In town for work and Yelped places in downtown Billings. Not your typical Montana cattle/ranch/wild west vibe. More eclectic which i'm sure is a welcomed alternative. Order at counter and they bring you your food. Lots of tempting choices but I went for the street cart wrap. Should have ordered some fries but I'm glad I didn't. The wrap position is large. The pictures are deceiving in the sense that the dark wrap is actually a thick wax paper. The wrap itself is like any other flour tortilla like in appearance. I like the different textures in their wrap. Veggies, crunchy strips, sauce, and soft wrap. Service was friendly and nice. I saw a lot of reviews and recommendations to try spitz. They have locations everythwere. I decided to be a fatty and ordered two wraps The street cart wrap The zesty wrap And a side of pita chips I asked for the sauce on the side. Which was a good idea since I wanted to eat some food later at night. But I think I should have left it the original way. The sauce on the side was fine, but since I like a bit more sauce it was personally not enough for me. I now realized that I also finished the zesty sauce for my other wrap. The fried pita chips are amazing. Nice and fluffy and the secret seasoning was perfect. I love it with the hummus. I will definitely want to try one of their bowls next time. read more

I was greeted at the door, I was given recommendations, and the service was speedy The menu offers wraps, bowls/salads, vegan options, appetizers, desserts. Everything is Mediterranean or Mediterranean adjacent, and everything is delicious. These aren't necessarily traditional dishes, but more Mediterranean dishes with a flair or twist on them I had wraps each time with a side of waffle sweet potato fries. Everything was cooked perfectly, and again I didn't have to wait but what felt like a couple minutes to get my meal. I tried their sangria which was tasty, and their friend pita and hummus which was delightful I honestly had a lovely time eating in here, and I kept wondering what it might take to franchise them out to Texas. This place has Austin vibes and would probably thrive in any major Texas city Some tips: This is downtown, so, there is limited parking, and most of it is metered. I've been to hundreds of middle eastern restaurants in my life. When I saw a 4.7 out of 5 I thought wow I need to try this place. The food is acceptable. But the vibe shines. I got one of the lavash wraps with fries (mixed/sweet and regular). The wrap was ok. On the other hand the vibe, service and atmosphere were pretty solid. we were in downtown billings for a short time and was looking for a healthy food option and noticed Spitz was nearby. the menu looked good so decided to check it out. i went with a friend and i got the berliner bowl with falafel and a side of waffle/regular fries. my friend got another bowl with chicken and lamb. both bowls were really good in terms of portion size and flavor. the main big is that both tasted really fresh with good ingredients the fries were also good with the waffle fries better than the regular fries. great ambiance and great food read more

Had the OG Gyro (beef and lamb) with sweet potato waffle fries and a side of garlic aioli. Gyro was perfect, the pita was warmed with a slight crispness to the outside, just enough tzaziki sauce to taste it but not overpower and the rest of the stuffings were right on point. The Mediterranean wrap and OG gyro were good size and delicious with great flavor and fresh veggies. The Doner basket had incredible flavor with perfect amount of veg, protein and carbs. The hummus in the basket was a nice touch... worked well with the bread/falafel. My main complaint was the lamb/beef was a bit dry and chewy and the falafel was had a unique flavor I wasn't used to.
