I enjoy Panera overall. I like the food quality and taste but the portions are small and overpriced. The teas are good as well. I have never enjoyed the coffee products and found the cashiers were uncertain of the recipes. Panera has a good bakery. Today we had a chocolate chipper cookie and Dubai cookie. They are priced the same, but the Dubai cookie is the size of a Girl Scout cookie. I like to try Dubai chocolate inspired products. This was a total miss for me. We visit this location several times per month. And it's probably about 60% they mess something up. Today I ordered a pick two with a sandwich and a apple Fiji chicken salad. This was is the third time in the last few months where no chicken is placed on my salad. And of course I don't know this until I get home and there is no way to give feedback to the store like there used to me. Disgusting!!!!! I'm sure this is not new. Thing is, I usually go through the drive-through and don't have to see it firsthand. Upon going in and placing my order that included a drink, I watched the cashier who not only gives you your drink cup, but also handles cash Hand me my cup by putting her fingers inside of the cup and the thumb outside. There's no reason for her dirty hands (handling cash) to be inside my cup. Also, while waiting for my items, I watch her pick her nose with her long acrylic fingernails.(I mentioned the long pink acrylic nails so if viewed, Panera would know who I was referring to). Our online order was wrong but we didn't notice until we got it home. It was missing items and some items were replaced with subpar substitutes. We called the store and the person that answered only said "Yeah?" She was later identified as the manager. She did not offer to fix or replace the missing and incorrect items. I am a frequent customer for Panera and order it quite a bit when traveling for business ,although I never had any luck with this particular franchise via DoorDash. I've have made multiple orders over the past year and to date have never received a satisfactory order, either quality is horrible and or the order is frequently missing items. This franchise needs some serious help and am quite disappointed as I will no longer be ordering from here when home. I normally order in the evenings and have not tried ordering during the day so not sure if this is a consistent problem. I'm usually a fan of this place, but this is my second bad experience with their breakfast items. First time I got the bacon, egg & cheese ciabatta and the piece of cheese they used was so small I could barely find it on the sandwich. Then yesterday I tried the new sausage egg & cheese on ciabatta and was disgusted. The sausage seemed like it was steamed. Had a funny smell and texture. It made me gauge. I occasionally stop by this place on my way to a dance lesson, and I have to say, I really like the location. It also has a drive-thru which is super convenient. I have a love hate relationship with Panera. I love that it's quick food that's fresh and filling. I hate that for lunch if you get a meal and drink you could spend up to $12-$15. This location is spacious. There are a lot a of seating options. The service is typically good and quick. My favorite food items are the french onion soup and fuji chicken apple salad. Both are delicious each time I get them. I also love their iced green tea. From 11am-2pm you only get 30 minutes on their wifi. So if you're going there to do work, you can only access the internet for 30 minutes during that time period. This is SO ANNOYING! Panera is a profitable company and should step up their wifi game! Because of this, I'll only do work here in the morning or never. Panera, and this location, is okay. Nothing great, but a good location and spot to grab lunch with a friend. read more

EDITTED:visited today (4/29/17)and it was a HORRIBLE experience! The girl that helped me barely spoke and it wasn't above a whisper. She huffed when I asked for a loaf of bread and specified the cut. Ordered a LARGE iced tea, she rang up MEDIUM. I decided not to say anything as she was obviously irritated. Then practically threw my bread at me. Then I left. LOVE Panera, but this location is always busy (proof they are good, but it means a wait if you don't order online). They will deliver to the wrong address and when you call to tell them you haven't got the order and it says delivered they will tell you to wait, then they will block your number because you call 50 times wondering where your order is, then you have to call their main customer service line and then they will only give you your money back but 5 days later. I come here all of the time to grab lunch or coffee with friends. The dining area is spacious, so it's a great place to have conversations or one on one meetings. The food is fresh and always prepared the way I ask (I often have adjustments as I'm not a condiment fan, and they never mess up my order). It is a bit chilly inside, and they do limit wi-fi access during high traffic hours (between 11am and 2 pm). The menu is also on the pricier side, but it'd definitely worth it for food quality and the generous portions! read more

A few days ago I had lunch at this Panera location. I generally like their food and will chose to eat there over other "fast food" chains. I ordered their soup and sandwich. For soup, I had their Autumn Squash which was creamy, had pepitas which gave it some crunch, but did not have as much flavor as I hoped for. That was not totally surprising as squash does not have much. For the sandwich, I had the Turkey Cranberry on a Flat Bread which was advertised as a special, seasonal item. It consisted of a thick, tasteless, flat bread which was covered with some sweet and drippy red syrup, a few leaves of spinach and three or four pellet size pieces of, what I assume, was turkey. They seemed to have had some problem with their turkey because my dining companion had their Turkey Avocado BLT sandwich and the turkey was also pellet shaped and rather skimpy. In the past it always consisted of nice thick slices of meat so I don't know if this was a seasonal occurrence or Panera changed their meat sourcing. All in all, I would say stay away from the Turkey Cranberry on a Flat Bread, because, even if the turkey improves, the sandwich needs considerable rethinking before it become palatable. read more

I love Panera. I love the sandwiches, soups, salads. My favorites to get is the tomato soup, or a chicken Cobb salad, they also have awesome brownies. If you dine in I always hope to get a seat next to the toasty fireplace in the winter. This location has a drive through now. I have no idea why but if you call in a order you can't pick it up through the drive through. Seems kinda strange . Why can't you go to the drive through and say I have a call in order and wait in line till you get to the window. Especially if you have kids with you and it's winter. My local Panera periodically has trouble getting my order right, so it was nice to visit a different Panera and have my order come out perfectly. I sat there with friends for a couple of hours and none of the staff urged us to leave, even as we approached closing time. Best part of the visit - when I accidentally left my bag behind, they let me back in so that I could get it and not risk losing anything inside of it. When I got there, the man taking my order at the drive thru was very nice, him laughing at another employee in the back made me laugh as well. I ordered a pick 2: broccoli cheddar soup and Caesar salad sandwich. The girl who helped me at the window greeted me with a warm smile.
