Despite ordering incredibily clearly they still gave me the wrong order. They gave me the greek chicken instead of the regular chicken I had asked for (even after I had asked if they could do this due to the same issue happening previously. Previously, I had ordered and received greek chicken. After, I thought maybe they only offerred greek chicken, but the person I talked too said they could do regular). It wasnt what I ordered and honestly? Now I am just confused. Why say you could do something and then proceed to not do that. I miss the old pita pit which actually gave me food I could eat (as after eating a few bites it triggered a medium severity allergic reaction to the seasoning they put on the greek chicken - not enough for the application of my epi pen but enough to make me significantly ill). I usually love Pita Pit, but the Billings Pita Pit has served me up the last 3 x's eating there a horrible falafel pita. Undercooked and unprofessional service. (Still expecting a nice tip) I always tip but after twice getting a terrible falafel pita I question why am I tipping these kids. I eat at the Bozeman Pita Pit and it is always excellent. I do not think the employees in Billings are being taught how to cook falafel. I refuse to eat there anymore. Good luck Billings Pita Pit. As a delivery driver I was assigned to pick-up an order at this establishment. I have picked up many orders here before. Their staff is great . On this occasion, a staffer named "Mike" who I have never seen before asked me: " Could you take off your hat when you deliver my food?" (It's a "Make America Great Again" hat) I said: "I beg your pardon?" He said: "I don't want you delivering food from my store wearing that hat." I said: You're serious?" He affirmed he was. I said that wouldn't be happening. He said he would get another delivery driver and refused to give me the order for delivery. I asked if he was the owner. He said he was. Ordered from here 3 times, first two times were great, third time my delivered pita had undercooked beyond meat and I called to ask them what can be done and the person on the phone claimed to be the manager and also said they cooked my food and they know they made it 100% perfectly so it was impossible for it to be undercooked and could do nothing about it. It was undercooked. Didn't offer a remake if I came to the store and told me a refund was impossible because I didn't come to them with a real problem because it was too much for them to think they could ever make a mistake in their cooking. Instead tried to blame it on the delivery driver which made zero sense as it took just as much time the day before and the first time I had it, I ate half and saved the rest for later which tasted fine. Don't trust a store where self-proclaimed managers can't say sorry for bad food and make excuses to shift the blame to anyone else but themselves. Also, I literally made this account to leave a review because I've never had such a bad experience that I have felt the need to leave a bad review somewhere like this. This place still has it! I used to eat here alllll the time years ago but the quality is still as I remember it. The menu is more vegan/vegetarian inclusive now which is awesome but honestly a necessity nowadays if you wanna keep up with the competition. The pita artist (or whatever their official status is) was super friendly and I had my pita with no delays. Whatever your food preference, you're sure to find something you like here. They have a great variety of fresh ingredients and the staff is always super friendly and willing to make recommendations that May not be on the menu. The Billings Pita Pit is by far the best location I've ever been to. I have been to Pita Pit in other cities, and what makes this place different is the owners and staff. They really care about their customers and they have a very organized way of doing things. Service is always fast and the sandwiches are always fresh and really tasty. Plus, when I ask for weird things (can you grill my pineapple? can you chop the bacon?) they never glare at me, they just do it with a smile :) The PP offers some of the only food delivery in Billings Montana, so that's nice too!! This has turned into one of our FAVORITE locations for a fast lunch. Absolutely outstanding food with fresh ingredients and some of the nicest employees in the fast food business. It took a while, but I figured out the perfect pita (for me). Even so, I'm going to continue experimenting. It's just too much fun! My latest favorite: Small wheat chicken souvlaki pita with a small amount of iceberg lettuce, hummus, onion, tomato, feta, and tzatziki sauce. Outstanding!! The feta is strong so if you don't want it to overpower your pita, ask for a small amount. They've even got the fancy Pop Machine. You can choose various sodas then you can add flavorings to them. Again, I like to experiment with Coke Zero. I added raspberry on my last visit. Very good! My daughter and I will drive across town just to eat at this Pita place, the food is fresh and the staff is very friendly and accommodating with requests. In response to the reviewer about doubling the meat. I know you can double the bacon so give the gyro meat a try. Doesn't hurt to ask! My other big reason to go there is the pop machine. I know, what?!!! This is the system where you can customize your drink among many choices. My fave. Peach crush with vanilla seagram's ginger ale. Or how about lime with vanilla. This review is not for the food, rather for the service. What I witnessed made me question what else was in my dinner other than the dagwood I ordered! I was dining in the restaurant when I witnessed a couple come in. I was fairly certain I recognized the woman, so I was (self admittedly!) paying attention to her. She and the man she was with ordered some pitas, and I overheard her state something about forgetting to ask for bacon. The person behind the counter then took more money from her (I assume for the bacon) with his gloved hand. I watched him deposit the change into the till and THEN HE STARTED TO HANDLE HER FOOD! I watched her react, and she fairly politely reminded him that she had just given him money in that same gloved hand. He instantly got visibly annoyed and someone else stepped in to finish her pita. She went back to the register to get her soda cups and the same kid ROLLED HIS EYES as she walked away. I seriously wanted to go high five this woman for not launching herself over the counter and throttling this guy! Pita Pit won't get my business until they can properly train their employees!! Had a gyro. Tzatzki sauce was yummy. The gyro meat was the frozen strip kind, not a huge fan of that, but it was pretty good. They have one of those fountain soda machines that has 100 or some soda types, love that. Good stop for a quick lunch. (One thing I didn't like, I ate my sandwich there. This was my first and last time eating their food. I was very disappointed with the quality of food for the price and lack of service. I called ahead of time and the order was not done and not correct. We ordered their Gyros. They were the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten in my life!!!!! There was hardly any meat, and no flavor. Very dry. It was like biting into a salad. If I wanted a salad I would've ordered one. I do not recommend eating there.
