Cava is my healthy go to when I want to build a bowl. Second time at this location but felt compelled to write a review because Carla gave excellent customer service. She was so attentive and friendly and just made me feel like all is good that night. Parking is a breeze as this is located at The Point. So many shops to stroll through if you have the time and in the summer they have many live events and music days to show up for. Lots of outdoor seating options not only at cava but in the outside quad. I went right past dinner hour last night and there was no line thankfully. So I was in and out in about five minutes. On busier times (especially lunch) expect to be patient and wait 10-15 minutes but if you want to skip all that, just order on their app so you can pick up quickly. So many options to name on their lineup- but personally- please try their tzatziki if you like a zing in your Mediterranean dishes. I've had too many unsatisfactory experiences at this location to excuse them all as the employees simply having bad days. Almost every time I've gone inside to pick up an order, I have to ask for help because I'll go unacknowledged if I don't. Some of the staff (not all) can be extremely passive aggressive and rude. It's almost like you're bothering them when you request assistance or let them know that you're missing an item. This is the second time that I've placed an order for pick-up, just to get home and realize that it was incorrectly prepared. I check prior to leaving, but there's only so much that can be seen without taking the lid off and using a utensil to go through the food. I specifically order my bowls without feta, as I can't eat cheese. I opened my container to find not only crumbles of feta throughout, but a large glob underneath. They have a new policy where they have to put all pick up orders have to be placed with the DoorDash deliveries, and our order was stolen. I guess this is common with the new policy-would recommend they put website orders somewhere else. The staff was great about remaking my order with no hassle though. The service here is honestly some of the worst service you will ever receive. Every time you speak or ask a question to an employee it's like you're inconveniencing them. It really just ruins your own mood. I am not sure I understand the hype about Cava. I wanted to try it because I love Mediterranean food. It's not that it doesn't have flavor, it's that the flavor is absolutely awful. Every sauce I tried was equally terrible. I got some falafel and they put 3 of them in my bowl each the size of a quarter... I asked for more and she said it would be extra. I asked how much and she said I'd have to pay for each one individually. Absolutely crazy for the size of them. I love the food at Cava. They have a nice selection of fresh Mediterranean and healthy menu items to choose. I am at this CAVA location between 1:30-3:00P about once a week. I usually get a custom grilled chicken bowl with saffron rice, supergreens and personalize fixings. My biggest pet peeve is why is there always a long line when I go there that moves at a snails pace? It is so popular that there seems to always be at least a 10 minute wait in line to be served. I can go during or off prime time. It doesn't matter. Are the customers in front of me always that indecisive or is the "assembly line" not operating efficiently to keep the line moving? Maybe add another person to the assembling station that isn't multitasking in doing online orders or restocking items at the same time. There was a time when the line just stopped because there was no one actually working at a station in servicing a customer for a couple of minutes during rush hour. In fact, I am actually writing this review as I am standing in line. If they could solve this frustrating problem, I would add another star to my review. However, the food is still great and the staff is friendly for me to keep coming back!! I just can't be in a hurry. read more

Just ordered three bowls tonight on the app. Nothing more disappointing than coming home and having missing items in the bowl. One bowl was missing THREE items: roasted veggies, cucumbers and pickled onion. Another bowl was missing the cucumbers. And the third bowl was missing cucumbers and pickled onions. The rice was clumpy and chicken was overcooked and dry/stringy. We love Cava! But lately this location is a hot mess. It used to be great, but lately the online orders have been incorrect. Wow. What a great value. The kids meal is the reason I will be back. This is what I picked: Basmati rice (I will ask for pita chips instead next time) Salad mix Taziki sauce (it was ok) Grilled chicken (amazing!) Tomato cucumber Fire, roasted corn Skhug sauce Garlic aïoli (2nd best sauce) I also sampled their harissa sauce (turned out to be the best) , lentils, and coleslaw. The lentils tasted good, but they were very dry. The chicken was outstanding, moist Middle Eastern, spices the pita bread it came with was fresh and fluffy. It was all fantastic. All this plus a drink came out to $7.25 as a kids meal, which was the perfect amount of food for me. I also tried their cucumber mint drink, which was fantastic and not too sweet, very refreshing. Service was super nice, they let you sample to see what you want which was very helpful. Place is clean, nice ambiance outside especially. I will be back and will tell others I know! read more

It's a Mediterranean chipotle! I wish we had one of these in WA. I would eat here all the time. The food was amazing!! I got the honey harissa chicken, portion sizes are big! They measure out the sauces you want. I wish they put the sauce/dip scoops in the center of the bowl to make it easier to mix in, instead of in the side of the bowl. Oh well. Taste of the food was delicious. So good but it was so filling and such big portion that i couldn't finish it all. They gave me a pita on the side and the tortilla on top was a nice crunch. Service was fast, everyone was really nice. They were pretty efficient which is good since lines are long. Decent seating indoors but it can get crowded cause of the lines. They had some outdoor seating and you can find some places in the plaza as well. Highly recommend going here! read more

The spicy chicken + avocado pita was really tasty! It was spicy, but not overwhelmingly so. The establishment was really busy when we came (~6 pm on a Sunday), the line was almost to the door. They have a large variety of drinks, including lemonades and craft sodas. Seating outside was good, especially since it was so busy inside. Definitely could be a good place to pick up food from (as I saw many people doing). read more

Cava is one of my favorite places the only downfall is that the locations are always so busy. However the food is delicious for a fair price. The steak was cooked to perfection no toughness at all. The location is also really pretty here with a shopping center to explore before or after. One of the employees could have had better customer service, but the others made up for her and were kind.
