Ordered a sandwich and smoothie online for quick pick-up. Mediterranean veggie sandwich contained mushy tomatoes and brown soggy lettuce. My green smoothie had large chunks of ice that made it difficult to drink through the straw, flavors were good, but could have used a couple more seconds in the blender--very frustrating when you just want something you can sip quickly while on the go and not have to take the whole top off the drink to enjoy it. Worst panera I have ever been to. They only get two stars because the staff is at least polite. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or just have terrible management , but they are the slowest I have ever seen in any similar restaurant. I shouldn't pre order my food at approximately 145, then drive ten min to get there, then wait 30 min only to have to cancel my order because they STILL hadn't made it. If this incident happened once, then fine. But it has happened multiple times. Not only though are they exceptionally slow, but they also nearly always get something wrong. I have ordered food only to discover it is not in the bag, then when I ask about it they say I couldn't have ordered that they've been out of it all day. I show my receipt with it on there and they tell me I must return next week or accept something else that costs less. They also almost always do the opposite of any special requests. (Ex: ask for no sauce receive so much sauce the bread is soaked through) I told myself last time I would never order from here again, then I gave it one more shot cause I was craving something warm. But I'm done. I will just wait till I get home to eat. It's not like I needed lunch anyway, right panera? read more

Sadly moving into a larger much nicer facility has NOT changed or improved the Management Style at this location. During the weekdays between 7:00 to 8:00 am all but the decaf pot of the 4 large commercial coffee pots are routinely empty and you can't find a clean table. Rather than a Team approach to refilling the pots or cleaning the tables, Management continues to assigns ONE Younger Lady who comes in around 8 am to do all these tasks. I can only imagine how it feels to arrive at work knowing most of the 4 coffee and 2 tea pots in the lobby are empty and most of the tables need to be cleaned, especially with a dinning room twice the size of the one at the previous facility. To Someone's Credit, on the weekend there's one Middle Aged Lady who with a smaller crowd performs these tasks to most everyone's satisfaction. I do not know how she does it, except for a smaller crowd. The Saving Grace at this location is the improved counter to table Eat In Service and the Excellent Healthy Food Choices. The expanded dining, drive through & parking areas are most welcome improvements. As a small business owner and avid patron of Panera, I have brought the shortfalls to Management's attention. If consistently corrected, this location could elevate from a 2 to a 5 Star Rating. read more

The young lady working the front would be fired if I was the manager. Her rude attitude and her constant use of her phone rather than doing her job was ridiculous. She was complaining non stop about her job and how she could not wait to get out of there. Maybe the manager should do her a favor and send her on home. Horrible service eqauls dissatisfied customers which in turn equals closing up shop. Perhaps if the manager doesn't have the ability to keep his workers on task there should be a change there too. This place looks like someone just forgot about it. Like, the manager left and just went home and never came back. It's absolutely filthy. I'm here at 8:37am and the floors are filthy with food from who knows what day last week. The bathroom looks like something from a horror movie. I have only been to this location once or before so I had to ask where the fountain drinks where because they are not visible from the sales counter. I was told after asking a pre-occupied employee that "they are in the back, THERE'S A SIGN". When I got to the fountain drinks I was standing right beside an employee that was filling a container up that made eye contact but didn't bother to greet me as a customer. I had to ask her where the lids were because I couldn't see them where I was standing because they were behind her. She never even bothered to answer me nor did she even try to nod or point. I have learned not to order anything from here except for bagels. I have tried their lattés--terrible. I have tried their sandwiches, honestly at least half on the menu--terrible. Their quality of meats, breads, and vegetables are terrible. I ordered a sandwich earlier today. It took 45 minutes for it to be delivered, and when it was delivered, the entire sandwich to be disassembled in the wrapping. I ate three bites and threw it away. Went to this Panera today with my boyfriend. We love their Mac and cheese, but hated the customer service and attitude here. He ordered a "large Mac and cheese and a bread bowl". He got charged for a large Mac and cheese but was given a small cup of Mac and cheese that was not even half way full. We ended up going inside after being in the drive through to get what we ordered and was faced with a manager and employees telling us we were wrong and that maybe the small cup could have been filled up a little more. Slowest service ever. This is the second time I've tried this location. Both times I waited in the drive thru with an empty parking lot for close to 20 minutes. Each time the good was meh. By far the worst experience I've ever had at a Panera. Food was cold, not even Luke warm, like refrigerator cold. I guess that's the type of service you get when you get there in the closing hour. I am a huge fan of Panera but frankly this Panera Bread has let me down on multiple occasions. First the lady checking me out was basically half asleep. Moved SO slow. But hey should could have been at the end of a shift, so that can even have a free pass. My grilled cheese or should I say grilled old bread???? Maybe bread? I don't know. See attached. I ordered my food online at 12:25. The app said the food would be done at 12:39. We got there and I let the app know I was there. I was in my fiancé's truck so I called the store and told them that then by 1pm the food still was not out so my fiancé went in to pick it up. He looked and couldn't find it. I called them back and they acted like they were so busy when they only had 2 people inside the whole restaurant. 3 with my fiancé. So I told them the name and order and the car I was in again and they said "oh yes we have it here but it's under a different car". So something isn't communicating with everyone because i called to let them know. Oh and all I had gotten was 2 soups. Why does it take 45 minutes to pour soup into a cup? When I did get the food it was obviously sitting out for a while. I wouldn't recommend this location. A waist of time and with the service they provide a waist of money. read more

They recently moved this Panera bread to a much larger new building. Employees are cheerful and helpful. Location is clean, bright and sweets displayed pretty behind a glass case. Came in for a quick bagel and ended up waiting over 30 minutes for my order. Staff looked incredibly short staffed and there were at least 25 people waiting for their orders in the pick-up area. Every customer seemed upset, rightfully so. Although I understand the staff was also stressed during this extremely busy lunch rush, they were not very friendly either.
