Sandwich smashed together and seemed like it had been sitting there for hours. Too overpriced for what you get and the quality.

My first time coming to this place and I got an attitude from the gal taking my order. They were out of the bread for the sandwich we wanted which was fine, then out of an ingredient to make said sandwich, then rudely asked anything else? I said well maybe I'll take an apple salad and she said we are out of apples. I tried to make a joke buy she wasn't having it! I asked if I could please substitute the apples for the strawberries and she said that will cost 99cents. I said even though you don't have apples? And she said yeah. So I said ok. Then again anything else (insert monotone voice) I said I'd like to try the frozen strawberry lemonade. She then said their machine is down! Good grief..... again I tried to make a joke and she was not having it! All in all I was very disappointed with the customer service here and lack of caring about what I wanted... so I will most likely NOT come back there.... read more

This used to be my favorite restaurant and it is completely gone downhill high prices for low quality food every time that I have gone here and it is least once a month or more I have to call about my order being wrong or something missing every single time. Today I just spoke to the general manager because last night of course my order was messed up once again the broccoli and cheddar soup which is something I always get and my husband gets the chicken and wild rice, both soups was like eating thick pudding we could not even eat it in the sodium was beyond high! And I ordered a Caesar salad no chicken extra dressing and received my salad with chicken no extra dressing and was still charged for it . One of the workers did make it right and correct my salad which I beyond appreciated. We live over an hour and a half away and used to love going down to Panera. the general manager gave me such an attitude and sounded like she absolutely hated her job she proceeded to tell me that Panera has switched up their formulas on both of those soups and their bread as well didn't have a care in the world to say sorry just that they've changed recipes and was just rushing me off the phone Unfortunately they have completely lost my business here in Billings Montana. read more

This was a surprise bring home meal from my hubby and we were both floored at the absolute lack of food. For a $38 meal, we could have gone to a much nicer place to eat. We had two very small- 6-8 ounce salads, two VERY small 4" sandwiches and a 5 ounce cup of soup. My sandwich had 1 table spoon of chicken on it and a slice of avacodo -This is not an exaggeration. This was held up as a superior lunch experience so I was looking forward to trying it. The menu was brightly colored and pretty but not really well laid out. I was excited to find a Cuban on the menu so I bought a whole Cuban and a small chicken noodle soup. The sandwich came in a nice windowed box to show that they really cared about presentation. Inside I found a rather anemic attempt at a cuban with dried out pork and mayo instead of mustard. So far this would be a disappointing but expected attempt at a sandwich if I had purchased it from a gas station but the real kick in the teeth for me was the bread. Let me tell you about the bread. When you put the word BREAD in the name of your store, I expect you to make an effort to provide something palatable. This carbohydrate bomb was surprisingly hard to bite into. I didn't quite need a knife but I did have to take a deep breath and commit before each bite. This thing was a chore to get through, and the effort of tearing off a chunk pushed the pork out one side. Once I completed this marathon of a sandwich i needed a broom to clean up the significant mess of flour that had been compacted into the crust. I honestly considered changing my pants. It looked like I had been baking it instead of eating it. The soup was... fine. I mean it had all of the earmarks of Progresso canned Chicken Noodle but whatever. The sign doesn't say Panera Soup. The pickle was nice. That's worth a star. It was a pleasant slice of pickle. read more

Ooof. If you order on the app, make sure you check your order before leaving. No matter how many times I frequent this Panera, I never have a correct order and then have to wait for the correct items. Most of the time, it's a side that's missing. Sometimes, I'm missing the bakery items. One time, the bbq chicken salad had almonds on (that's not an ingredient in that salad). Simple questions are met with confusion by the staff. There is clearly a lack of training. Get it together, Panera. The only reason I keep ordering is because I can order via app. My patience is running thin, though. read more

Ordered and paid at kiosk. Customer next to me had much difficulty getting kiosk to work. That should have been a sign for us to cancel mid-order and walk out. Several customers that came in after us received their orders yet nothing for us. Finally went to counter to ask about order. There it sat on the counter getting cold. Besides the staff's "sucks to be you" attitude, order was wrong as was several other customers' seated around us. Panera's explanation was, "Oh well, the kiosk always screws things up." Regardless of the serious lack of good customer service, the food was good. You'll have better luck at Perkins. read more

Very cold night so got soup and 1/2 sandwich. Food was great. Staff very friendly. Restaurant was very clean.

We have been several times because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt! It's way overpriced for what you get! I know it's all new employees but those taking orders don't seem to have a clue and never get the orders correct. So I got the app and ordered and they still didn't get the order correct! Last night I got a grilled cheese it was skimpy cold and awful! Ordered a half sandwich for my wife and she got a whole! Back to Jimmie Johns we will go! read more

Not as good as other Panera's I've been two in several states. I had the 1/2, with the steak and cheddar 1/2 sandwich .. very small...and a small bowl,of their famous Mac and cheese. Sandwich had a teaspoon full of the onions over to the side and spilling out. Could they have at least spread them around? Meat was a little tough and didn't even cover the bread underneath. VERY skimpy! The Mac and cheese was clumpy and cold on top....none of that creamy sauce that I love. It was almost $12 for that and I was still hungry. Had a brownie that wasn't nearly as good as Great Harvest's. I won't be going back. read more

Got iced coffee and a cold brew with the vanilla syrup, neither one of them actually had the syrup and the cold brew tasted like it went bad. Will not be going again read more

This place should try and recall what covid was like, NO BUSINESS. Ordered sandwiches and when I got home I was missing one and one other item. The "steak" sandwich, had little bit of meat, I took a photo! All bread, spoke to girl who told me they are all " portion controlled ". Very Funny, there was little or no beef on their steak sandwich. The other sandwiches too were very skimpy. It appears that they are just trying to rip people off to more money in their pockets. Absolutely appalling behavior, You need to avoid this place, they sell bread and little else. Will be dealing with American Express about this rip off joint! Further, our order was sitting and no one told us it was ready, not all of these places are as bad as this one. read more

Worst experience I ever had in a Drive-Thru they told me they were out of gouda for the sandwich and I ask what other kind of cheese that they had and the girls started naming off all the sandwiches I had to explain to her that gouda was a cheese and then she went on to say that they're smoothie machine was not working they were out of bacon and they were out of gouda they had no chocolate croissants and she offered me a pumpkin cookie got to the drive-thru and gave me a pumpkin muffin. I went back after speaking with the manager on the phone and the girl told the manager then the manager went and fixed the order by getting me a dessert for a cookie and the girl at the window when the manager stepped away native girl with the bun in her hair and no make that weight about 100 pounds said I told you it was a muffin and not a cookie and wanted to argue about it when the manager I was trying to fix what she did wrong. So I guess it's okay for their drive-thru girls to argue with the customer and not fix the order or apologize. read more

I hadn't been feeling good and wanted to order in. I went online to order the cheddar broccoli soup bowl and couldn't find it on the menu. I contacted the Panera in Billings, and was able to speak to the manager, who was extremely professional and nice. She explained to me why it was not on the menu and got the matter fixed within minutes. I throughly enjoyed the soup once it arrived. Very good food, recommendable food here. read more

CAN I GIVE IT MORE THAN 5 STARS? Literally Panera is so freaking good at any time and has amazing food. I've never had any problems with service or ordering or anything. They are such a well managed business and continue to get better and better. You can have Panera any time of the day breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Their food always sounds amazing and is always a great option. The you pick 2 is the best thing that has ever happened. I love trying new things every time and you always get the full experience. Panera is also very good hung over food. read more
