten. This is likely why the drive thru is always empty. So so so frustrating especially when you are on a lunch break. read more

Panera is my go to place for breakfast! They have so many delicious breakfast foods. They make picking up breakfast so convenient for me on my way to work. I love their lattes as well. TEAM MANAGER NAME: "Yesi" I recently visited Panera Bread and ordered the oatmeal, which typically comes with strawberries, pecans, and cinnamon crunch topping. I specifically asked for no strawberries and no pecans, and requested to substitute the strawberries with blueberries. I still wanted the cinnamon crunch topping. When I received my order, the "cinnamon crunch" looked more like plain cinnamon sugar it was nothing crunchy about it. I noticed some grainy bits mixed throughout the oatmeal, but I didn't think much of it at first. As I ate it, the texture was inconsistent . some parts were soft like oats, but other bites had a gritty, almost brown rice-like texture. That's when I decided to go back and ask if this is how it's supposed to be. When I brought it up to the manager, she immediately seemed irritated. I don't know if she made assumptions about me based on my appearance, but her tone felt dismissive and disrespectful from the start. I calmly asked questions to understand if the oatmeal was made correctly, but instead of explaining or offering a solution, she said in a condescending tone that the texture was likely from the cinnamon crunch. I explained it couldn't be, because the texture was throughout the oatmeal not just on top. Rather than offering to remake it or even apologize, she just said, "I can refund you," with an attitude. I agreed to the refund and handed the bag over, but she made a sarcastic comment asking if I could move it closer. When I did, she snatched it from me, which felt completely uncalled for. When I asked why she snatched it, she said, "I didn't, I just couldn't reach it," even though her actions told a different story. I've already contacted HR and all they offered was a $10 credit, but I don't feel like that addresses the way I was treated. I wasn't disrespectful.. I was just trying to understand what I was served and expected better customer service. A newer Panera near LAX! I needed a quick coffee fix right after my red-eye, so I stopped by the nearest Panera. It was quite nice and spacious inside, with kiosks, an ordering counter, and your typical coffee station with all your typical additions. The service was quick and efficient, which was much needed after a long flight! The coffee came out super quick too, thanks to the kiosks. Generally, I think the space was nice, but there was a lack of outlets or chargers, meaning that it's probably not the space to sit down to work/study read more

My hubby & I went inside Panera and ordered our food opting to eat in. We both ordered half sandwiches (smokehouse bbq chix & chipotle chix avo) with a cup of creamy tomato soup. Hubby opted for fruit cup (up charged) in lieu of chips. 1 medium soda. Total...$35.68. After I disputed the prices, Edgar the cashier advised the prices in the restaurant are MORE than online prices. HUH??? So as we waited for our food I found on the menu a half smokehouse bbq chix sandwich & tomato soup for $7.99. This was some kind of off menu price which he gave me but of course for the in store price of $8.99. So I was refunded $15.75 on my card and charged new amount $9.91. 3pm Thursday One of the nicest Paneras I've been to. Waiting for an LAX drop and watched staff interact with customers, deliveries, full change of waste containers and refreshing beverage counter. Just went back to note this is a new location. Hopefully they've leveled out service flow and can get orders nailed, just a matter of time. Interacted with team member to request more honey update was handled graciously. Ambiance is peaceful, good spacing with separation so you don't feel like you're in a giant cafeteria room and a nice patio. Thank you for providing a lovely stopping place. They still seem to be working out kinks with service too, a couple of issues with orders while I was there, with my own order and with some other orders I overheard. I'm actually really surprised by the behavior I experienced at this location today (7/8/2025). After ordering my food, I was provided a pager because I planned to eat my food at the restaurant. I do this about once per week, and I wait on their outside patio. In the past, the pager buzzes when my food is ready, and I walk up to the counter to retrieve my meal. Today, an exorbitant amount of time lapsed, and I walked inside to view the counter. There was a single plate of food sitting there, and I simply asked, "Is this my mine?" And the employee snapped at me with a bad attitude exclaiming, "I've been calling your order over and over!" Shocked by her attitude, I politely let her know that my pager did not buzz like it usually does (I was truly puzzled by her reaction towards me). This employee went on with her bad attitude implying that I was lying. I was taken aback by her perceived hostility and I told her that I did not appreciate her attitude and that she needs to adjust how she is speaking to me. She further went on to say (with a bad attitude) that the kitchen would remake it, and I turned down the offer--at this point, they lost my trust (and my business). It was odd behavior, and I won't be back, ever. All I did was inquire if the particular order was mine because I wanted to let them know that their pager was not working. Instead, I was met with extreme rudeness for absolutely no reason. Such a disappointment and this place really needs to teach their employees to not be so rude. read more

This location is fairly large and has ample amounts of seating with standard booth seats to highly top tables, perfect for studying or getting work done. The employees were welcoming.
