I stop by this Servatii location quite frequently. It is located right of Nilles and very close to my work place and very conveniently located for me. A few month ago I started purchasing our bread from this location. I honestly will not go back to 'Supermarket' bread. It is such a difference! I am originally from Europe and also love that Servatii's has some European items. The pretzels are: Yummy!!!!! They taste just like in Germany!!! During the holiday season they have Almond Crescent cookies available which tastes just like the German Vanillekipferl cookies. The staff is so nice as well!! 5 stars well deserved. read more

Have been going to the Fairfield Servatii since it opened. I would say 90% of the time we eat their bread. Most recent order was for Hard Rolls. Not an everyday item for them, but I have no idea what other bakery makes them. Service can be on the slow side, but it"s worth the wait. Ambiance is always very nice. They have hands down the BEST salads ever and reasonable priced, not to mention healthy spinach. The nicest lady is at the register..I love this place and the salads are large. They last (2) days and are only 5 bucks and some change. read more

I was very disappointed with my first visit yesterday. Everything in the case looked very good. There seemed a steady stream of customers in and out picking up orders. They must be a good bakery. The experience with picking up a dozen donuts was less than desirable. The donuts were day old or stale and no better than the grocery store pre-boxed donuts. I asked the clerk if she stayed awake all night baking and her response was no we have it brought in. So they're not a bakery then, they're a distributor ??? Anyhow, I may try again on bakery items other than donuts only after finding out the delivery dates in order to get the freshest baked goods. One last note; a bit on the pricey side fir stale donuts. If they know they're day old they can at least inform customers and slash the price. read more

Delicious cakes and pastries. I always order cakes from Servatii and they are fresh and beautiful. Everything at Servatii is fresh and wholesome. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. This must be the best bakery on the East Coast. It is the best bakery in Cincinnati by far. This bake shop has it all and the prices are excellent. While all of the cakes and pastries are beautifully decorated, they taste rather bad if they have any flavor at all. It was very disappointing. I've purchased a custom cake and while it did look like the photo, it was 60% icing and not tasty at all. The pastries are edible at best and the cookies lack flavor to say the least. They do have wonderful soft pretzels. I can also buy those in the freezer section at my local grocery store though. Customer service was average at best. Rarely a smile or suggestion. read more

We found this amazing old school bakery this morning and fell in love! First of all the ladies that work there are so kind and so helpful...they explained so many different options etc. We got sandwiches, cookies, donuts, bread and pretzels...all are so delicious!!! Ate at the Sevatii's in Fairfield, Ohio for lunch. Staff was extremely rude, the fruit was rotten, the bread was stale and when I went to tell the staff I was told "it isn't fresh because we haven't had any new food in since before the holiday". Additionally, I paid for 2 extra sides and when the food came out they were missing. I was told "go get some chips or pop. We're all out of what you ordered" GROSS! Don't visit this location. I just hope no one gets sick from all of the old food. read more
