Love this place for food! The food always tastes good, and the options are delicious. But! There are some things I would like to point out. The management could definitely improve. I love Qdoba and frequent them as a reliable chain while tracking - for the food. After my experience today, this particular Qdoba has lost my support. Today, the inside door handle of the restroom I was in fell off. Luckily, I was eating with a friend, called them and asked to come let me out. The door was also locked (damaged?) so I was locked in the restroom. When my friend let the manager know, they did not come to help. My friend managed to use a multitool to get the door open. After I talked to the worker, her response was, "there's not much we can do." No apology, nothing. They didn't even put up a sign that the restroom was out service. read more

The food is so good! And you don't have to pay extra for guac! There were a lot of people in line but didn't take too long to get through. The only thing that would make it better is if every single employee there didn't seem completely miserable. Smile! It might make it a better day. read more

Don't order on the app. Been standing here for almost 30 mins and came in at the latest time it said it would be done. As I was standing there, all the staff has been putting walk in orders first and only getting to mobile orders if someone wasn't on break or in line. Sort of defeats the purpose of the app! So I did have a bad experience the first time I went. I ordered the nachos and the chipper apparently dumped a ton of salt from the old bin into the new one. I forced it down but it was too much still. I called and told misty my ordeal and immediately she corrected the issue with the chipper and gave me a whole free meal. I'm surprised to see this place only has 3.5 stars! This is Mexican fast food at its finest! Come on now, people! Their bowls, quesadillas, queso-literally everything--is freaking delicious! I usually get the cilantro lime rice, steak, pico, corn salsa, sour cream and guac in a bowl and it's tasty AND satisfying! I mean, you can't even compare them to Taco Bell. I have been going to Qdoba since they opened. Since then the company that I work for gets them to cater them continually. I can't say enough about them. If something is wrong, and no one's perfect, they fix it. They cater our Super Bowl, they cater our Christmas parties, these people are phenomenal as far as customer service. Their food is phenomenal, and they're convenient. Gary has been so good to our family and friends that I cannot say enough about him. I went here on my winter trip to Billings, MT. This was my first time in Qdoba and wasn't sure if I would like it since I am only familiar with Chipotle. Qdoba is so much better that Chipotle. They have a lot more selections and are more kid friendly. The staff here a very nice and helpful especially when you do not know what to order. I ordered to Nachos with the yummy cheese sauce. I felt like a little kid again and scaufed it down like a kid. It got me so full and satisfied. I will definitely come to the ones in Los Angeles when I get the chance. read more

The food was ok. But both managers had a bad attitude and argued when we requested gluten concerns. They need to be educated. The heat does NOT burn off the gluten. I eat at a Q'doba 3-5 days a week all over the country. Immediately upon entering​ one staff member was obviously abrasive to customers and outright abusive to other staff. Her name tag showed her to be the general manager. I order the same thing at every Q'doba I go to, and this includes double meat. Every Q'doba gives two full tongs of meat and sometimes more. This was less than a single portion, and when questioned, the manager simply spread​it out and stated, "that's more than enough." Here behavior was similar to preceding and following customers in line. She then coughed while wrapping someone's burrito. My burrito was eaten 10 minutes later, and it was cold. I love their Queso options, mango salsa and that guac comes included. I really don't like the tortillas, they are really stretchy. So I always order Craft 2. I get "Naked" nachos, it means they put the chips on the side and you basically make a dip in the bowl. And 2 tacos, hardshell's are pretty good and soft shells are fine just stretchy. I'm kind of a burrito perfectionist, having cultivated my taste for these in the Mission District of San Francisco. After 4 years of living in Billings, I had all but given up on finding a decent burrito; but, these folks get it about 90 percent right. Be sure to try the homemade guacamole...It's worth the extra that they charge. My only suggestions to Qdoba are these: 1) Ensure that the warm ingredients, such as beans, rice, and meat be kept warm enough to offset the cold ingredients, such as pico de gallo, sour cream, and guacamole, so that the overall effect is somewhat warm. 2)Try melting the cheese by steaming it onto the flour tortilla. In four trips to Qdoba, only one has been slightly less than a great treat. read more

We ordered through Uber eats. When our food arrived, we did not get our complete order. We called the restaurant immediately. My husband was told that a manager would have to give us a call back.
