Out of any chick-fil-a I've been to, this was the worst experience. The fries were not what I'm used to, and the chicken sandwich tasted old, like it was sitting out. I'm disappointed that's how my local chick-fil-a is and will not be using this location anymore. I give 3 stars because the staff were friendly and the service was pretty quick given the signature long lines. But it doesn't make up for poor quality food for Chick-fil-a's standards. Tried the chicken and waffle sandwich it was horrible and doughy it all fell apart. Not worth your time or money. I've had better chicken and waffle at I-Hop. The waffle at chick fila does not look at all like the photos they advertise and it's half raw and falls apart and they give a little tiny tablespoon of syrup in a little cup with the smallest size over browned chicken breast they can give you, mine looked like half of one. I have never seen the hype around Chick-fil-A. After all it isn't hard to make a chicken sandwich. I have eaten there a couple of times. Well today is Veterans Day and as a Veteran I went there to get a free chicken sandwich. I also ordered a meal to bring home to my wife. The meal was a little over $10 for a deluxe chicken sandwich meal. I received my soda and a bag. I didn't bother to look in the bag until I got home. Needless to say all that was in the bag was my free sandwich. No fries or the deluxe sandwich. I guess I paid $10 for a medium soda. No reason to ever go back. read more

I'm disappointed, because this is my neighborhood Chick-fil-a, but they are so slow. I thought the whole point of the mobile app was add efficiency, but for multiple mornings in a row, I've watched 2-3 cars that I was not even in the line yet, come through the normal drive through and get their food before me. Today was extremely frustrating, because, I was the only person in the mobile line and 1 other car in the normal drive-through lane, and I counted 4 brand new cars, come place an order and leave, before someone finally brought my food. We love Chic fil a, but this one is a cut about the average Chic fil a. The staff was extra personal and seemed to be working extra hard to get the orders to the customers quickly. Poorly managed Chick Fil a. Which has become a norm. Over staffed but under performs. I've seen as many as 20 people on staff with 4 working and the rest talking. At any given time 4-8 will be standing and talking with 1 person taking orders. I have had missing food and wrong orders multiple times. Along with people I've heard having the same issue while inside eating talking about how they didn't get what they ordered. Then when you go for a refill the girls will always try and serve whatever guy they like first. Ignoring women and older guys. Parking like is small and tricky but not bad for a chick fil a. Like most chick fil a now they require people to park far out leaving the close parking restricted. I've watched older people and ladies with kids have to walk all the way across a busy parking lot while they have 11 parking spots agaisnt the building blocked for mobile. Come here if you want to wait forever, only to be giving your order to someone in training, realize on your receipt that the order is wrong, be asked to move to pick up spot A, then B, then to the parking space in front of the store, only to find out your order is still wrong! Full story: Came here for a school fundraiser, the line felt like a mile long! Finally get to the drive thru and the kid helping us is standing uncomfortably close to my car. Like if he was any closer he would be practically sitting on my lap. Very uncomfortable especially during COVID. Then I literally had to repeat everything I ordered at least 2-3 times and he told me several times he had no idea what he was doing. Ummm... Maybe management should have had someone standing with him to help? I get to the window and asked fory receipt as I just knew it was going to be wrong. Never have I ever seen such poorly acting managers. From a Chick-Fil-A? Blonde hair manager upfront. Alright to customers but to fellow employees, I'm concerned for their well-being. After receiving my sandwich and such (Which was lovely) I overheard her making rude and mean comments to a back-of-house employee. As someone who managed at other restaurants, that kind of talk is so damaging. Those employees are just as important as the front. I'm appalled she hasn't been reprimanded. Chick-fil-a, you need to improve your cleanliness in the play area. The fingerprints on all of the windows in the play area, and glass door, were gross and appalling! I am not talking a little bit... I mean a ton!! So gross! Also even though we requested ketchup- didn't get it, also no napkins. Doesn't really seem like a big deal, but when you have a lot of little kids with you and you are getting them settled down to eat, it is hard to just get up and go ask for some...again. Yesterday morning I drove north from Dallas and I was craving Chick-Fil-A something fierce. I was sad when I realized I wasn't going to pass another one until Sherman, until I started seeing signs for a CFA in Anna. To my very pleasant surprise a CFA had popped up off Hwy 75! Their grand opening was April 16. CFA rarely disappoints & this visit was no exception. The food was excellent per usual, and I noticed this location implemented ways to keep the line moving quickly while still following COVID-19 precautions (like having a separate condiment station between placing your order/paying & getting up to the window). I forgot to ask for CFA sauce (my go-to) at the station & was relieved when they still had sauces to offer at the window. This Chick-Fil-A will be an excellent addition to the Anna community! read more
