Came here for dinner a few nights ago. I ordered their combo platter, which consisted of 2 falafels, meat (chicken and beef) with 2 sides (I got their hummus and salad) for $15.99. Husband ordered their beef plate with rice and salad for $14.99. Both plates came with a huge pita bread. Portion sizes were huge! I really liked their pita bread. It was really good and chewy. Only downside is their meat. They give you a lot, but the chicken was dry and overcooked. They also slice the meat really small, so I wasn't a fan of that. Beef was cooked well, but wasn't a fan of the small slices of meat. They don't have water, only bottled water in the fridge. They do have a hot water dispenser though. Friday night around 7, not busy at all. Overall, it wasn't bad. I would be fine with just an order of their pita bread with hummus. read more

Deliciousness hidden in a strip mall. We've always stopped by their booth at the Coppell Farmers Market for fresh dips, hummus and more so made the drive to Plano to try out their restaurant. We weren't disappointed: food was fresh & delicious, portions were generous and atmosphere was nice & clean. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars as they didn't have any of the dips, sauces, etc on hand to sell like at the Farmers Market - they said they were out and making more soon. Nice strip mall bowl of chicken and beef, everything was made by a single guy running the show. Everything made fresh and to order. I liked the garlic sauce that comes with the combo bowl for $17, and they do have spicy sauce that went well with the meat but you need to ask for it. the plate was giant, to the point I had to take it home for later, fresh fried french fries, falafel was okay, meat was a bit dry and a little lighter in seasoning then what I am used to but it was seasoned pretty as is the hummus. No complaints with the service, and muted vibes so nothing crazy going on. I do not see myself going back, I heard it was great before. read more

They changed ownership and the new shawarma unfortunately is not even comparable to the old one. Less meat but longer sandwich, the other shawarma was packed with fillings. I used to drive 40 mins and come straight here after a long day of flight training from Grand Prairie but unfortunately will not be returning. See if is always impeccable and the gentleman is very kind. But the shawarma is no longer the same. read more

We have had good experiences here in the past but this time was, sadly, different. We ordered delivery and it was really bad. The beef shawarma had gristles; I couldn't chew it. What I could eat was overdone and poorly seasoned. The hummus was thin and bland and came with only one pita. The gyro was OK but the meat was too thick and a bit undercooked. Stopped by for lunch while in Plano. Great service, friendly staff and delicious food! The gyro was fresh and tasty, and the tzatziki sauce was delicious! We arrived at the restaurant at 8:14pm. The open sign was on and the hours of operation sign showed they were open until 9pm. We walked inside to be greeted with "we are closed". Even though there were other people eating in the restaurant at the time. If they are not going to stay open to the hours they post then they should change them. read more

Not bad but not great. I was craving a good gyro and didn't want to drive out to Frisco (Platia) so decided to give this place a shot. Unfortunately, I was not a big fan. There were a lot of flies in the restaurant, there were like 4 or 5 that wouldn't leave us alone while we were eating. I used to visit this place 5 yrs back when i was residing in plano before moving to the bay area. Its a small place but amazing service and always clean. Ordered today as i am in Dallas for a meeting and even today its hands down the best shawarma i have ever had in this country. I ordered a falafel wrap instead of a chicken shawarma wrap through doordash. Called up the restaurant and they were kind enough to send me the chicken shawarma wrap with no extra cost. This is a family owned business, Palestinian style food. Loved the Baba Ganoush, the fresh pita and the falafel bowl. Very friendly service, we spoke with the owner who explained all of the details of her family recipes. Good food and friendly service. Can't wait to come back. Thought for improvement. The food is absolutely awful! The food was really terrible the one time I ate here. The second time I came back to give them another chance and they closed before the posted hours. After going to many Mediterranean and middle eastern locations in the DFW, this is actually my favorite of them all and besides having the tastiest middle eastern food in the area, the people working there were really nice and accommodating. Went around 4pm with my family and there weren't a lot of people there which was weird considering they have good service and even better food. But we sat down and my wife ordered a chicken shawarma sandwich and I ordered the chicken shawarma plate(2 actually) and boy it was tasty. Each plate came with hummus and unlimited pita which they came to drop off on my table every time I was running low. Meat was tender and well seasoned. Just wanted to point this out, but at one point I went and got a caned soda from the fridge and went to pay but the young man behind the counter refused and told me I spent enough money and their location. I left the money there( which was like $3) but he came to my table and said "it's fine, we appreciate your service" and handed back my money. Gestures like that go a long way and I hope this business stays open for a long time coming or even expanding. read more

They run out of things and therefore high chance you will be disappointed. This is a place you need call in, and pick up. Every time I've called in my order they ask how long so the food can be ready, hot and fresh when I arrive. They are a counter service stop in a non-anchored strip mall. Only a few tables, so ambiance is zero. The value for what you get and the quality/freshness of the food is unbelievable. Their hummus and chicken shawarma are actually my favorite in the area. Great mom and pop owned restaurant. We trade the chicken and the beef Shawarma wraps, which were both delicious. I really enjoyed the chipotle bean hummus, and they have several other flavors. We got hooked on Brothers Products Hummus at the Dallas Farmer's Market and had no idea until today that they had a restaurant. We went today to get some hummus but had to give the food a try. Hands down the best shawarmas I've ever had. The meat is so tender, the sauce is made perfectly, and that pita bread is the best I have ever had. Super friendly service too, family owned and they even offered free tea with fresh mint. Don't pass this place up. We went to Pita Town today for a post Jummah lunch, and it was absolutely delicious. It's 9 s/10 for me. They serve some of the best shawarma in DFW in my opinion. It's Palestinian owned and the service is very good. ------------ I had the gyro sandwich and it was AMAZING, a 10/10. The taste of the lamb meat on the warm bread was . They put a good mix of veggies and sauce, it's the perfect proportions. We also had the chicken shawarma plate and she said the chicken was a bit mid in flavor, 8.5/10. The falafels were the best I've had in a LONG time, 10/10 balls of delicious fried goodness. They also had complimentary mint tea, which was great to cleanse the palate before our meal. read more
