Chicken bowl

Chicken bowl was amazing and Erica customer service made my experience special. Thank you Erica for being so polite and patient with me. I will definitely visit this location more often!!

Erica at the register was so kind! This was my first time here and she was so welcoming.

The Baseline: For Mediterranean salad the ingredients must be quality/fresh, the taste must be savory, and the preparation must make sense for Mediterranean cuisine. Food: Tried the Garlicky Chicken Shawarma bowl and it was a delicious, filling bowl of food. The ingredients were fresh and I saw certain items being cooked in front of me. Quality fast casual food. Service: The staff put together my order quickly and were nice about asking what I wanted on everything. Ambiance: Came in to order and go and the restaurant was clean and had an easy layout.

This was a delivery order. I have heard about this restaurant before, and decided to give Cava a try. Cava is a Mediterranean restaurant that serves plenty of delicious variations. The bowl that appealed to me the most was, Half grilled steak and half chicken Shawarma. The restaurant prepared a delicious bowl of grilled goodness. Inside the bowl was your choice of proteins, greens, grains, toppings, dressings, and an optional side. There are many different ways to customize your own bowl. The bowl is large enough to hold a hefty amount of delicious food. My bowl was a flavorful, fresh meal. I am so glad that I made the choice to order from this delectable, bountiful, and delicious restaurant. First time, and not the last.

I hate myself a little for sleeping on this place, as it is wonderful in many ways, like the many constellations that appear in Zeu's galaxy. For example, we all know that the economy has become demanding, as in expects us to have two gigs, and a passive income stream to cope with it. But this place stills offers a good lunch for under 15.00 dollars, which is honestly, not only a good deal, but a refreshing deal as one can go here, even if one does not have the Golden Touch of Midas. Like today, I got a very filling bowl, with chicken, sweet potatoes, brown rice, romaine lettuce, hummus- traditional- tzaiki, olives, pickles, and some other stuff, that made a welcomed melody of flavors. I also got pita strips on top, which gave my bowl a delighful crunch, so textures play a factor in its deliciousness too! For no other reason, this place deserves its own statue in Greece's Pantheon or Circe's Hall of Trophies, which I am sure she has, not only a pen for the warriors she turned to swine. Another wonderful aspect of this place, is that, like Chipotle and other such joints, it allows you to customize your plate, which means that what you can have for lunch really is incomputable. I think I heard somewhere, that no two games of poker can be the same, because with 52 cards in the deck the possibilities of game play run into the millions or more. Thus, the combination for lunch at this place, might literally stretch the cosmos. I am trying to recall my math class of yesteryears and perhaps the word I am looking for is permutation, as the permutations in a bowl from Cava are quite literally incalculable., less one has the wisdom of Athena. So, this means, that all types of eaters are welcomed from Vegans to Omnivores and every type of biter in between, including those wearing Gladiator sandals. I do not recall, going to this place, and them not having a long line. Well except this one time where I went and waited for the joint to open. But to be honest, as soon as they opened, me and like three other folks stepped in, with measured steps, not like the Greeks who barged into Troy. I really cannot find fault in this place, except that I do not live close to one. I do not have to travel the length and woe of an Odyssey to get to one, for sure, not, but still one is at least 20 minutes from me, so it does kind of feel like a Herculean task. For those who might not have gleaned it by my over use of Greek references this place is Greek inspired fare.

I came here with my family for the first time and if I'm going to be honest, I'm not in a rush to come back. The food was great, super flavorful and fresh but the wait time is a bit much. Yes, this place is very popular which is why there is a huge line but with the amount of staff, you wouldn't expect to wait about 45 minutes to get to the front of the line from the door. From my point of view, the slow process is from the staff unfortunately. When ordering, each employee that would take over the next step of your bowl kept forgetting to add something because they're trying to move too fast or they would go somewhere else to help another employee while in the middle of building your bowl, so that would cause you to have to wait for them and of course causes the slow down in the line. The employees are also not that friendly here. They come off as hostile and annoyed. Maybe they're overwhelmed from the amount of people coming in but it just seems like you're causing an inconvenience if you ask them a question about the food or for certain toppings. It made me not want to be there anymore at all and my whole family felt this way too, unfortunately. I may try a different location, but from this experience, I'm in no rush.

i am a cava fanatic. i love cava. every time i came home from school, i had to get a bowl. every time i went back to school, i brought it onto my flight with me to enjoy a bowl at school. majority of the time, my bowl is absolutely packed, with the infrequent exception of during busy times, which is understandable. i have had little issued with incorrect orders (although inevitable with the amount of times i come here), but am always still so satisfied with my food. i have only ever ordered for pickup, but still am faced with great service with each interaction.

The combination of the various textures and the amazing flavors left me so happy. The loaded bagel was another favorite: Gluten Free Everything Bagel with Mort & Betty's Lemon & Scallion Cashew Cream Cheese, Organic Tomatoes, Red Onions, Capers, Dill. I honestly stopped by mainly to try the café since I was in the area, and I'm so glad I did. Since I love exploring and café hopping, this place was a really nice find. From the taste of the food, it's easy to tell they take their time preparing everything, and it truly shows. I tried the Bang Bang lentil bowl, which was flavorful and very nourishing, and for juice I ordered the Solar Citrus, which was absolutely refreshing. The food felt organic and fresh, with a good variety of vegan options. Kennedy and Meredith were great with service, warm, attentive, and made the experience even better. The overall atmosphere was calm and not chaotic at all. Before coming, I also confirmed whether the café was open to the public, and it is. You don't need to be a member to enjoy it. The café area is perfect for bringing a laptop or book without distractions. I really enjoyed my meal and would definitely come back.

The last time we were here, it was during a busy lunch and both the service and the food were below par. But tonight, it wasn't as busy and our server, Geovani, was excellent. First, we were quickly greeted and asked to select our table (since they were not that busy). Since there was only two of us, we picked a table for two. But, after we decided that we would split an appetizer and an entree, the table for two became way to small way too quickly. Geovani jumped right on this, suggesting we move to a larger table. He helped us move everything over and, voila, we were able to stretch out and relax and enjoy our meal. We started with the pear and blue cheese salad and, wow, we could have just ordered this, split it, and we would have been full. Very flavorful, generous portion that is definitely big enough to share. We also ordered the Sausage & Leek Fettuccine and I was definitely not thinking. Totally forgetting that leeks are part of the onion family (and I have a sensativity to onions). Once the dish arrive, I immediately noticed the similarity and was slowly trying to pick them away from my portion. Once again, Geovani came to our rescue. He asked how everything was and I told him I made a mistake (noted above). He quickly volunteered to have the kitchen make it again without the leeks. I asked, "Are you sure?", and he immediately said yes and removed the dish. Very shortly after, he returned with the "onion sterile" dish and it was wonderful. Both of us were so full you could have rolled us out the door. Good thing the parking garage is so close so we could just hop in our car and go home. Time to loosen the belt! ;) In a week where we have had some personal issues, it was so nice to be treated so well and received such a great tasting meal. Hope you get the time to stop in and I hope you get Giovani to answer all your questions and issues. Enjoy!!!

There's a real chew here--a springy, structured bite that gives just enough resistance before yielding. It's deeply satisfying and makes every dish feel more intentional. The cappelloni shows it off best: that almost-famous sauce wraps around each piece, but the pasta holds its own, so you get that perfect balance of silky and structured. Same with the tangiello--the meat sauce tastes like it's been simmering for days, rich and layered, but the noodles never get lost because that chew carries through. The Caesar isn't an afterthought either. It's got a subtle spicy kick that wakes everything up, and if you add chicken, it's done right--well-seasoned, nicely grilled, juicy with a bit of char. It turns a classic into something you actually remember. Dinner is where things go a little heartier, and the pork chop delivers. Fall-off-the-bone tender, but still full of flavor--not just soft for the sake of it. Jame just gets the fundamentals right, then pushes a little further. Thoughtful, textured, and the kind of place where even the chew of the pasta becomes part of the experience.

I usually don't like olives, but I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the olives here. I think it had to do with the fact that these olives were marinated, not brined. I don't like briny stuff. The Tonnarelli was the highlight of the meal. The sauce was thick and creamy, and coated the pasta nicely. The pasta was cooked al dente, making it perfectly firm and chewy. For my drink, I had the Light and Stormy mocktail which had lemon, ginger, lime, and mint in it. It was slightly carbonated and tasted like a really good virgin mojito. I would say the service here was good, not great. It took like 10 minutes for a server to come to us after we were seated to take our order. However, our server was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu items. Parking here was tricky. There were lots of reserved parking spaces on the lot for specific businesses. You may get lucky finding an open parking spot on site, but we had to drive around to find one. This place is a nice spot for family gatherings. I think we will be back soon to try out more items from the menu.
