Simply Amazing and so fresh! Love Love Love this place. If you are looking for something healthy to eat, this is your spot. They have salads, sandwiches, & soups. They also have cookies and pastries for those that want something sweet. This location is located in an outdoor mall. It has a dining area. They have a self serve drink counter which has free refills and othrt drinks other than soft drinks. They also have coffee and tea availabe. Love their strawberry lemonade. Not too tart and just enough sweetness. The service at the counter was good and the employees were nice. You order your food and someone brings it to your table. They also have tablets up front if you rather not go to the counter. We ordered: 1. BBQ Chicken Salad 2. Pastrami Sandwich & Cream of Chicken Soup Combo 3. Turkey, Bacon, Avocado Sandwich & Citrus Salad Combo 4. Grilled Cheese Sandwich & Tomato Soup Combo 5. Tuna Sandwich & Cream of Brocolli Combo 6. Cesar Salad 7. Strawberry Lemonade You need to try their Kitchen Sink Cookie if you haven't. It's a large cookie with semi-sweet chocolate, milk chocolate, caramel pieces, pretzels and then topped with flakes of salt on it. Everything was fresh, delicious, and described on menu as is. Each combo also comes with a piece of their Panera bread. It's a great place to try if you haven't been. They have many choices to choose from.

    Chicken Sandwhich 1/10

I ordered the chicken Sandwhich, was bland and you can tell it was thrown together by someone who doesn't care for the customer. Worst of all it was missing a large chunk of bread. Literally the top had a big hole in it. This over priced Sandwhich is shown below, will not order here again.

The setting is one of its biggest highlights--surrounded by greenery while still being conveniently located near major roads. There's plenty of free parking, making it an easy stop. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff who made the visit enjoyable. The food was good and tasted very fresh, although I was expecting a little more depth of flavor. Since I don't enjoy spicy food, it's possible that much of the boldness comes from the heat, so others may have a different experience.

The place was totally dead but there were still dirty tables no one even bothered to clean. Like another reviewer said, the staff blared Tejano music. I mean, whatever, Vietnamese food isn't that tricky to make. My husband ordered pho that didn't taste like pho. I got a pork rice bowl that legit had meat with hair and cartilage (I think it was ear, maybe snout?). I mean, I'm Pinay, I love sisig but for a $14 rice bowl, you think it would have better quality meat rather than ear! My kid had a tiny $8 quesadilla. We had two coconut Viet coffees. The flavor and texture were "off;" the Keurig coffee I make at home is thicker. Our meal was over $50 before tip. Idk how this place has been surviving or where all these reviews came in from, but damn, stop lying y'all.

Go here a lot! I'll start with the vibe, its definitely an Icehouse, TVs with all kinds of sports everywhere and a huge open eating area, there is a stage for live music but it was empty when we went, but it was during the World Cup and Mexico was playing that night so not surprised at all. They have a nice outdoor patio with two pool tables. If you're going expecting a quiet evening for middle age ears, then your expectations need to be changed, this is not a place for grumpy corner booth eaters, this place is alive. The staff, from the moment we walked in it was nothing but smiles from every employee we crossed paths with, which brings us to our waitress T, yes just the initial T, calm down cause she was amazing. She kept our drinks full and never made us feel rushed, she was the perfect balance of attentive but also giving us space. If you get her as your waitress you will not be disappointed. The food, we ordered the fried pickles, the Assembly Smashburger, and a Cubano Sammich. The fried pickles have ruined fried pickles for me from some of my favorite fries pickle places, they are crispy and tart and simply delicious. My wife had the Assembly Smashburger, the only warning about this burger is the juicyness makes it messy, but thats one mess everyone should be ok with. And the Cubano Sammich forget about it, if you like Cubanos this is the place for you!! Give the menu a peep, bwcause it has options that tickle any fancy! In conclusion, if you leave the Asswmbly Icehouse unhappy its because you're a miserable person and nothing in life will ever bring you joy, so just stick with a corner table at McDonald's, eating your Chicken Nuggets and their immortal French fries, leave the happiness for everyone else at the Icehousw.

Not recommended for a first date, unless you don't see a second date in the future.

Super friendly staff. They took our order with a smile, happily gave me a sample of their new pickle pasta (yes, I was that person), and actually checked in to make sure we liked our food. This time I got a bowl of the Chicken Pot Pie soup, The Big Chef Salad Original with Ranch Dressing, and for dessert a slice of the Pumpkin Spice Coffee cake. The food was good and flavored nicely! My only issue was the Chicken Pot Pie soup was lukewarm by the time I got it delivered from DoorDash so that may be due to the driver and not necessarily the restaurant. The salad had good portions of all the goodies like ham, turkey, tomatoes, egg, cheese etc. And I am a big Ranch dressing fan and their dressing was top notch and I wish I had more of it. I will definitely order from this restaurant again very soon since they have so many other food options to choose from.

Here is the review with the burger worked in…read more --- I spent today at Brisket School at Vaqueros BBQ, and it was my Father's Day gift. The class was taught by the great Trey Sanchez. Let me start with the most important thing I can tell you. If you have never eaten at Vaqueros, you are missing out. Vaqueros and Hutchins are the two best BBQ joints in Collin County. But Vaqueros has a twist. Their barbecue is competition grade, and they also happen to run one of the Top 50 taco spots in the entire state. Do not take my word for it. Ask Texas Monthly. Want to know why the tacos are that good? It is the brisket. Trey uses every last ounce of it. The trimmings end up in the sausage, the burgers, the tacos, and the consomé de res. They go into the tallow too, and if you ever order the fries, you will understand. You will want more. His suadero tacos are something special, and that is just the beginning of the menu. Speaking of burgers, do not skip his. It is outstanding, and it is made with, if you guessed brisket, you would be right. So here is my advice. If you are thinking about wandering next door to Village Burger Bar, stop. Get a burger from Trey instead. His beef is ground fresh daily, and the pickles and the mustard are made in house. It is in a different league. Now the class itself. What Trey taught me about trimming a brisket, treating it like a steak, seasoning it, and wrapping it, those are lessons any wannabe pitmaster will cherish for life. And here is the part nobody warns you about. Trey is a phenomenal storyteller. He knows everyone in the Texas barbecue world, and his stories alone are worth the price of admission. Let us talk about the food. Do you love barbecue? Vaqueros has it. Brisket, ribs, turkey, and two kinds of sausage, and every one of them is excellent. The smoked pork carnitas are pure heaven. Looking for something a little different? Get the brisket nachos. They come loaded with chopped brisket, queso, beans, pico, and all the fixings. Fifteen dollars. You can feed a family of four with one order. They have beer, margaritas, and a bourbon lemonade that is genuinely fantastic. I will say it one more time. You are missing out if you have not been. Tell him Brian sent you.

Most of the tables inside…read morewere occupied, and there was an adjoining overflow dining area that didn't appear to be open--but it wasn't needed. We opted to sit outside despite the heat. Thankfully, there was plenty of shade from umbrellas, and it was a great spot for people-watching with lots of foot traffic passing by. Now for the important part--the BBQ. My son and I split the two-meat plate with brisket, pork ribs, mac and cheese, and beans. The brisket was legit--moist, flavorful, and with a nice bark, although I would have liked it a little crispier. The pork ribs were just okay; they were a bit on the dry side. That said, their BBQ sauce was excellent. I'm usually not one to sauce good ribs, but in this case it definitely elevated them. The mac and cheese was probably the biggest surprise. It was rich and gooey, topped with feta, chives, and shredded cheddar. Not a combination I would have expected--or ordered--but somehow it really worked. The only real disappointment was the beans. They arrived cold and were a bit bland, especially by Texas BBQ standards. Overall, it was a solid 4-star experience. The brisket alone is worth trying, and I'd definitely come back to work my way through more of the menu.
