Mobile order, 2/3/26. This was a very disappointing experience, especially for a brand known for strong customer service. I placed a mobile order and pulled into the designated mobile drive-thru check-in area. This location does not allow mobile check-in through the app, so customers must wait for an employee to check them in. I sat waiting as instructed while two employees working the drive-thru clearly saw me but ignored me. Instead, they took orders from four additional vehicles, as they pulled up after me and allowed them to proceed ahead of me. After waiting an unreasonable amount of time, I requested to speak with a manager. The manager who came out dismissed my concerns and simply told me to pull forward so she could check me in. There was no apology, no effort to address what happened, and no indication that customer experience was a priority. The only positive part of this visit was a young man named Arizona. He was polite, professional, and provided helpful information on how to formally submit feedback regarding my experience. His service reflected what I normally expect from Chick-fil-A, which made the lack of leadership response even more disappointing. This experience reflects concerns with both service execution and management oversight. I would hesitate to return to this location. read more

Ordered via app, which worked, but on a separate order, when there they forgot my coffee. Asked and it was brought out cheerfully. BEWARE OF EMPLOYEE LOUISE-Driver through supervisor. I recently went to this chick fila and requested hot well done fries as the last few times I have gone they have been cold and stale, in looking at the previous reviews, I am not wrong. On this particular day I made a request for fresher fries, Louise (a downgraded version of Bad Bunny) was offended that I asked for hot fresh fries. As I was being served my food, he tells that he hopes the fries burn me! Please BEWARE there is a dangerous employee who is willing to serve obnoxiously hot fries to injure a customer or child. This is not the first time Louise has been rude, unprofessional and argumentative it was just the last time I was going to allow it without addressing it with a supervisor. Although I don't know that the supervisor understands the seriousness and gravity of the situation and how dangerous a person like that can be to not only the company but to its customers. read more

We went through the drive through today and it was quite busy when we had arrived. The staff who took our order was very friendly and had a lot of patience while we ordered. Unfortunately, when we had pulled up to get our food, there was a mixup and we had to wait longer for our correct order. As a surprise, the manager, Neil, personally hand delivered our order to us, apologized and gave us a free dessert and entree. Despite the mishap, it was overall great customer service! read more

Drank half of it , and on the way out I asked for a refill. The girl I asked said she could do a free refill with regular lemonade but not the oh so special pineapple passionfruit lemonade?? My experience at the Chick-fil-A on Stacy road in Allen was amazing. The person who ordered my food was wonderful, very kind, charming, and understanding. I had a big order and he excelled in making sure the order was correct and just how I wanted it. Clive, the young man who gave me my food, was very nice and very respectful which made my day. We had some small talk and he really enjoys the job. I think he deserves a raise or promotion. The food was good. Top quality, and made to order. Recently the accuracy of their ordering process and the problem of missing or incorrect ordered items has increased. Lately the people taking the orders seem to be befuddled & confused. Today I ordered 12 count Grilled chicken nugget & got fried nuggets. Last time I paid for a pack of Choc Chip Cookies but didn't get them (checked receipt at home) & was charged. In the past this never happened. We are spoiled. To their credit they gave me the cookies next time I went back. I believe lately they may have high employee turnover. I hope soon they will get back to their high standards we have all became used to. read more

I am growing weary and tired of supporting this location. First and foremost almost $21 for 2 meals for what is considered fast food is just too much. The Allen chick-fil-a on McDermott is still closed for remodeling, had to come here for dinner. Have to say all of these chick-fil-a's are consistent with their "it's my pleasure". I have yet to have one of these restaurants screw-up an order I've placed. I do believe that's a good thing. I placed a fairly large order and every item was correct. Everything was in place. They are always a cheerful bunch and you rarely have to wait once you arrive at the take out window. They are generous with the condiments. There flavor of the sweet tea is spot on. I love Chick-fil-A just as much as anyone else but my particular visit to this location was a little different than a normal one. My husband and I got into an accident right outside in the parking lot. The managers were so understanding and helpful. I took my daughter inside to wait while my husband took care of business and they offered me a free meal and a cookie for my daughter. So thankful for this Chick-fil-A!! This is my FAVORITE Chick fil A, and I've been to my fair share of them. I've been to this location twice and both times I have received impeccable, above-and-beyond service. I ordered a chick fil a nugget meal both times and a cookie of course. The portions were good and the cookie delish! This last visit impressed me greatly. I had my hands full with my little guy and a high-chair when my name/number was called. The supervisor on duty followed me to my table with my food and helped me get situated while I got my little guy in the high chair. He even returned with utensils and condiments for me so I would have to get up. I also observed other staff members being extremely helpful to a mom with twins running around. I was beaming when I went to grab a high chair and found a complimentary disposable placemat draped over the side. YES! They have those stick-to-the-table mats for kids waiting and ready for you. Don't see one, just ask. It was wonderful! When I was packing up I noticed the portion of cheerios all over the floor, apparently my little guy had been dropping them in lieu of eating them. Even during rush hour time, this location's crew rocks! I use my Chick-fil-A mobile app and that speeds up the order process on my end, as well as earning rewards which is double-plus good. The split lines for drive thru and attendants literally taking orders on iPads in all weather really shows the dedication to their customers. My order is always accurate, tasty, and that makes my wait experience so much better. The only issue I have is the very small parking lot. I know this isn't something easily changed, but it does stop me from visiting if the line rolls out onto Stacy Road. read more

This Chick-Fil-A is a mess. I came in on a Friday at around 6pm and it was packed; both the drive-thru and the dine-in were overwhelmed with hungry patrons. The line was snaking through the ropes and it would've been at least 15 minutes before we would've been able to place an order and we didn't have that time to waste, otherwise we'd miss our movie. Inside, seating was nonexistent, it was hot and mucky from the sheer amount of people stuffed into 1 place, and it just didn't feel like Chick-Fil-A. I thought I was in a rundown fast-food joint or something -- just gross. After waiting 5 minutes we said "screw it" and walked next door to Panda Express, which wasn't busy and was able to serve us tasty food immediately. I wish I could say this was a one-off, but this location is always like this and I'm not about that life. No thanks. read more

This one in Allen is closest to me so i like dropping by to either grab a cob salad, waffle fries, frozen coffee or a shake. I really like that the drive-thru service is fast and the employees are always courteous. Best fast food resturant ever! Super clean bathrooms and tables. Food taste absolutly amazing! Not too salty or sweet, its just right. I eat here alot for a quick easy meal that i can enjoy! I never get tired of eating my chicken nuggets and fries! Not to metion their BBQ sauce, its like HEAVEN! Totally recommend to everyone Edit: I think the bbq sauce would be ALOT better if it's size was a lot more larger. The bbq sauces are quite small and hard to dip nuggets into them. In case any one was wondering they don't do curbside pick up until 11am, you might ask how I know this. Well I spent 20 mins waiting in curbside pick up right infront of the pick up window and no one every brought out the food. The app said someone is bring into out your order almost instantaneously when I got there but no one ever showed up. After I waited in the drive through they told "oh well curbside doesn't start till 11am" well that would have been nice to know 30 mins ago.... there are no signs posted the app doesn't say anything, the app still lets you place the order.
