I can't imagine anyone who orders more often than our family does... except maybe a long term employee. We've ordered delivery 2 or 3 times/month since this location opened. Years ago, they had a few issues here and there. However, over the past 4 years they've been dialed in and nailed every order we've placed. Only negative is zero hot subs. Everyone loves a good cheese-steak. But this is their business model and I respect it. Keeping the menu simple helps them achieve their "Freaky Fast" service! And Freaky Fast it most certainly is! You'll read other reviews about 'stale' bread. We've never experiences this in dozens, if not hundreds of orders over the years. Ordering Online via their website is the only way to go. You can fine tune your sammy, and add each name to multiple sandwiches so when your food arrives, it's very easy to hand them out. You can also tweak each sammy to your individual liking. They nail it correctly every single time! Freaky Fast delivery is absolutely true. But I walked in one time, placed an order "to-go", and before I was able to complete the transaction at the till, my sandwich was complete.... CRAZY! Enjoy! read more

Jimmy John's has great sandwiches but they really let me down. I went into the store on 24th Street in Billings and ordered a large catering pack and additional sandwiches. I specifically asked if they could be delivered NO LATER then 11:45 the next morning. I was promised that it would be there. Nope it was late and completely disrupted my training meeting! We stop in at this store every month or so and have yet to be disappointed. And they live up to Freaky Fast, I generally order the Tuna Salad and there is a good amount. Enough to actually taste the onion and celery in the salad. The music is a tad too loud but not horrible. Do have a question for corporate office, why don't you have the napkins out for use? Why do we have to ask for one? If it is a waste issue then dole out one per sandwich. Having to interrupt the sandwich makers is uncalled for. read more

As healthy food snobs, we need fresh, breadless, cheeseless options for when we're on the go and don't want to drop a wad of cash. YAY for Jimmy John's!! My favorite sandwich: An UNwich (of course, wrapped in iceberg lettuce instead of on a bun), the Turkey Tom with no mayo or cheese and added avocado spread and hot peppers. My husband and I each get a huge UNwich and a side of jalapeno chips (we drink the water we always seem to have in our car) for about $11. So thankful for this place. Ordered everything in store, face to face with someone, and everything in the order was completely wrong. The drink size was wrong, the sandwich was wrong, everything was wrong and they made no effort to reconcile the issue when I brought it to their attention. I am a frequent customer at this location, and I just seem to be let down more and more with each order. The bread is frequently stale and hard. And they commonly mess up my order. And they like to NEVER label which sandwich is which, that's always annoying. Tonight left me so frustrated, that I just had to finally write a review. I ordered our sandwiches with mayo and vinaigrette, and asked for extra of both....like I always do. The sandwiches arrived, and sure enough they not only didn't have extra, but they were completely dry!! Like no sauce at all!! Yuk! So I called them to inform them of the issue, and hopefully get compensation for this. And I was told that they could make new sandwiches for me, but ONLY UNDER THE CONDITION THAT I RETURN MY FIRST SANDWICHES!!!! I thought he was kidding. I told him I would gladly prove that the sandwiches were dry, but said that I would like to keep them, so I had something to eat while I waited. Because I'm already starving!! And as I write this review, I'm still waiting on the new ones, and it's been over an hour!!!!! I asked him what would be my compensation for having to deal with another screwed up order, and now him delaying my family's dinner another hour, just because they won't let me keep the freaking sandwiches they plan on throwing away. And his reply was "well....uhhh you'll get the sandwiches you ordered here a a bit." So I questioned him one more time, asking him that they really don't compensate a customer when they screw up their order?! And they seriously demand that they return the first sandwiches?? He confirmed. And that was the end of the convo. ***update*** the delivery girl arrived with my new sandwiches. I expressed to her that as a frequent customer, I expected to be treated a little better. And I told her that taking a used sandwich from a customer is just ridiculous. And then to not compensate them, is just bad customer service. She told me that they will try to "reuse" and "resell" the sandwiches to another customer, and that's why they want them back!!!!! YUK!! YOU DONT KNOW WHAT I JUST DID TO THOSE SANDWICHES!! And I'm sure it's a health code violation to give them to anyone else!! Let alone profit from it and sell them!! So.... Buyer beware... Maybe you need to specify that you want your sandwiches made new and fresh for your order. Since they dangerously recycle returned food. read more

Usually love Jimmy Johns. But three Sunday's in a row they have completely dropped the ball. I just paid for 3 sandwiches- one of which had about 1/3 of the tuna as the other two. The guy on the phone up sold me on large drinks but they delivered small ones. And they only delivered two of the three chips we ordered and one of them was the wrong type.
